Fantastic experience: The program manager Ria, front desk clerk Melissa, and all the staff are above and beyond AMAZING!!! We were there for the 2025 U13 Winter Classic hockey tournament and had the misfortune of staying at the Copper River Inn who shut down all their amenities during our stay. Our team was left with nothing to do during their downtime in between games. Ria was gracious enough to open up the multi purpose room for our kids to have a team meal and play every hockey kids favourite pastime game … mini sticks! Our kids and families had such a great time. Ria and her staff helped make our trip memorable and fun. Thank you so much for your amazing service and hospitality!

Positive experience: Saw event on 2nd floor, spacing and layout was good for event, very disappointed that there was no working elevator (saw a woman fall on stairs due to this fact), hardly any staff on site to assist. Not suitable for accessibility standards at all! Also mentioning no working ATM on site.

Negative experience: If your kids are interested in going into hockey go elsewhere. They don't even let the games finish, because the zamboni drivers force them off the ice even with half a period left.
