Fantastic experience: J'adore, ambiance super agréable, le personnel et les clients sont super, ambiance chaleureuse, ils sont très compétant.

Negative experience: They over changed my brother 200$+, we asked for a refund since it was their mistake and it’s been months which we never got a refund. They keep giving excuses to why they can’t refund us when it was their fault/problem in the first place. We both had left the gym and we still don’t have our refund it’s been months and now I need to fight to get it back when it should of all been an easy process from the start. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Désolé mais c'est le pire gym que j'ai jamais vu ... désorganisé complètement, des entraineurs qui ne peuvent même pas me parler en français et ce même s'ils sont très gentil. J'ai subi des blessures par le manque d'expérience de ceux-ci incluant la direction. Non sérieusement plus jamais !!!

Fantastic experience: If you need accountability and you’re sick and tired of your Bs excuses for why you’re not where you should be then go take a consult at this gym and start up. Tailored game plans specific to your goals with coaching, structure, guidance and meal plans. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is very nice gym. Open space and lots of equipments. The unlimited privacy training session is ready work for me. Recommended!

Negative experience: Vraiment décourager j’ai choisi cette emplacement car c’était près de chez moi. A 13 minutes. La seul raison pourquoi je donne 2étoile et non plus c’est à cause des entraîneurs et le fait que les saisons sont illimitées. Mais ils annonce un déménagement 2 jours avant! Ne donne pas le temps de se préparer! On vous écrit pour dire que les sessions vont se faire à Laval lorsqu’on vous avait laissé prendre des sessions à Blainville. N’importe quoi! Mais sinon si je veux me plaindre je dois aussi dire se qui est bon. Les entraîneurs, tu reçois beaucoup pour ton argent, tu peux même avoir un plan de nutrition c’est inclus. J’adore le fait que c’est illimité donc bien sûr je vais aller à Laval lundi pour voire comment j’aime sa . 38 minutes pour me déplacer quand je me déplaçais en 13 minutes! J’espère au moins ils vont avoir de meilleurs équipes!

Positive experience: Excellent Gym en développement !! Propre & spacieux et sans ''poser'' ... un peu plus d'équipement aidera !! Équipe très courtoise & accueillante !

Fantastic experience: J’ai adoré chaque moments a astrofit. Ne vous trompez pas la souffrance est au rendez-vous mais les entraîneurs et le staff vous accompagneront tout au long de votre transformation. Je le conseille à tous!

Fantastic experience: I wanna give it 4.5 but i cant , its a 5 for almost any type of training other then powerlifting , super friendly staff , nice atmosphere, the only thing for me personally is im a slightly advanced powerlifter and there isnt enough wait you can put on the bar around 600 is the max , but kike i said for ANY other reason it was 5/5 , definitely would go back in the futur if different plates were added

Everyone whether you are a client or a trainer treats everyone like family. The motivation that floods through the doors is something of unexplainable. Being a client at astrofit over the past 2 years has just changed my life!! If you have the chance and want to make a difference, astrofit is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Meilleur gym pour garder la motivation, en apprendre sur l’entraînement et la nutrition quel que soit ton objectif, Astrofit c’est pour tout le monde. Toujours un coach sur place lors des séances d’entraînement pour te pousser à donner le meilleur de toi même et être sur que tu fasses les exercices correctement, en plus c’est personnalisé selon ton objectif! Ça parait qu’ils aiment ce qu’ils font et qu’ils veulent te voir te surpasser. L’encadrement c’est au gym comme à la maison, toujours dans le but que tu obtiennes des résultats optimaux et durables. Je recommande a 100%.

Fantastic experience: J'ai adoré mon expérience là-bas! L'équipe d'entraîneurs certifié est tout simplement incroyable. Ils sont à l'écouter de leurs clients et ils les supportent constamment. J'ai toujours aimé l'entraînement mais jamais à ce point-là. Ils m'ont transmis leur passion pour l'entraînement au point tel que j'ai l'intention d'aller étudier en kinésiologie ou en nutrition. On est comme une grande famille, personne ne juge personne. Que tu pèse 350 lbs ou que tu en pèse 100 lbs, tout le monde est le bienvenue, on est là non pas pour juger les autres mais pour avoir du plaisir tout en s'entraînant et en atteignant nos objectifs personnels. Alors si vous êtes à la recherche d'un gym privé avec des entraîneurs certifiés et une magnifique communauté, vous avez touché le gros lot!

Fantastic experience: Best gym EVER! J'aime pas dire ''Gym'' en fait parce que c'est vraiment plus que ça. Encouragement, motivation, détermination et amour sont les premières caractéristiques de Astrofit et des Coachs là-bas. Ils changent des vies, c'est incroyable à quel point tu te sens chez toi quand tu rentre là. Ils prennent soin de nous (les clients), ils se rappellent de tous et chacun.... Tu ne passe jamais inaperçue. Tu n'es pas un numéro ou un revenue pour eux. Tu es important, tu es leurs goal à eux !!!! Leurs goals c'est de nous faire réussir TOUT LE TEMPS, de repousser nos limites et nous obliger à voir que nous sommes tous des athlètes. On est une famille, tout le monde s'encouragent. L'argent, les efforts et le temps investis au Astrofit en vaut CLAIREMENT la peine. AstrofitFam, Thank you !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Beau gym avec ambiance motivante, comme si nous formions une famille . Soutien et encadrement impeccable. Les coachs veulent ta réussite autant que toi. J'ai commencé à ce gym et j'ai été chanceuse d'assister à leur expansion. N'hésitez pas à aller visiter celui à Rivière-des-prairies et bientôt Laval!

Fantastic experience: 1-Décider de se prendre en main et investir dans un entraineur pour 6 mois. 2-Atteindre un premier but après 5 mois de perte de poids. 3-Réaliser que je prend de la force. 4- Vouloir maintenant travailler mon mentale qui veux flancher dès que ça fait mal. Se rendre compte que de 6 mois, je suis rendu a 3 ans avec les entraineurs d'astrofit (que je connaissait avant l'ouverture d'astrofit). C'est peu vous dire comment ils m'ont épauler au travers mon cheminement ! Toujours un objectif à la fois. Des entraineurs vraiment a l'écoute de vos besoins (objectifs, blessures, souci personnel) . Je ne peut pas oublier l'ambiance des membres de ce gym. Tous s'encourage, aucune compétition, tous se mettent a l'aise. Merci a vous aussi !

Fantastic experience: I initially had Sarah as a coach at another gym and when she opened Astrofit, I had to follow her ! Even if you hate her during a workout, you can see the progress and you know it worth it. Definitely recommend this place, its a big family and everybody is here to help, coach and other clients :)

Fantastic experience: I have been training here for over a year now & I must say I am super satisfied with their service. Both trainers work so hard and care a lot about their clients. Great service all the time, they really make you feel like family. The gym itself is great there is a vast variety of weights and machines and just enough space. and the workouts really do get you in shape. I recommend this to anyone who wants a challenge, wants to better themselves, or simply wants to get in shape.

You will not find trainers that are as dedicated nor care as much as Astrofit. They turn training from just a simple physical experience to encouraging you to make a lifestyle out of it. They are joyful, energetic and most importantly serious trainers. Once you start training with them, there is no playing around, you are there to get fit and sexy! That being said of course, they take really good care of you. They keep in mind any prior injuries you might have and work around it. As stated before, simply awesome! Also, great gym environment, everyone I met there has one goal in mind, get healthy and in shape. No matter your fitness level, Astrofit will definitely change your life!
