Positive experience: Great gym: never too crowded, clean and good equipment. However, it would be nice to have longer opening hours on the weekend.

Fantastic experience: Always a squat rack available! A nice change to the corporate gyms I’m used to. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but it has everything you’d ever need.

Negative experience: I really liked Gym Les Géants. So, I was happy when the gym reopened, albeit under new management. However, my experience has been utterly disappointing. 1) Although there is room, they got rid of machines that were there prior to the pandemic. They should at least put back the abductor and adductor machine. 2) On July 4 at 20h04, I called to get information, but no one answered the phone. So, I showed up in person and nobody was at the front desk. I even walked inside to look into the office and no one was there. So, I called again while I was there and no one answered again. A while after, a young man and a young woman appeared. They seemed to be a couple based on their interaction with each other, flirting, running around the gym playing tag, and doing some workouts in between the little cleaning, organizing, and standing behind the desk that I witnessed. Their conduct gave the gym a very immature vibe, which was not the case before the pandemic. The staff at Gym Les Géants were present and professional. 3) On July 11, I finally got a call back and when I explained the unprofessional and immature conduct I witnessed, the person who identified himself as the manager denied it was staff who I saw behaving in a manner that turned me off from signing up for a membership. Perhaps a boyfriend or a girlfriend of a staff member was also there, but it was very obvious that at least the young man or young woman was a staff member. I do not know where they disappeared to when I tried calling and when I showed up in person and I do not know why they were running around the gym flirting and acting unprofessional and immature. However, that is no reason for management to deny what I witnessed. I am really shocked that people have given 5 stars. Maybe these people went during a time when the staff was more professional and earlier in the day. I miss Gym Les Géants and was hoping for a Gym Les Géants vibe, but it is far from that. So, Optimal Sports Plus is not an option for me.

Fantastic experience: Gym with pretty much everything you need. Lots of squat racks, only ever full when sports teams are training.

Positive experience: Beau centre d'entraînement quoiqu'il manque des machines comme celles des mollets et les machines d'abducteurs et adducteurs. Ainsi, dommage qu'il n'y a pas la possibilité de payer par carte débit.
