Fantastic experience: I have absolutely loved this space and it has been a big part of my healing journey. I joined DNA after a difficult struggle with mental health. It quickly became a safe place for me to work out. The people are so kind and loving - everyone says hello! And if I don't know how to use equipment, someone at the gym is always willing to lend a hand. The 24-7 service has been perfect, so I can get there any time of day. I'm so thankful that this space opened in our small town!

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean and full of all the equipment you would want to use. I did the 4 personal trainer sessions and learned a lot of important basics for successful weight lifting. I also learned how to suscessfully navigate healthy eating habits. Adam has put together a cook book full of delicious recipes. I am a very picky eater and honestly have loved everything that I have made so far. Every meal is so flavourful and easy to make.

The owner Adam is great, very approachable and knowledgeable. I switched from a big chain gym over to DNA and wish I would’ve done it sooner! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best gyms available in the KW/Elmira area—I would highly recommend you check it out. It has absolutely everything you could need in a gym whether you’re starting new or an advanced lifter such as myself. High end machines, bands and attachments, treadmills, stairmasters are all brand new and well maintained. This is also one of the only places around Waterloo I know of that has a cold tub/sauna accessible on-demand. I’ve never done the classes or personal training but have heard amazing things about it! If you’re looking for a quiet, undisturbed gym with all the equipment you could need, go ahead and check DNA out!

Fantastic experience: Though my experience was brief, this is the sort of facility I know I will make every effort to return. The community created by the owners is welcoming and inclusive. As someone who is immunocompromised it was another level of safety and comfort to experience a sparkling clean facility. The level of customer service involved when I was required to cancel my membership (for now, I'll be back!) was outstanding. I didn't feel pressured or guilty when life made this commitment not possible at this time. The affordable rate and 30 day standard cancellation policy is helpful for anyone with a chaotic work and life schedule, if you feel you have to make a budget based decision for your household. I strongly suggest making the jump to DNA if you're ready to find the gym and fitness community that's just right in the woolwich area.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I visited DNA for a 60-minute session in the Recovery Room. The experience itself was fantastic. We left feeling so rejuvenated. Adam was there to welcome us, and show us around the facility. The space has a really inviting atmosphere, making it easy to jump into a new experience. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased more passes to the Recovery Room and signed up for a gym membership.

Fantastic experience: I joined for the morning fitness classes which are highly motivating, and while hard work, really fun, we can modify and work at our own pace. Adam is a dedicated fitness instructor with guidance whenever needed. I do a personal trainer programme now too and my 1:1 sessions with Jon have helped alot towards my goals too. Highly recommend this gym. There is an option to fit all needs

I was nervous when I first walked in as a gym setting like this one is unfamiliar territory for me, but Adam was fantastic showed us everything and I signed up on the spot. I also signed up for personal training with Jon, what a gem of a human! He is very knowledgeable in his line of work, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. I can't wait for more training sessions. Adam is a fantastic business owner and makes you feel like family... you will never receive that kind of treatment from a corporate gym. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy being a member at this gym. The gym is well equipped with weights and machines of all variations as well as good cardio options. Group class options too. The owner Adam is attentive to his members. I recently tried out the new cold plunge room. It was amazing! I went home content and peaceful. Adam walked me through what to expect and gave me some good tips on making the most of the experience. Highly recommend this and am going to go for the 6 package. Great gym!
