Fantastic experience: Horizon taekwondo has been an amazing learning journey for my son and it still continues today. Master Sanchez makes a personal connection with his students. He works very well with kids and teaches them self confidence, respect and discipline. My son was going through bullying and had a negative school experience. We enrolled him at Horizon Taekwondo and it made a huge difference in his confidence and social skills. This club also provides school pick up and after school program, birthday parties, adult kickboxing and it excels in each activity. I recommend horizon taekwondo to parents looking for martial arts program.

Fantastic experience: When looking for a martial arts facility in which to enrol our, at the time school age sons, two different sets of friends recommended Horizon Taekwondo primarily because of its head instructor Louis Sanchez. I was so impressed with Horizon Taekwondo that I became a student myself, eventually grading for my third degree blackbelt. Fitness, respect, and proper technique are always at the forefront of all classes. Louis Sanchez has that rare gift of inspiring discipline in the kids, while, at the same time, getting them to have fun while doing it. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being involved with the Horizon Taekwon-Do & Family Fitness Centre for over 20 years. Master Sanchez is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his martial arts disciplines and always happy to share his expertise with his students. Master Louie Sanchez - 7th degree black belt and owner of the establishment is a kind hearted man whom has dedicated his life to this art and teaching his students. Fantastic experience: Taekwon-Do is a great martial art. Don't get me wrong. However, I was trained by Sensei Steven Seagal in the art of aikido. Myself, I am not very strong, nor fast. However, upon arriving at Horizon Taekwon-Do & Family Fitness Centre, I proceeded to apply my aikido techniques on my opponents. No one stood a chance against my skills. My opponents dropped to the mat like trousers in a doctor's office. One after another, wham, ka-zam, hiya! With focus like Mr. Miyagi and skills like Hulk Hogan, I defeated my opponents one after another. Horizon Taekwon-Do is a great place, but its no match for one trained in a Sensei Seagal dojo. nevertheless, 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I have attended Horizon for ten years now. Master Sanchez and the Horizon community have helped me grow as a person, recover from serious injury stronger than I was before, and keep me physically fit. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to teach your child martial arts. Master Sanchez makes sure that each student gets special attention and fully masters their techniques.

I started with Master Sanchez right from the white belt level and now I'm only two belt away from my black belt. I have learned discipline, self defense and gained so much confidence.

Fantastic experience: Master Sanchez puts his students FIRST, that's a huge difference to a lot of places. He makes every student feel important and confident in their own unique abilities. Both my children attend classes and have been delighted to be able to get back into the dojang for in-person instruction. The fact that the club adapted so quickly to the changing environment is a testament to just how much Master Sanchez values his students and gave a sense of continuity during challenging times. The club puts safety first and only when it was safe to do so did he open the doors back up. Both my children have gained so much from his instruction, life skills that continue into every day life. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Add to that the amazing Kickboxing classes and you have the full package. Friendly, professional and inspiring - this club is the real deal!

Fantastic experience: I've been a student at Horizon Taekwondo for approximately 6 years and even when I am attending university I try my best to continuously come back. What differentiates Horizon Taekwondo from other Taekwondo clubs is its environment. When I first started Taekwondo I was extremely lazy and my mom would have to force me to go. If my instructor was not Louie Sanchez I would probably have quit midway. Sanchez creates an environment that is both strict and encouraging. He wants the best for all of his students and Horizon Taekwondo is exclusively the only martial arts club I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son Leo has been doing TKD since he was 7 years old, for about 2 years now. I enrolled him initially because he was shy and I wanted him to gain confidence. At a young age TKD introduced a great deal of valuable concepts such as concentration, coordination, self-discipline, respect, hard work and perseverance. The learning of patterns was really beneficial for improving his concentration and memory. Leo has spent countless hours during the week working on his patterns, Sparring, kicks and punching. In addition the sit ups, push ups and other rigorous exercises have really helped to get my son into shape. I know that TKD has really given my son Leo a great sense of pride and confidence in his abilities and his talents, Leo has now graded to Red Striped belt we’re so proud of him and all his hard work. Horizon Taekwondo has really highlighted the fact that hard work and dedication are necessary skills in order to succeed in all aspects of life. Master Lou Sanchez and his instructors at Horizon Taekwondo are highly recommend. They are always so respectful not only to the students, but to the entire family. Fantastic experience: Master Louis Sanchez of Horizon clearly likes and respects kids, and he also knows how to get results out of all variety of kids, making them feel good about themselves while learning both TKD and self defense. My daughter tried another club and hated TKD but, at Horizon, has progressed with enthusiasm and hard work because she loves being there. As a kid who enjoys teaching others, Master Sanchez has given her leadership opportunities to teach younger kids their patterns, reinforcing her own knowledge, and ensuring that all kids are active during class time. I highly recommend the classes and the PA Day and Summer Camps!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Horizon TKD highly enough. If you are interested in Martial Arts training for you or for your children then this is club to join. Master Sanchez fosters an environment that not only develops TaeKwondo skills, techniques and abilities (as evidenced by the numerous medals his students win at tournaments) but personal dedication and confidence, coupled with a respect for others, all within a social environment that has students wanting to participate and train. Fantastic experience: Master Louie Sanchez was invited to our elementary school to teach our grades 4, 5, and 6 students about self defense. The program delivery was excellent and our students were extremely engaged. They are all asking about his return to do another workshop. I look forward to having him at our school in the future!

Fantastic experience: Master Sanchez is a disciplinarian yet caring and attends to each students needs as and when required. I recommend Horizon to anyone who wants to join taekwondo. I personally have been attending kick-boxing classes for 3 years now and found a positive difference in my own strength level. Fantastic experience: I am not writing a review because my son goes here. If you have children that would like to train in martial arts, this is the right place. There is a gym there too. I don't sit down and just watch my child, I excersice as well.

Fantastic experience: This school has transformed my son into an outgoing, respectful and confident child. It felts like one big family and the students look out for each other because they want to and not because they have to. They are even more kind to younger smaller kids and love to help others more than we have shown them. The enjoy be at the school have made friends with young and older kids.
