It’s perfect if you have a busy schedule but still want to get in your workout. But, what truly sets this gym apart is its sense of community. From day one, you’re welcomed into a supportive and friendly atmosphere where the trainers and other members genuinely encourage each other. You can bring the kids along too and they are just so accommodating to every member needs. It's not just about working out at this gym; it’s about being part of something bigger—working hard together, celebrating each other’s progress, and building friendships along the way. Highly recommend to everyone to try out 9R!

Negative experience: Do not give your card information for pre-authorisation. This place is a total scam. Once they have you down, there is no stopping it for all kinds of charges from made-up late payments, to card not working, to double charges to fulfilling contract terms etc. It took us months of fighting, phone calls and wasted time to finally close the account. The person in charge only knows how to blame the system for all the extra charges they bill you. The manager has no sense of treating customers as people with respect. He seems to be extremely concerned with what the contract says and what you signed. Therefore, do not get into any contracts with this place and do yourself a favor and find someone place else cheaper with better service. I am disappointed that google does not have 0 ratings to give.

Fantastic experience: i attended 9 rounds today, and had an amazing workout! the owners are very friendly and clearly passionate about what they do! there are trainers there to help you with the exercises and encourage you along the way. i definitely would recommend 9Rounds, no matter what fitness level you are at! such a great workout in a small amount of time and the exercises are not difficult! will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: If only I could give them 10 stars, I’m a person who dislikes physical fitness, but when I came to 9round it was a really fun experience. Sure I personally found the physical fitness was hard, but by the end of the 30 minutes I felt so energized, this wasn’t only good for my physical health but mental health too. I got to meet the owners who helped guide me in each workout, and they were so nice!

Both of the owners and their trainers made me feel so welcome, they encouraged me, and helped me to work harder than I thought was possible, while ensuring that I was using proper form. Negative experience: Terrible Customer Service, No Compassion TL;DR: This gym, despite having great trainers, has terrible customer service. They refused to cancel my membership when I lost my job, ignoring all my attempts to communicate my situation. They only cared about getting money from me and showed no empathy or understanding. Avoid this gym if you value fair treatment and compassion from the management.; I joined this gym with high hopes, initially drawn in by the motivating trainers and the promise of a supportive fitness community. However, my experience took a drastic nosedive when I lost my job and desperately needed to cancel my membership due to financial constraints. Despite following all the proper channels and attempting to communicate both in person and through email, I have received nothing but silence from the gym management. It is astonishing how they can be so attentive when they want your money, but when it comes to genuine concerns and valid reasons for membership cancellation, they suddenly become unreachable. It's not like I haven't tried. I've explained my situation multiple times, hoping that someone would understand my predicament. I thought a business that prided itself on fostering a positive and supportive environment would at least show some compassion to a loyal member facing unforeseen financial difficulties. Unfortunately, this gym has demonstrated a complete lack of empathy. The only communication I've received from them is relentless demands for money, even when they are fully aware of my circumstances. It's not only disappointing but also deeply disheartening to see a place that supposedly promotes wellness and community fail so miserably in the department of basic human empathy. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone who values fair treatment, compassion, or understanding from the management. They might have great trainers, but their overall customer service is abysmal. It's clear that they prioritize profit over people, and that's not a business I want to support or be associated with.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend 9Round Innisfil! The staff are friendly, encouraging (and patient!) when they are training. I am not a gym person and I'm still going regularly after three months - and seeing results. A great workout!

Positive experience: Ive been with 9rounds for 2 months now. I have the 20 fight class package. I really like that you can go anytime you want and not have to sign up for a session. I also like that each round is different and gives you a challenge. I enjoy working 1-1 with the trainers. I also like how you’re in the red zone for most of the 30 minute circuit because of how intense the workouts are. You definitely get in a great workout. The only reason I did not give my review a 5* is because I feel the 30 second intervals between each round are too short and sometimes the trainers show you quickly and you forget. It would be nice to have a longer interval period and before the next round starts a coach makes sure you understand the combination. Some of the times I make up my own combinations because it was shown to me too quickly that I don’t remember it and sometimes the signs help but not always. I’d also like to see the studio open on Sunday’s so people can get a weekend workout in if Saturdays don’t work. Overall, I’m pretty happy being apart of this studio. Thank you 9rounds!

Fantastic experience: My first workout had me canceling my other gym membership the same day. What an incredible concept! 9 rounds of intense exercises that change daily and it only takes 30 minutes to complete! I do a lot more damage in 30 mins here than I ever did at the gym with double or triple the time. The trainers are just amazing - very attentive and patient. The owner comes around often and is very involved. Overall very cool vibe and community feel!

Fantastic experience: I enjoy working out, or at least, I thought I did. The pandemic really woke me up, I just need outside motivation. I found that with 9rounds. It's a quick workout that I can fit into my busy family life, and the trainers here are always ready for me. I get there, and the workout is already set up. As I go through the 9 stations, the trainers are there to adjust my technique if needed, tell me to to lift more or kick higher. I love that they want me to have the best workout possible and I do. You guys, I just feel so much better. I am stronger, I can see abs , and I have more stamina. It's worth it, especially if you are not there to socialize, you just want to workout and get back to your busy family.

Negative experience: started off as a good experience but once cov hit he refused to freeze my membership or cancel it i had covid for almost a month not being able to work or provide for my family( im a single mom) while they were shut down and the owner just kept charging me charging me after i called and explained to him what was going on. he acts like a nice guy but just in it to charge people and bind them to a contract that should have been null due to covid one week hes open the next hes closed why am i paying for services not even open. I tried to come to some sort of common ground but no customer service whatsoever! worst experience i have ever had at a gym

Fantastic experience: The team at 9 Round are like family! They always offer a friendly welcome, but they push you to do your best! They don’t let you give up and the results show. After a 9 Round workout you walk out with more energy and motivation to keep going then when you first had walking in the door. It keeps you coming back for more. Whenever there is a birthday involved be prepared for some amazing birthday burpees! The team makes burpees so much fun you forget how many you actually did. For holidays like Christmas or Halloween they always set up fun themed workouts with great music to match. It gets you into the spirit without adding the calories, but rather burning them off so you can then enjoy the Christmas and Halloween treats when your home with the family knowing you earned it.

They know everyone who walks in the doors by name and are the most supportive, positive, fun crew! The staff support you through the entire workout and provide 1:1 attention every step of the way. I love that I am done in 30 minutes, but work harder and burn more calories than I ever would doing anything else. I am not one to like going to the gym, but I love coming to 9Round Innisfil. Negative experience: Great training but unfortunately I lost my job and I have to moved back to another city during the last lockdown. I tried to cancel my membership explaining what happened to me and they asked me for my personal government ID after I sent a proof of my new address, I sent my ID and then they just said that I had to pay my membership even If I wasn’t able to go to the club. Today they charged me $826 dollars after all for the membership that I won’t use. This is inaceptable and also unprofessional from the gym. I will never recommend this place. They are completely mean and also insensitive with people who couldn’t afford even a rent during the Covid 19. This place make me feel really upset.

Fantastic experience: Started 9round last week and already seeing an improvement in my strength! The workouts are only 30 minutes but it works up a real sweat that one can acheive in an hour. The personal trainers are all very supportive and the environment is very positive and motivating. The workouts change daily so every day is a new challenge! Negative experience: Refund your customers when trying to cancel memberships during & after a lockdown, unprofessional service. Highly suggest staying away, management is clueless.

Negative experience: It’s a great workout but unfortunately I don’t recommend 9 round. I hope you never have to cancel your membership. I have been trying to cancel mine for 3months and what I hear is: we can’t cancel your membership during the lockdown. Now, that 9round is opened again, what they did? They charged me for one more month! It’s impossible to maintain a conversation with Olu! The responses are very slow and 9 round doesn’t care about you! They want to sell the membership, and that’s it. It’s your problem if you have to cancel even if it’s because of covid related! They want to charge me $578.20+tax for cancellation! I’m very disappointed. I used to shared on my social media about 9round, I used to recommend to everyone, but now I just want to cancel and never go back.

Negative experience: They charged my credit card the monthly service fee after lockdown in March. I contacted them repeatedly with no response till July. Had to chase the owner down to get a refund. He agreed to refund me and then a week later reneged on the agreement. Plus in the winter he shut down for 3 days for a less then 1 day snow storm and he lives 3 min away from the location. Very unprofessional. "Fraudulently recalled" payments??? Wow!!! Those are big allegations. You charged me for a service I didn't use. Who's the fraudster?? I asked for a refund for a service we could not use. All you had to do was provide a refund. Problem solved.

It is a half hour high impact program that builds muscle and cardiovascular making it ideal for busy people to work out and get quick results. The team here is awesome, and even though the workout is challenging, it is fun and fast. I love it!

Fantastic experience: 9Round has a great location, brand new equipment and the trainers are super motivating and never leave your side! The workout is killer, both cardio and muscle building all in one. Bonus that it is quick too, maybe 30-40 min max. The first few workouts can seem challenging as some of the kickboxing moves can be quite challenging but the trainers take it at your level and you improve more with each workout! If your looking to try something new that will be fun and meet your fitness goals I highly recommend! Bonus: you get everything you need - wrist wraps, gloves, heart monitor, and a cool kickboxing nick name!
