Fantastic experience: Good gym. Open all hours. Not too busy.
Negative experience: I called in many times for the deactivation of my membership but got no solution at all. Keep charging me till the date.
Hey Lovepreet, thank you for your review. As we spoke over the phone you are under a 12 month plan. We can void your contract once we recive proof of your adress change. Until then you will have to honor the contract.
Fantastic experience: In town for the weekend and was looking for somewhere to get my workouts in. Was not disappointed, got everything you need but most important the vibe and energy was on point. Didn't think I was gonna get that good of a work out in but the guys at Level Up definitely had me self motivatiing myself to push it. Will be my gym away from gym anytime I'm in Surrey.
Fantastic experience: Nice gym, very well equipped. Owners are great and care about their facility. They accommodated my 5 day stay in Surrey and got a fob access / short term membership.

Fantastic experience: This gym is like no other gym I have seen! The people at this gym are super nice, you have all the equipment you could ever need for your workouts. The dumbbells, ezbar, straight bar, all go up to 110. Most other gyms dont have that, the owner and staff put a lot of work to make this gym amazing for the people that come here. Thank you

Positive experience: The gym equipment needs to be cleaned every day or have some housekeeping. Garbage is never emptied and machines are never wiped down after use. There is no water station to fill your water bottom nor is there a bathroom to change your clothes or shower. There are tvs on the walls but they don't work nor the ones on the machines. The only things is they blast Punjabi songs on the stereo. The people who work there are nice and easy to work with.

We have a team of cleaners that comes in and cleans our gym multiple times a week, including all equipment. All of our members are expected to wipe down the machines before and after each use. We do have a water dispenser where you can fill your bottles, which is beside our washroom on the first level of the gym (washroom is also available for members to use and to change clothes). We do our best to run our tvs 24/7 ,and we have entertainment systems on all of our cardio machines. As per music, we have a designated playlist for the gym that plays 24/7. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your honest feedback because it goes a long way in helping us improve the facility and being better overall. We want to make this better and make sure that you have a much better experience in the future. Fantastic experience: After three years of training at a big box gym, I decided to explore other gyms. I signed up for the two days free trial, and I found myself quite enjoying the experience at Level Up Fitness Club. After my experience, I didn't want to return to my previous gym. I dropped in at Level Up Fitness Club for a few more times and ended up purchasing the monthly membership. The gym is bright, organized, clean, decorated with cool artwork, and has all the essential equipment. Best of all, the gym is open 24/7, which is great if you train late in the evenings like myself. Customer service is also friendly and efficient. Lastly, it's always a nice bonus to support a local family owned business.
