Fantastic experience: They have such a beautiful facility. I really enjoy the community classes with Melissa Campos. She's has an empowering teaching style and I appreciate the drop in rates for her Saturday classes.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely gorgeous class! Music was great, ambiance was lovely, space was clean and smelled wonderful and the Vibey Vinyasa had all the right vibes with a few fun twists on traditional poses.

Fantastic experience: I am travelling to Kelowna on a little vacation right now and I was so happy to find this studio. They have a "Travellers 1 Week Unlimited" which was a great pass for me this week! The teachers are all lovely, Miles has a great energetic Power Vinyasa class and Tessa led a lovely conscious Vinyasa class! I'm excited to take more classes

Fantastic experience: Love this warm and inviting space. The instructors are amazing! Love the variety of warm yoga classes from 60-75 minutes. One of my faves is "Our All", the best of Vinyasa and relaxation stretch. Parking is not an issue as there is a parkade across the street. Highly recommend to all Yogi's

Fantastic experience: Our Yoga Space is the most welcoming, grounding and special space! All of the teachers bring something different to their classes and care about their students. Although primarily vinyasa, there are other offerings such as yin, nidra, sound, and strength classes. Total game changer for mental, physical and spiritual health. Love love love!

Fantastic experience: It took me until 2023 to discover this little gem of a studio, but am I ever glad I did. The instructors are fantastic, the space is very warm and welcoming. I love the infrared heat and the plants and crystals everywhere. Good mix of classes (vinyasa and yin, acoustic and sound healing experiences). Really happy I tried the month intro pass. Ended up buying another 10 class pass after. Lovely studio. Thanks Our Yoga Space!

Fantastic experience: Our Yoga Space is a one-of-a-kind yoga studio. It provides life enriching social bonds, daily gentle mental health reminders, depth in yoga postures and a serene space to leave your day at the doors. There is a no place I'd rather be throughout the week and no place that will accept you more with open arms than Our Yoga Space.

Fantastic experience: The OYS owner and team of teachers lead a really wonderful range of classes. I most enjoy their professional communication and brilliantly curated aesthetic touches of the studio (plants, brick wall, showers, etc.) Covid precautions have been safe, well-followed, and clearly communicated. I most enjoy the "Our All" class and early morning flows. The infrared heat is warm and cozy and an appreciated element to have during practice. I keep returning to this studio because my practice has improved, and I sincerely believe they deliver the teachings of yoga in an accessible and authentic way.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Our Yoga Space since the start of June and have loved every class I’ve attended. The instructors have all been wonderful and I always leave there feeling amazing. I’m a yoga newbie and have greatly appreciated the clear communication and modifications available to me. I’ve also loved the variety in the classes and seeing poses that one day I hope to work into my practice. The studio is clean and cozy, and everyone is so friendly. I often use the shower facilities before work which is so convenient, and the downtown location is perfect. Above all, the community feel and connection in this studio is authentic and welcoming - it’s a truly beautiful place to practice.

Taylor and her team of professionals will make you feel welcomed whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to the game. I can't wait to be back practising at OYS, when it's safe to do so! Fantastic experience: AMAZING STUDIO AND COMMUNITY LOVE. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! OYS is the warmest and most welcoming place to practice in. Their motto "welcome home" is EXACTLY how you feel as soon as you enter the studio. All the instructors are wonderful! Since the Covid-19, Taylor has implemented the most amazing variety of online classes, plus a "live" 90 min practice on Saturdays (check out their website of pass info). This has been a life changer for me as I live in Vancouver and now I can practice everyday, at my leisure. Taylor, the owner and an instructor has the most calming and soothing voice and her instructions are impeccable. She makes it so easy to follow. If you are a beginner or have practiced for years, OYS is for you! THE BEST

Fantastic experience: I have been accessing their online yoga classes since isolation started about 8 weeks ago. There is a large selection of classes so I have had an opportunity to try different instructors and styles of yoga. You can pick the style and length of class to suit you. Great classes and instructors plus you can access them at your convenience. The weekly unlimited option at a set cost is a deal for sure. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem for yoga in the heart of Kelowna. There is ample space to visit and relax before or after your class, bathrooms are bright and clean. The cool lavender towels at the end of class are the icing on the cake. The yoga room itself is warm (not too hot) well laid-out and there is always room for an extra mat. The roster of instructors are caring, thoughtful, knowledgable and always friendly. Thank you for creating such a special space for the Kelowna yoga community!

It's sure to leave you feeling taller, healthier and more relaxed! They offer a good variety of times and the setting is cozy and comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Our Yoga Space is such a beautiful and welcoming studio. I completed an intro month there and absolutely plan on returning. Taylor is an incredible instructor - I love how she would start off classes by asking if there were any requests for particular areas of focus, it really made the classes seem personal and tailored to the students, not just a particular set series that is the same every time. I felt challenged but supported by her helpful adjustments and suggestions. I've also recommended the studio to friends and family as it's great for those who are interested in checking out hot yoga for the first time but may be a bit hesitant about the heat aspect. Also, it is so incredibly clean and smells amazing! And the cold lavender scented towels at the end of class are just lovely :)

Fantastic experience: THE BEST. The space is so beautiful and welcoming and the people are even better. Every instructor is incredible and you can tell they all care so much about their classes and the students in them. I have been going to Taylor’s yoga classes since she became an instructor and I am so happy she opened up her own studio. Not only is she an amazing yoga teacher but she’s also an amazing person and you can truly see that she put her whole heart into this studio. Nowhere else I’d rather spend my Saturday morning then yoga and coffee at our yoga space❤️ Highly recommended!

This studio was the first place that I ever wanted to come back to. I have been going here for over six months. Most importantly, the instructors are fantastic, with well thought out and creative sequencing every single time. Fantastic experience: A beautiful hot/warm yoga studio in the heart of Kelowna downtown, this space is beautiful, creating a calming environment. The room temperature is just right with great guidance by Taylor Morrice and the OYS Instructors. It's also very close to alot of amenities and parking is not an issue. looking forward to practicing here again and again!
