Fantastic experience: My nephew has been training with GoldSzn for over a year now and the improvement he has achieved is incredible. He went from being the back up player his first two games to starting the rest of the year and that’s because he has been going to this place. If you want to see instant improvement as an athlete , this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with Nathan. He helped a lot with range of motion and strengthening end ranges which played a huge role in my jiu jitsu performance. I was able to move with much more fluidity. He did a great job of assessing strengths and weaknesses and provided numerous strength and mobility movements to help improve those areas. Fantastic experience: My teenage son never enjoyed working out until he started going to Goldszn gym. The owner Coach Marvin is the best. My son has been training with him since the beginning of the summer , the belief that coach Marvin has shown in him has turned him around and now he looks forward to going to gym and working out . Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a star coach! Plenty of machines to get you going and growing! Group training, yoga, boxing and private training! I been doing 6am group and there is no better way to stat your morning. Tons of parking outside and the complex has additional activities as well if you are looking for more things to do.

He is encouraging, understanding and keeps the workouts challenging and upbeat. When I started training I was not able to do all the exercises and felt defeated however with minor adaptations and Marv telling me 'you got this' I was able to accomplish and exceed my expectations. Fantastic experience: I was 290 pounds when i started with preston. i was smoking so much and eating chips and chocolate everyday. i was literally a cookie monster. Preston has been training me for 6 months and i’ve lost 30 pounds and gained massive muscle and cut down on snacking by a lot. he’s super down to earth, very understanding and makes the workouts fun. my moods are so much better and i’ve even started meal prepping and becoming more aware of macros and portioning. i love who i am and without Preston i wouldn’t be this person. forever grateful and staying consistent.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out weekly at this gym since September 2021 and I love it. I participate regularly in coach Dina’s classes - both Tuesday night Peach Pump for lower body and Shape Up Saturdays for full body. It’s really nice to have classes specifically designed for women. Coach Dina really makes us all feel comfortable and brings interesting and new workouts every week. I also have been buying packs of 10 personal training sessions with coach Dina and have seen such a positive change in my mood, my mental clarity, my body and overall well-being. The gym is also conveniently located off the 20 highway and with lots of parking. Fair pricing and good energy from all the staff. 10/10 would recommend checking out GoldSzn.

Day in and day out Marvin is in an amazing mood and always pushing for better results for his clients.
