Negative experience: Tried to call multiple times to sign up, and even went there during staffed hours never a staff member in sight. Signed up at the brantford one as I jump in between fergus and brantford, they always answer the phone and have someone avaliable to help, Blair the owner is terriable here. The only reason this is still here is that it's the only 24 hour gym in fergus. Once a another one come in I doubt it will stay. Machines are always broken or making weird noises. Needs a total upgrade but I doubt the owner even cares she's never here

Positive experience: Honestly this place has everything ACCEPT classes.... price seems comparable to other locations but the fact that if you want to take a class you have to pay an additional fee is kind of ridiculous. I do have a membership and i do use it... The gym is big ... has showers... is a positive environment.... But the LACK of free classes ... I wasn't aware of this prior to signing up... so I'll stick with it for the year.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for almost ten years at this point and though my own fitness journey and goals changed and were not as consistent, I always come back and enjoy my time there. Its time just for myself and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Very disappointing service. Tried to call for info, no answer. Booked an appointment online for a tour, showed up and no one was working in the office. Stood around for 15 minutes, no show. I called and left 3 separate messages requesting information and a call back, no answer. EDIT: If you live close enough to Guelph I would highly suggest Movati! Got a membership there for $6 more biweekly, but they have amazing staff. Tons of free classes, men’s and women’s pools, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas. $12 more a month but world class facilities, and not just a small crowded room with staff that don’t care

Negative experience: New to the area so I was hoping to make the switch from my current gym, but seeing the reviews and the fact that the phone hasn't been answered for weeks is making me reconsider. Not to mention I scheduled a tour through their website, showed up and can't enter without a key card. And again, no one answers the phone and no response to the text that was sent with the appointment details that same morning! Seems like they don't want new business...

Positive experience: Gym is overpriced compared to other gyms I’ve been too. Some hidden fees as well, plus looks a little outdated. It’s not terrible though. Also don’t expect a free workout from the email they send you it’s not a real thing.

Positive experience: Becoming discouraged given the length of time it is taking to fix treadmills or even upgrade/replace.

Negative experience: Overpriced, always dirty, no new machines for 6 years I’ve been going. Gym owner Blair is quite rude and wears stinky perfumes.

Negative experience: It’s a horrible ran business, when you first get your membership she makes you think that you only pay once a month but then she randomly charges you, and gives the dumbest excuses of why.

Fantastic experience: Great gym good equipment reasonable patrons

Negative experience: Called to inquire, Fergus location $50 month for basic partly unstaffed gym. More $ than any other gym available. Going rate is $25 to $30 per month everywhere else for this class of gym . But wait..... there's more! Was told free 7day gym trial membership advertised on anytime fitness website was actually $20!!! Lol. Happy to drive to another city to visit any gym I choose for less than $50 month. I think they are playing the only gig in town card and gouging accordinglyat the Fergus location. GoodLife was cheaper and much better everything!

Negative experience: Called to cancel my husbands account as it’s been inactive for a long period of time as my better half works night shift 6 nights a week and is unable to call himself since they don’t answer the phone before 8 am and he’s awake in the evenings after they have left. Blair refused to do anything to the account with me, told me he needs to send an email, once she found out I would send the email her story changed. If you need anything, call the head office as they will ensure your membership is cancelled properly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym facility. Amenities some of the cleanest I’ve seen. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went here while the Orangeville location was being renovated, I really liked it! Huge space with a couple side rooms if you don’t want to be in the main area which was nice, not crowded and very clean! Also a lot of equipment to choose from but the only thing I didn’t see was a stair master machine. I would definitely use this gym again if I am in the Fergus area!

Fantastic experience: As a former pro athlete, I have been to a lot of gyms, and this one is surprisingly good. Small town, smallish gym, .. but super nice staff, good equipment, great amenities and easy going vibe. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Sketchy gym. Even if you ignore the unusable equipment, like the treadmill that other reviewers pointed out, you are still stuck with the unfriendly warnings posted around the place. It feels like visiting your cranky grand aunt's house at times. Customer service is from abysmal to non-existent. But it used to be a halfway decent place.

Positive experience: If you not a member just knock on glass and Hopefully someone inside will let you in. So new potential memebers wont be disappointed. As the staff is never there in morning..and i personally seen atleast 20 people go back in last 2 months. *not trying to go against the rules but if you are gym you need employees* **1 treadmill been out of order for 1 year ASAP sign As Slow As Possible & another one is down also now**

Negative experience: Today marked my 5th time in 2 weeks knocking on the door of this place, I’m guessing memberships must be all sold out and they aren’t accepting new members, to bad.

Positive experience: Can not access 24/7 as, advertised. Key FOB will not activate, and unless you do not work, you can not get anyone to reply to emails or phone messages. Paid up in fees, but can not access gym, despite talking to them directly, emailing lical, and head office, and going there when there staff is suppose to be thwr but isn't. No customer service?

Negative experience: I signed up for a seven day trail, went to work out at 12:30 and there's a sign saying the staff won't be back till 3:30, and since I don't have a fob I had to just go home. Why is this place unstaffed during the day? Seems odd.

Fantastic experience: The Staff here are excellent and very friendly! I've been to a few gyms in the Fergus/Guelph area and I can say that it's nice to finally have a gym where I can go on a regular basis 'anytime' and not have it be completely overcrowded. The bathrooms are very clean and the equipment is highly maintained. I love going here! 10/10 would highly recommend!
