Fantastic experience: Great facility, lots of parking. Parent viewing area. The kids sure had fun. It was great to watch our grandson.

Negative experience: Really poorly managed. Minimal supervisory oversight. They fall on negligence and avoidance as excuses for not answering questions about program fees and refunds.

Fantastic experience: Really good coaches. We have 3 autistic kiddos and 2 are coming to OGM with CAN and they are really enjoying it. I love how the coach really disguises stretches at the the start with fun games and really shows so much patience and flexibility and meets each child where they are at.

Fantastic experience: My son joined OGC after his trampoline club closed during co-vid. The progression he made in just weeks after joining was amazing. OGC is his home away from home and he couldn't love it more - from the fantastic coaching, to how his teammates motivate and inspire each other, to the friendships made. He is very well-supported and we have been very impressed with the level of passion, professionalism and knowledge of the entire OGC staff and coaches.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility! The coaches are true mentors. They are so knowledgeable and positive. You can tell they want their athletes to love gymnastics as much as they do. The facility has a ton of equipment and they have the facility amenities required for athletes at higher levels too. Thank you OGC for being such a positive influence on my children and for always being their cheerleader!

Negative experience: We heard great things about this facility but unfortunately we did not enjoy the experience for our 3 year old. We did phone in with concerns but sadly never got a call back. The facility was clean and large but personally we felt the coaching was really lacking. Our coach never introduced herself and had a very hard time speaking up for the toddlers and parents to hear. There was little guidance and overall the toddlers lost interest quickly and the parents were left to kill time until the class ended. Often our coach disappeared at the end of our class. Most of this wasn’t review worthy but the last class we attended, my mother got stuck in the ball pit. Not only did no one help her out of the pit, but my toddler had wandered away and the coach had absolutely no idea where he went. No one helped or apologized as my mother frantically searched for my 3 year old son. We informed the staff at the centre, were then told we would receive follow up but never did.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just started competitive tumbling and trampoline this fall after training at another gymnastics club recreationally. The transition to competitive has been so smooth. The coaches definitely do their best to cater to the level of commitment you and your child desire. The other parents are also so welcoming and friendly. Such a great place to be and we are glad we made the recent switch. Even with this club being further from our house, it is worth it!

Fantastic experience: My son has transformed his trampoline abilities with the help of his amazing coaches (Jamie and Danielle). He has also found confidence in himself and camaraderie with his teammates. Thank you OGC.

Fantastic experience: An amazing facility matched with amazing coaches, staff and events. OGC is for anyone at any ability. My kids started over 10 years ago at this facility and we are so glad we found OGC when we moved to the Okanagan. Not only can they have your Little ones in parent and tot classes they have classes for teenagers - adults and take athletes to the National and World level of competitions. I had the pleasure of watching first hand this amazing facility host the Trampoline and Tumbling Team BC Training Camp this past weekend preparing athletes from all over BC for Canadian Championships. The facility is top notch, large enough with some of the best equipment and the coaches and staff are amazing. If you have a little one just wanting to jump and roll or are an adult wanting to learn to do handstands or even backhand springs or have an aspiring athlete this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: My daughter joined the gym last Spring. Her coach Shana is lovely and incredibly appreciated. Caitlyn and Amanda are always wonderful and friendly running the office and probably 100 other things that I am not aware of. I love seeing my daughter’s continued growth.

Negative experience: I signed my kids up to the gym, and within hours, realized it wouldn't be a good fit for our family at this time. I spoke to the executive director to cancel immediately, accepting responsibility. The executive director kindly offered to wave the cancelation fee since I had cancelled within hours. A week later when I received the refund amount, it $90 less than what was verbally promised. In my opinion the person forgot or miscalculated the refund amount, charged me even more then the stated cancellation fee, and then did not want to admit this and fix their mistake. When I called to politely follow up, they immediately refused to discuss further.

Fantastic experience: My kids started here in January, and love it! They can't wait to show me what they learnt after class, and are always so excited to go again the following week! The staff is always very friendly as well :)

Fantastic experience: My daughter is attending their summer camp program. Really appreciate all their covid safety measures. My daughter is loving the camp. All the coaches are very nice.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to OGC for years now and my daughter loves it. The coaches are amazing and so dedicated. Seeing my daughter learn properly and safely all while having fun is a welcoming feeling. My daughter does competitive and seeing her become best friends with the girls on the team shows how they are also building strong relationships, and sportsmanship. I cannot say enough good things about OGC.

Positive experience: My daughter did WAG JO6 gymnastics there and she loved it. However, due to a significant change in management the coaches that she loved are no longer there and as a result she trains elsewhere.

Positive experience: Love their gymnastics program for kids. I would recommend waiting until your child is 3 before starting them in it. They have classes for as young as 18 months however the class is too structured for this age and the instructors are not great at engaging children that young
