Negative experience: Very bad experience we feel discriminated against by a person who attends there the idea of going to play soccer Why can our families join us and get upset Why do we take time to get off the court when we take it to be about 10 minutes because we also take our familiesIt is the time it takes to change and collect our things and now they tell us that because of that they can no longer rent us anymore, it seems discrimination I would think Of course, all this is from 9 pm to 10 pm, This is the last schedule of the day, so it does not alter any other activity on the field.

Negative experience: I've been booking the soccer field every week, where we share in family with my group ,and I think it’s very bad to receive a message where they tell me that I can no longer book that place because I have exceeded the time limit set 'only because we come with our children and it takes us 10 or 15 minutes more to leave the place

I've personally used the soccer pitch the most and love when I get a chance to use the strength and conditioning side. As a soccer coach this has been a great place to train my athletes for the next level. My favourite part is that you very rarely have to wait for equipment. Everyone is super friendly and open to helping you out. Great energy in this facility!

Fantastic experience: The CCC Performance Centre is a top-notch facility! A beautiful space with two full-sized gym courts, an indoor soccer field and state of the art workout equipment. Suitable for elite athletes and club teams. Staff are super friendly and the facility is always clean. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is a beginner with using exercise machines and such, the staff was super helpful whenever I had a question or needed help learning how to use a machine properly and safely. And the overall environment is great and a safe place to work out. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have never been one to leave reviews online as I am a strong believer of everyone being able to experience places for themselves and not relying on others past experiences to sway their decisions. However, I am breaking that rule today and I felt the need to post this positive review today. For those of you that have not been to the CAPC, let’s just say you are missing out. What does this place not have to offer??? It is a multi sport facility with access to soccer, basketball, volleyball, weight lifting, cardio, plyometrics you name it! The memberships are very affordable, the staff is super friendly and respectful, there is nothing else I could have asked for. Cameron, the athletic director, is a pleasure to speak with and he is very knowledgeable of his facility and what the space has to offer. If you’re looking for a membership/a rental space for your team look no further THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Has everything you need as a body builder but also has the facilities for HIIT workouts, soccer training, and basketball training! This gym also features a pickle ball court for you pickle ball lovers. To top it off the staff here is great! Very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: If you have not yet been to the Canada Athletic Performance Centre, what are you waiting for? The equipment is top notch, such as the pendulum squat which can be very challenging to find in a large commercial gym. The staff are also incredible, Cameron has helped me improve my form on the bench press and squat. I highly recommend CAPC.

Fantastic experience: My boy's attended a basketball camp at the facility and while I dropped them off I noticed the BEAUTIFUL gym. I decided to grab a day pass and workout while my kids were in camp. When I tell you this is the most amazing, well organized, thought out, clean gym I've ever been to, I'm not kidding! Every staff member is SO lovely and greeted me with a smile every day. The equipment is top notch and you will definitely find things that you can't find at your regular gym. I'm so happy I discovered this space! I can't wait to return already!

The layout was very well designed and you can tell that a lot of time, effort and resources have been invested to make this facility as beautiful as it is. Most importantly, I was welcomed with open arms by very friendly and hospitable staff who made the experience that much better. I undoubtedly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to train for a sport/competition, workout casually, or simply just move their body and become more physically active. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at pretty much every gym in the Durham Region and not one compares to the positive experiences I’ve had at CAPC. From the friendly front staff greeting you the moment you walk through the door, the cleanliness of the gym, the access you get to a turf soccer field, basketball/volleyball courts and the gym, there is not one bad experience I’ve had since I joined in January. Most of the times I have gone to workout there is a maximum of 4 other people there. Coming from a bigger chain gym, I really fell in love with being able to use any machine and not having to wait to use equipment. You can tell the equipment they have chosen are specialized, some of which you wouldn’t see in a regular gym. The equipment is top-notch quality and I’ve never seen any of the equipment “out of use” which was a major theme in the chain gyms. The athletic manager, Cameron, communicates with members regularly on hours during holidays and checks in to make sure I am satisfied with my experience while also seeking to improve the facility and member experience further. You can tell he really cares for the members and enhancing the experience in the gym. I have, and will continue to recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: What's not to love about this place? No expense was spared on the quality - soccer turf, volleyball/basketball courts, even the pickleball courts, all brand new and fantastic. As for the weights & gym equipment, absolutely top class. The centre is clearly extremely well run, constantly well staffed and clean. Staff and fellow patrons are friendly, and there is never a wait time for machines or weights. Can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite gyms to train at. This gym has unique set of machines you would not find at regular commercial gyms, like a pendulum squat and belt hip thrust machine. It’s also very clean and well maintained. Never busy so you don’t have to wait for a piece of equipment for too long. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone thinking of joining!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. The staff is really sweet and helpful, and always around to greet you with a smile. The machines are new and clean. Basketball court and soccer field are both awesome editions. It’s never dirty and there’s always wipes available for the equipment. It’s also never BUSY which is fantastic for those of us that prefer gyms which aren’t crowded.

Fantastic experience: CAPC has everything I’m looking for in a gym. It has: top of the line weight training equipment, an outstanding soccer turf, premium basketball courts, and the high performance area with many squat racks is so clutch. Their abundant cardio equipment is fire for intense sessions! I appreciate the additional Atlantis leg equipment not typically found at standard gyms. This facility is spacious and not overly plugged up with members. The friendly and upbeat staff keep it clean and Cameron’s feel-good professionalism always makes an impact. Greatest gym in Durham/Toronto East and right off the highway too. Thank you CAPC.
