Fantastic experience: I spent the last 8 months coming here consistently and must say it’s one of the best run gyms I’ve ever been to. Leah, Yas and the team make you feel excited to work out and the big, open, clean space is the cherry on top. We are sadly moving away, but I would highly recommend and will be back when I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and the owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet. Somehow, they make every workout both challenging and fun. The 45 minutes fly by! It's also very beginner-friendly, so put your hesitations aside and come!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I'm currently in 2 weeks trial, and it has been nothing but great! Love the classes and how attentive the trainers are. Leah is very quick at responding to questions and solving any issues. I'll be a member here for sure! I noticed a difference after going for twice a week for 2 weeks. I'm much more sore and know how to do my workouts properly to get the best results!

Fantastic experience: I am not one to work out apart from the occasional run or yoga class, so I was looking for a gym to help me be more accountable to myself, with dynamic classes and good vibes for workout newbies. This checks all boxes!

Fantastic experience: This is a sparkling, high-energy fitness facility at the Galleria Mall. I signed up for a one-month promo and started coming on weekday mornings. The workouts are similar in length and intensity (HIIT-style) to what I have done at Fuel Training Club (Roncy and East locations) but, unlike Fuel or a Crossfit-style gym, there is no "rig" in the centre of the space for setting up one's own barbells and plates. I found it relatively easy to pick up the format and rhythm of the classes. The team is friendly and helpful. In particular, I appreciated the clear explanation of the fairly flexible cancellation policy (free cancellation up to 1 hour before a class, except for 6 a.m. classes, which are free cancellation up to 9:30 p.m. the night before) and the generous late cancel waiver after I got it mixed up one time! I will be considering coming back after the promo for sure. Overall, while there is less focus on advanced technique than at Fuel (so far there have been no Turkish get-ups or double unders in the programming), I found the workouts fun and they have kept me coming back. Handy water bottle filler, allgender bathrooms and a nice single-person shower room.

Fantastic experience: Love the classes. I’ve done more work in the last week than I did the whole last month and I feel soo good. 10/10 would recommended. It’s expensive though, so make sure you’re 100% invested so you don’t waste your money. Goodluck!!

Fantastic experience: I went to my first ever F45 class with the Galleria group a few weeks ago and could never imagine stopping! The instructors are fun, motivating, supportive, and help with modifications whenever you need them. The playlists are incredible and the facility itself is exceptionally clean and spacious. The post-class feeling is like no other - I'm hooked!!

Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous F45 location! Highly highly recommend. I'd been a member here for about a year before moving out of the neighborhood. I'm so sad I don't get to work out with the awesome trainers here anymore. Everyone is so supportive and knowledgeable and really helped get my fitness up from being absolutely sedentary during the pandemic. It was so motivating to go somewhere where everyone was always full of smiles and encouragement. Thanks so much and keep up the amazing work!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Galleria this past spring (4 months postpartum!) and I can’t recommend the studio and workouts enough! I’ve been doing F45 for 3 years now (at a different studio) and have always absolutely loved the workouts. But the culture and vibe of each studio can be very different based on the coaches and location. The galleria facility is super clean, airy, and motivating. The coaches are extremely friendly, approachable, and provide helpful adjustments and modifications. If you’re thinking about trying it don’t wait!

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked out at several F45 locations over a few years and Galleria holds up to F45’s reputation. Great staff who are energetic, knowledgeable and caring. They support modifications, offer technical advice while still pushing you to do your best. Pandemic accommodations are currently in place which clients respect. If you’re looking for a well run, professional, social and fun gym F45 is 100% a great choice!

Fantastic experience: I did my free week and signed up for more! The space is clean, well equipped and ventilated. The staff are attentive, friendly and motivating! The F45 workout is 45 min high intensity interval training accompanied by loud music. The intensity keeps me focused in the now. Isn't that a form of mindfulness? ;) In terms of cost, its not cheap but I think it's fair for what you get, which for me is an intense but not-long workout in a nice gym close to my home at times that work for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 for a few years. I recently made the switch to this new studio as I moved. The staff are amazing, the space is bright and VERY CLEAN and well equipped with everything you need. I love how I get one on one attention from the knowledgeable staff and that they make sure to challenge me and also give me modifications as needed. 45 mins goes by quickly and is totally a manageable workout to fit into my busy schedule. Alyce and Kurt always make sure you feel welcomed in their space and put in the extra effort to get to know all their members. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Can't rave about F45 Galleria enough. A few things I love: (1) Instructors are always smiling, very encouraging, and provide constructive feedback on form (including alternative movements for basically anything, but especially where the intended exercise is extra challenging). They spend the entire class making rounds to ensure that exercises are being done correctly and effectively. (2) Classes are super effective. In just 10 classes I already feel a noticeable difference in my strength (including my increasingly less tragic pushups) and my cardio (I still can't make it through a class without a break, but a girl can dream). I legitimately come out of every class feeling like I'm better at something, which is very satisfying, and 45 minute workouts mean that I don't feel like a huge chunk of my day is gone. (3) The vibe is high energy and no judgment. I find that I'm always being encouraged to push harder and do better, and that everyone is focused on their own goals. (3) The location is amazing. Parking could not be more convenient, and the space feels huge (super high ceilings). Everything feels clean and airy, which is a huge plus. I strongly encourage anyone considering joining to try a 7-day trial. They also have an active Instagram page (@f45_training_galleria) for anyone looking to see the team/members in action.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. The workouts are amazing and effective. The trainers are phenomenal: super motivating, knowledgeable, and kind. Overall this is such a positive, welcoming environment. Could not recommend this location enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to F45 Galleria since they opened late last month and even though I was initially worried about attempting such an immersive fitness class, it was one of the best decisions I could have made! The amazing staff get to know you from day 1 and have a great attitude to get you excited to give it your all in the workout. I’ve even brought my younger sister who has never worked out before to try it out and they were able to comfortably explain the mechanics of each exercise to lead her to success. This beautiful space and lovely team are everything I could have asked for in a fitness community and I’ll definitely continue joining them for many workouts to come.

Fantastic experience: Love this place and all the trainers. I went from doing absolutely nothing for 2yrs to doing this and I feel so much better. The trainers do not push but rather motivate and if they see you struggle they will modify to suit your needs. The atmosphere, the energy and trainers are all top notch and I highly recommend trying this at least once.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my 10th class in 2 weeks at F45 Galleria! All the trainers are so amazing and attentive. Not only are the workouts great, but it’s really the trainers that make all the difference. They will push you, while making sure your form is correct. They will also provide variations and different equipment if you have an injury or are working on building the strength in a specific exercise. Can’t say enough good things about these trainers, they’re awesome and will keep me coming back!!

I started off at their Ossington location and switched to this one when it opened as it was closer to my home. The positive vibes, the workout, the big beautiful space. 100% worth the investment, you can’t go wrong. It’s always an amazing workout and the people just make it that much better.
