Fantastic experience: Yesterday was our first visit to Kevlar but I have to say that I left there loving Kristina and the care she provided. I feel very confident in bringing my son there for post op physio!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to Kevlar Performance & Rehab today, and I’m already so impressed! Dr. Brock took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The facility is top-notch, and it’s refreshing to finally find a place that truly understands what I’m trying to achieve with my treatment. I’ve been to a few other places before, but nothing compares to the level of care I received here. I’m really looking forward to continuing with such a knowledgeable team! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've taken my son who is 7yrs old to Brock to help him with an ankle injury. He was fantastic with him, explaining to both of us what he was working on and gave him exerices to do at home. I personally have also gone to Brock and really appreciated how they not only focus on the injury in the moment but work on fixing movement patterns to help you get back to what you love doing.

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience overall. I learned a lot about myself and my body and the ways in which I can continue to improve my health and overall well being. Dr Brock is very thorough in his explanations of exactly what is going on and is always putting your needs first. A very comfortable setting, and I can tell that being a physically active person, this form of rehabilitation will allow me to continue to thrive in life.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first experience at Kevlar Performance and I couldn’t have booked another appointment fast enough! Not only were all of the staff extremely friendly, the space itself has a fantastic atmosphere and is thoughtfully organized. Benn (RMT) was incredibly knowledgeable,. He took the time to observe target areas and not only did his treatment provide immediate relief to a trouble shoulder but he also gave post appointment mobility exercises to support strength and stability moving forward. Fantastic experience: There is a reason why it is nearly impossible to get an appointment with Benn Knight - he is absolutely incredible. I’ve been putting off getting a massage simply due to fear from years of pain but Benn put my mind at ease and made me feel super comfortable. He’ll definitely give you a good laugh through the pain. Thank you SO much! In addition, I’ve been seeing Billy for Physio for the past 5 weeks. His treatments have completely changed my life. I suffered from chronic back pain for the past 5 years and he has completed fixed me right up. Beyond grateful to the Kevlar Team. Thank you just isn’t enough

Everything we talked about she was able to communicate clearly and concisely, while also explaining clinically what treatments will affect what muscles and systems in my body. We discussed a specifically curated treatment plan for me that made sense and was clear in its goals for my body.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best place on earth. Kristina and Brock are absolutely wonderful people. They have helped me through the good, the bad, and the ugly - from something as small as chronic headaches, several injuries, provided rehabilitation services on multiple broken bones, and have coached me through many workouts. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owners. I refer all my friends and family to them whether it be for something big or small. Truly impeccable people who are so patient through my low pain tolerance, push me to achieve my goals, and accommodating to my crazy schedule. Would give them 100 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: A very comfortable place; and helped the process of aleviating my pain. I showed up an hour early and was offered to use the gym. Unfortunately I was in to much pain to do so. Maybe next time.

Fantastic experience: I was passing through Burlington on a cross country trip and needed some TLC. A local friend recommended Kevlar P & R and I am so happy I booked with Brock. He was incredibly thorough and I honestly felt like I received VIP service (which is rare when you tell someone you may never use their service again). If I lived here I would certainly be using their services again! Try them out. You will not be disappointed.

I was recommended by a friend and she lived up to the recommendation so I will pass it forwards the studio is clean and welcoming, Kristina was thorough and thoughtful and had a very calming energy. I’ve done some consults before with chiro or physio and they just check you over and charge you 100 and don’t actually provide anything that first time. I got a full consult and therapy in one sitting. Thank you and I will be back!

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Dr. Kristina was very detailed covering past history medical and physical concerns and current issues while outlining goals for treatment. Dr.Kristina was patience, welcoming and helped me understand a treatment plan that would help me improve my issues and strength in weak areas. She performed a manual adjustment and acupuncture during the session always checking to see my comfort levels. I’m looking forward to having dr Kristina help me improve and maintain alignment of my body. Highly recommend the clinic and Dr Kristina.

Walks you through each step she is taking and takes the time to explain in detail the issue you are having and why and how it all works, in a manner that is gentle and compassionate. The gym is clean and a great addition to help patients learn new skills to strengthen and implement movements to aid in recovery. Fantastic experience: I would like to start off by saying I cannot recommend Kevlar enough! I have been there quite a few times now and have visited/gotten worked on by everyone who works there. First off, the facility is very nice, extremely clean and the gym is a also very well kept. The first person I saw was Brock. He was very welcoming, professional and an excellent chiropractor. Ben was the second person I visited, which was for my first massage ever and I can definitely say I will be going back and highly recommend. Lastly, I had the pleasure of visiting Kristina today. She is one of the most friendly, outgoing and talented chiropractors I've ever had work on me. I've had cupping, acupuncture, adjustments and a massage all done at Kevlar and every aspect is a 10/10 and the fact that everyone is so personable and professional makes Kevlar that much more fantastic. They truly care and LISTEN to your health history, what your areas of concern are and then factor in and save time for any questions you may have. They are also extremely compassionate and accommodating, I have had to cancel/reschedule with very little notice sometimes and they were so pleasant and understsnding and rescheduled with no problem. You will not be disappointed visiting Kevlar.

Fantastic experience: Brock treated my acute ankle soreness with precision and care. I had acupuncture on my ankle, manual therapy and a spinal adjustment. The team there is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The gym space included in their treatment facility is fully loaded with everything you need to do different exercises for rehab and treatments. Safe to say that this is my new go-to clinic for treatments- I’m happy I found them!

Fantastic experience: I'm an Electrician by trade so my job is usually labour intensive. I recently began to feel lower back pain, I was looking for somewhere to go and came across Kevlar, and let me tell you, I'm glad I did. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, easy to make an appointment, clean, and the staff are welcoming. Kristina was able to address all my wants and needs and was able to help my back pain. I would return in a heartbeat if any other issues arise. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience at Kevlar Performance with Brock. I've had extremely sore and tight hip issues for such a long time. They were constantly in pain and I was having difficulty sleeping, working out etc. Brock was able to quickly understand my needs and put a solution to it right away. Just after a few visits my hip pain was gone and I've been feeling like a new person. I continue with my regular follow ups to ensure that pain doesn't come back and so far sooooo good! 100% recommend the team here to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with several aches and pains for about a year especially in my lower back and shoulder. After coming to see both Mr Brock and Ms De Los Reyes I can tell you without a doubt they are the best chiropractors you can get , especially in the GTA . I have been to Maybe 10 different locations for chiropractic care as being a bus driver like myself makes it extremely difficult on my knees back and shoulders and to get proper and effective care is critical for my day to day life. I will not be going to see anyone else for as long as these two continue working , I will continue going. They genuinely care for you as a person as well as making sure you reach your desired health. They're newer to the area but I will promise to anyone looking for Chiropractic care, if u want to guarntee the best care for you, I would go to them even if It may be a bit of a drive. They have not only helped me beyond my physical healing but the mental hurdle/anxiety of me thinking, " I'm never going to get better"
