Hi Walker, I'm so sorry that our Enhancement wasn't explained very well when you signed up. We this in place so that we can stay current in what we are supplying our members with and make sure we are making additions to our club that our members want to see, it helps give them a voice and allows for input. Of course, not everyone is in 100% agreement for the equipment they would like brought in but I can assure you we go with what we hear about the most and what would benefit our members the most. Each year we get many members telling us how grateful for the addition they are and others that are co fused by our choice. We don't stand to gain anything from this decision and are guided only by trying to keep everyone as happy and excited as possible. I also want to be clear that this is NOT a charge or fee to fix broken equipment. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to workout and have pieces out of order, and that's not our members job to fix. We have a strict policy with broken equipment, we examine all of our machines daily, conduct regular maintenance and are I constant communication with our suppliers and service teams. When a piece of equipment does break, we inform the appropriate parties immediately and pay for any needed parts immediately. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of part availability, shipping times and service availability. We do everything in our power to get equipment running asap, often meelaning that it is more expensive for us to do so but that is important to us and our members deserve that. I know how annoying it is when things are broken so I want to apologize for your experience, I want to apologize for anything and everything that wasn't made clear, and please, if you have any other frustrations you would like to express please do not hesitate to reach out and I will help any way that I can. Hi Sarrah, thanks for reaching out and providing me with this feedback, definitely not an experience we want our members to have. All of our equipment was purchased brand new in 2017 and all pieces we bring in are new, we don't buy any second hand equipment, please let me know if something isn't in good working order as we check daily and do a full monthly audit of all equipment. If something is in less than working condition we reach out to vendors immediately to remedy the situation though sometimes we are at the mercy of their timelines no matter what we do and for that I share your frustration. We make sure that our benches and seats are regularly repaired for tears and wear as well so things remain looking great even if functionality was never in question. Having a great workout and then walking into use the shower that is not clean is awful and shouldn't happen and I apologize for that and will make sure this is dealt with immediately as our team should have done. We keep all necessary supplies on hand and this should not be a problem. I will find out who you spoke with as it wasn't our manager and make sure that our team deals with this right away. Hi JB and thanks for your feedback, this is important information and I take feedback very seriously. I would be curious to hear your experience as of late as we made some changes to inventory, as for equipment, you're right it is a pain when something is not functioning, we do not have anything currently in need of repair and this year have not had any item go out of service more than once but if there is a piece of equipment that you have noticed is not functioning properly please let me know as I make a point of getting a service team on it as fast as they can get there. We purchase all of our equipment new, when something breaks it is immediately called in, we are sometimes at the mercy of the speed of the service team (who are excellent) and the shipping of parts. You can always ask us about peak times and we have set the gym up in a way that even when there are lots of members using the gym there is space to do multiple movements in multiple areas.
