You are surrounded and supported by a team of trainers that live and breath fitness. They train hard, they compete in fitness competitions and provide meal plans with attainable goals and consistent follow ups. The before & after pics of their clients are inspiring and the rollout of goal attained members is quite impressive .

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, amazing trainers. I started training with Nick (Big Daddy) a few years ago, based on a recommendation from a colleague who was using his online programming. Initially I thought I would do it for a couple months, get some custom programming and tips based on my physique, learn a few new things, and then head back to training alone. I figured, why would I keep paying someone when there are countless videos and programs I can find online? Fast forward a few years later and I’m addicted. I never stopped. Nick pushes me past what I thought I wouldn’t be capable of anymore. Numerous injuries and muscle tears had me thinking my glory days were only ever gonna be a memory, but here I am at 44 in the best shape of my life and I have Nick to be thankful for it. Warm and friendly and great equipment. Gym is always very clean too

Fantastic experience: Nico Vlachos (Aka Big Daddy) me coach depuis près de 2 mois. So far, une drop de 6% de body fat et une bonne prise de massed musculaire. Ses suivis sont irréprochables. À chaque 2 semaines, il prend mon body fat, il répond à mes questions, il apporte les correctifs aux plans d'entraînement ou la diète au besoin. Le gars est amazing. Son staff est à son image. Quand tu es sur place, tu te sens dans une grosse famille. Props à toute l'équipe !
