All the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, the space is clean, and they have a ton of fun theme rides! I was nervous to try spin but I’m so thankful for the welcoming atmosphere Spinco has created!

Fantastic experience: Best spin studio around!! The instructors are amazing and the facilities are outstanding. It’s so clean, they offer towels and shower mats plus they have extra toiletries if you forgot yours. I can’t thank this studio enough for creating an amazing, safe, and supportive environment! While all the instructors are amazing, Wendy will give you a ride which works your body and cleanses your soul! The motivational speeches help get you to the finish line.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt like a fitness space would feel so welcoming or so much like a 2nd home to me. I have been riding at SpinCo Cloverdale since 2020 and never thought of myself as as "fitness girly" but this space has completely changed that and my life. Everyone is so friendly, the instructors are AMAZING, and the community of riders is un-matched. Thank you for everything SpinCo Cloverdale! <3

Fantastic experience: I started going to SpinCo in January of 2023! I have loved going ever since! The instructor’s are amazing and the music & space it’s a fun vibe!

Positive experience: I have been here a couple times and the instructors are amazing and so positive. However the receptionist I've encountered on the weekend has been rude and not helpful. I came with my sister today and even my sister pointed how she felt like she was rude and showed attitude towards the both of us when my sister said it's her first time at the location. She also didn't help my sister get set up or show her around or just be welcoming like other locations usually have been. It would be nice to have a friendlier face and someone who isn't showing newcomers attitude.

Negative experience: Not very flexible, I came right on time for the class and they refused to let me in. Very disappointing as I drove 20 mins to and back …

Positive experience: Far and away best value you get from the list of instructors is Micheal Zurba! I feel refreshed and rejuvenated after each class. Four stars because the online system could use a DM or PM system to send messages directly through the site to management while navigating the web features, or Mariana Tek issues. The stationary bike with the weights seems to be the only workout that I can do that doesn’t seem to aggravate my hockey injuries so I am grateful for this.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 everything !! It was my friend’s first time at SpinCo and she was so well-supported from a tour of the studio to the setup of her bike. I’m really glad the staff was able to give her such a great experience, and she was able to understand why I love the franchise so much. I had lots of fun, and appreciate the larger space compared to other studios in the lower mainland. Also they have super cute merch :))

Fantastic experience: SpincCo Cloverdale has the nicest staff :) They make you feel so welcomed. The facilities are also beautiful and clean - I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a spin class!

Fantastic experience: It really does make you feel that you are alive. It will give you energy and make you happy after sweating a lot! Spinco made me be active again and I am super excited to find perfect exercise for my self !! I love 'the setting of studio where you don't need to worry about yourself among others as it's dark and you can't see much(?) ,and can focus on spinning only!!I can't wait for next session!! But if you never tried spinning before , beware that you will have good(?) Muscles pain!!

Fantastic experience: The SPINCO Cloverdale team are absolutely amazing! I have always had such a positive encounter with everyone at this location and have always been treated with so much kindness. The studio itself is always kept so clean and tidy between each class.

Positive experience: I tried spinco cloverdale last week for the first time with my sister, and we were a little disappointed to say the least. When we first walked in we walked to the front desk to ask what we needed, it was evident it was our first time yet no one showed us around or how to put our shoes on. When we went into the spin room, no one helped adjust our bikes. When we left class, we asked the front receptionists what different packages were offered and they said you can find them online and kind of blew us off. We went to a different spin studio in Fleetwood today and had a completely different and better experience. My sister and I were looking to get unlimited monthly passes, but we will give our business to the other studio. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out for 40 years at many different facilities with great customer service, however never in all those years have I ever received such outstanding customer service as I do at Spinco Cloverdale. I don't know if it's their hiring techniques or what, it's the best I ever. The vibe is cheerful and upbeat from the minute you walk in the door. They walk around and ask repeatedly if you need help. Keep up the excellent work!

Positive experience: Anytime you can send your teens to a safe environment for exercise, and you can grab a beer and burger next door at Vera’s deserves to big thumbs up in my opinion

Fantastic experience: It was my first time doing spin and I was SO nervous; I didn't know what to expect. However, the staff were so warm and friendly and helped set me up on my bike. The instructor was so good at hyping everybody up and pushing us to challenge ourselves. I definitely worked up a sweat! Definitely will be coming back !

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day trying this place after my gf suggested it so the reservation part was easy, it's all online. Melyssa was my instructor and wow the class was amazing. A great sweat session. Although I didn't always keep pace, I felt comfortable because melyssa was so engaging. Your quads burn, your arms burn and it's a great overall cardio sesh. It's also pretty cool seeing the heartbeat of the class when everyone is synchronized. I especially loved how melyssa kept an eye on people's nonverbal cues. She gave us time to recoup before the next pulse.. man she cranked the heat herself.. her legs are made of steel. She has incredible endurance. Officially a fan! And kicking myself I should have bought the 2 week pass instead of the 1 day.. oh well lesson learned. Will definitely visit again.

I have been to other spin studios but none for 2 years.. this one is so unique in how supportive and helpful they are without calling attention to newbies. You control your intensity and your workout- they are there to support and guide you. I think I will continue to go here for a long time to come!

Fantastic experience: My 5 starts goes definitely to the instructor Nahanni Nergaard. She is absolutely amazing, the energy she brings in that room, it’s incredible! Great selection of music, she gets to the point right from the beginning. She is pure fire on the bike. Turning that dial up isn’t a problem with her. Perfect combinations of climbs, sprints, dips, isolation, ect.. always on the beat, we never end a track out of the saddle, or end a ride with the track still on. Super motivational encouragement during the ride, I can stay focus the whole ride with her leading the scene. Thanks for pushing me out of my comfort zone all the time.

Positive experience: This is the first time I have really enjoyed a workout however the first class was very intimidating and seemed far beyond my capabilities. To the average person who is out of shape this workout is very difficult and geared towards the younger demographic(I'm a 39). I would like to see a more thorough "first class" giving new riders a clear, slower demonstration and realistic expectations of what they can achieve over time. For instance getting all the moves right away is not going to happen, just focus on riding the whole class sitting down if need be, then try making it through just a portion of a song standing up and work towards being able to stay up a bit longer each class. They do a lot well obviously and why I love it there so much and continue to go. The low lights, loud beats, encouraging instructors during the class give a comfortable place to put yourself out there. A better connection to their older clients and clear expectations on what it's going to take would be a wonderful improvement. I think more people my age would go if it they felt a bit more of the "one team" included those of us over the age of 30.

Positive experience: Super clean facility, helpful staff, and nice set-up. I've only been once so I can't generalize, but my one critique was with the specific ride/instructor I had. We were racing for the entirety of the class and 90% of the class was off beat due to this, and the instructor's main method of motivation was to yell about how "we got this", both produced a sub-par workout. It's a great location though, so I'll definitely try it out again and update my review if I feel differently.

Fantastic experience: The sense of community in this spin studio is the best. At SpinCo you are pushed to challenge yourself and make yourself better each and every day. The staff make everybody feel welcome, and have a profound knowledge of how to create a spin class that works EVERYTHING. Thanks SpinCo Cloverdale. You rock.
