Fantastic experience: It was a great summer experience. This was the second year. Cornhole was available 3 days a week. Social Leagues well run. Leagues ran from end of April until end of July with a No Cost Barbecue for all players to close out the season.

Fantastic experience: Great fun playing Cornhole. Love the Kettlebell and Yoga Classes. Such a friendly atmosphere throughout the club.

Fantastic experience: A great place to play and find new friends. The curling rink is in great shape and the Club is working on its accessibility plan. Two squash court are available as well as a fitness facility. And a steam room. Check it out.

Negative experience: Was thinking on looking at possible reception here as its close to home. After seeing the website that they prefer people (members) to be vaxxed is gross. My family and friends are unvaxxed THANK GOD. This type of division from a company is rediculous. Shut off the fake news and do research. Wont recommend this place after the reviews and seeing on the site that they are still talking about the clot shot.

Positive experience: I Train my clients here. It is well equipped to suit all levels and abilities. Cardio and strength equipment. It is kept very clean. Good change rooms, showers, steam room and Sauna. Add Squash courts and Curling and you have real value for your membership dollar. A friendly place

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at the CDCRC for two months. I joined specifically to use the fitness facility, so I can't speak about the curling side of things. The fitness center is broken up into two rooms; one for weight training and one for cardio machines. The cardio side has over a dozen machine including steppers, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and a rowing machine.The weight room has cable machines for all the main muscle groups, weight machines that use plates as well as squat racks, bench press and a Smith machine. There are two racks of dumb bells ranging from 10 lbs. to 60 lbs. In other words I couldn't ask for more. The facilities are always clean and well kept, the staff are friendly and so are the other members. I have never seen it full, so usually there is no waiting for access to anything. I exercise during the day and have rarely seen more than 5 people, in both rooms, using the place at the same time. I have frequently been there when there was only one other person and sometimes only me. The facility is card access and available from 4:30 am to 1:00 am. Anyone should be able to find a time to suit their schedule. A couple of personal trainers use the CDCRC exercise center for their activities and provide classes in yoga and kettlebells. I have met both personal trainers (Alec Dewdney and Shelley Aggett) and they are both friendly and personable. I am very pleased with the CDCRC and would recommend it to anyone. It meets all of my workout needs and does so in a nice clean, friendly way. An easy 5 stars.
