Fantastic experience: Best MMA gym in the city by a long shot. Best instructors, best training partners, best family. Doesn’t matter if you’re beginner or high level athlete, this is the place to be for all things MMA.

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the most professional and accomplished MMA gyms in Canada. However that’s hardly all the services MTC provides. They have numerous black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and are connected to the largest Jiu Jitsu team in Canada The Jiu Jitsu For Life Team. As well have a massive kids karate program with an amazing set of wrestling coaches as well . Highly recommend you sign the whole family up!!!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in the City I tried this gym out mid February with no prior martial arts background. I quickly realized this facility is one of a kind and the best in the city. This is a legit MMA gym where you can get a great workout in while learning practical martial arts. The curriculum is ever changing and improvements to the facility are in the works. All the trainers are knowledgable and have experience in what they teach. All the classes are challenging and a great way to get active any day of the week. I definitely have lost a bunch of weight and improved my overall fitness level since I started. I still have a long way to go. I definitely recommend the Maximum Training Centre. Regardless of your experience or fitness level. The trainers are there to help, but it’s up to you to show up and stay consistent.

Fantastic experience: A really great environment. They work with all levels of fighters and work with you at your level when training. If you train under Kyle or Andrew (like I have), be prepared to work hard and push yourself beyond your current fitness limit. Teachers here they are great and really deserve more recognition.

Fantastic experience: Best athletes in the city. Trained Jiu-jitsu here 10 years ago and still the met by many friendly faces. Kids becoming stars, amateurs becoming professionals. Nothing but progress has come from this place.So much talent and in a family environment, we felt very welcomed coming in, even though just to watch a class. Instructors seemed knowledgeable and looked like everyone was having fun.

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. If I wasn't so strapped for cash I would have made this my home gym a long time ago. The best fighters in the city and the best workouts you will ever get.
