The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Whistler

Positive experience: The hot tub is their featured image on their website, yet they don't give guests of the spa access to the hot tub! Tried booking a nice gift of a couples massage spa treatment, but they don't offer spa amenities. Why would you charge guests of the spa full price when you are only providing partial services? Following your logic, here's partial stars in return.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal. My friend and I enjoyed 2 days at the spa & the staff is exceptional. Great service, they’re in great moods, so kind. Would recommend ten times over. If you buy a treatment, you get spa access and complimentary valet.

Positive experience: Amazing massage by Alison. She has incredible technique, working all the sore muscles and stress areas.

Positive experience: Nice spa, fantastic scrub and massage from Raiko- maybe the best I've had at a resort. Underwhelmed by locker/ relaxation lounge room. Had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like deodorant. Only one hair dryer. Lots of small children running around in the women's changing area. Pool was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I received a massage and hydrofacial, both were excellent! Everyone was polite and professional. While we were not staying at the hotel so we didn't have access to the outside pools, we did have a pre and post relaxation room with water, hot tea, and small snacks, steam room, and showers (they had a Dyson hairdryer so I definitely washed my hair!). Would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone interested in a wonderful spa experience in Whistler!

Fantastic experience: Good place

Negative experience: I visited the new spa during my recent stay in Whistler. I was appalled to discover that cellphone usage was allowed in the changing rooms and in the Relaxation Lounge. Upon arriving in the changing room, phones were out and being used. None of the staff who were present in the changing room discouraged it. When I went into the Relaxation Lounge, which was not relaxing, I saw that everyone except me had their cellphone out. Two customers were taking pics. Someone's phone kept receiving notifications. Again, not one staff member stopped it even when they came into the lounge to greet their guest. Ugh! I thought maybe the "after treatment," Relaxation Lounge would be better. Nope! A guy had an iPad open typing away, and his companion's phone was alerting in her robe pocket. I searched everywhere for signs or something that may say "Cellphone usage in the Spa is Not allowed." None were anywhere. Needless to say, I will make sure to ask about cellphone policy before I book again. This $415 Signature Treatment was a waste of my money.

Fantastic experience: Customer service was top notch! Had an amazing massage that actually almost completely removed the tension I had in my back after 2 days of snowboarding. They took care of us well and treated us like VIPs, thanks for the amazing service and we will definitely consider staying at the Four Seasons and coming back again next time we’re in Whistler. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I received an amazing pedicure, with gorgeous forest views. My technician was lovely and professional. The relaxation rooms before and after the pedicure was lovely. However, due to the high cost of the pedicure service, it would have been a nice touch to be offered a complimentary beverage other than a plastic water bottle (might be a COVID thing) or access to the spa/sauna. Would come back as a big treat but the price is steep for a classic pedi.

Negative experience: Our esthetician (Ana) was very lovely and professional and did a great job. Can’t say the same about reception. We were not offered lockers or robes when we checked in for service (and was only offered them when I went to the desk to ask after my spa service). I was also told that we would have access to the pool and hot tub at the time of booking (which turned out to be not true, which is fine and understandable during COVID) however, I did not like the accusatory tone that reception gave to me when I asked about that. We had planned a lovely evening of relaxing post long hike and it was completely ruined by the lack of service and professionalism from reception. I expected more from the Four Seasons spa and will not be returning. Look elsewhere for professional and quality service.

This venue has a high luxury feel in a faux/rustic genre set against the rich and lush Coastal Mountains. You won’t be disappointed with the hotel, it’s contemporary yet rustic decor, or Whistler Village itself.

Fantastic experience: Hermoso, atencion buena. Sin embargo; cobran el valet parking caricimo,en ningun lugar del mundo donde he estado pasa esto. Me senti un poco incomoda ya que no hablan ningun otro idioma y eso me parece falta de capacitacion en el personal.

Fantastic experience: The service was truly 5 star. We had a work function for a weekend here. We all arrived quite early in the morning and all of our rooms were ready. The pool wasn't open yet because it was only May, however the opened the pool for us and provided staff, bartending and serving. It was a lovely afternoon. Very enjoyable, I highly recommend the 4 Seasons in Whistler Village.

Fantastic experience: All the services at the spa are worth. Marie Soleil was my massage therapist and after her incredibly delicate massage I felt much more relaxed. Plus, finally my lingering headache was gone! The robes are a pleasure, the hot pools are at the right temperature and not crowded. Showers and lockers to place your items and relax comfortably.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at the hotel was absolutely breath taking. The staff went above and beyond making our Honeymoon in Whistler unforgettable! We arrived with my wife receiving a rose and we found an amazing piece of dessert waiting for us in our room. The balcony was a must! Taking in the sunrises and sunsets between Blackcomb and Whistler is a memory and sight that will remain with us forever. Special thanks to Chris in customer service and the rest of the team too. They gave us all the best info and we avoided any crowds to be had in off season Whistler ..

Positive experience: ***Review for Spa only*** Visited the Spa this weekend with my sister-in-law and relaxed our faces off. We each had 50min massages (mine prenatal, hers Swedish) and the design for you facials. We were so happy with everything!!
