Fantastic experience: I joined the August 21 day Fitness Challenge and lost 13lbs! So happy with the results. Thanks to Jason and Joe, learned a great deal about healthy habits and enjoyed the HIIT traning every night with the group. Of course it was a lot of hardwork, but I am so glad I made it!

Fantastic experience: I joined October’s training camp and it’s definitely worth the money and the time! I have learned healthy habits of eating, exercising and will be beneficial to my health and well-being for the rest of my life. Joe is super helpful and professional, we had fun during these 21 days and the results are amazing. Both the coach and the assistants are great and helpful, I have learned so much from them in this 21 days. Strongly recommend anyone who wants to lose weight and has the courage to exercise regularly. You will not regret this decision.

Fantastic experience: Relatively small for a gym but it’s got a decent selection of equipment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you live in the area and are looking for a privately owned gym it’s worth checking out.
