Negative experience: Need better more hands on instructors. Going somewhere else

Positive experience: Great place for 5-17 year Olds to stay active

Negative experience: We enjoyed classes there so thought it would be fun to book a birthday for our 4 yr old. After myself and a family member sent numerous emails, we finally received a response on Fb claiming they never received our emails,( when they were clearly marked as delivered) and a passive aggressive response hoping we "get the party we deserve". Nice. It seems many others have had the same experience trying to communicate with them as well. Wouldn't recommend for parties.

Fantastic experience: Lots of fun for active littles. The parents get a good workout too

Fantastic experience: Building is clean and well maintained. Lots of equipment that is in good condition. Place to fill up your water bottle, padded/sprung/raised and flat tumbling areas and a clean bathroom.
