Positive experience: Have been to two birthday parties here. Kids really enjoyed it. Only the lobby area available for parent seating/cake eating which gets very cramped. Have only heard great things about the actual cheer programs!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been on one of the competitive cheer teams for over 6 months now, and I am impressed with the quality of coaching and knowledge of the sport. Special shout out to Coach Jani - we can't imagine cheer without her. Oh, and I would be remiss if we left out Axle ... he is the most vivacious person, and my daughter adores him! There are many others who work hard there to run an incredible program. Much love and respect! Plus, the parent fundraising group is super active and downright phenomenal! This definitely helps with the cost of the sport!

Fantastic experience: We signed up our toddler for "gymnastics" there. Its technically tumbling which is a form of gymnastics. She loves it and we're happy she's learning how to properly do summersaults and whatnot. I only know what she tells me as they have pandemic rules where parents can't sit in the lobby to watch. She likes it and we signed her up again for the fall.

Fantastic experience: We booked a birthday party here for my 4 yr old and it was amazing!! The kids had an absolute blast, the coach's were attentive and they did all the clean up afterwards too. I would 100% book a party here again.

Negative experience: I was on a team for a couple of months and had to quit because in that time the coach I was with caused me multiple panic attacks because of their treatment towards me. the things said to me (17 at the time) were cruel and i felt like the coach’s personal punching bag. not only did the coach verbally insult me, but got aggressive with me physically too. afterwards i had a meeting with the owner and they could only offer me sympathies and nothing else. only reason I stayed as long as I did was because the team I cheered with. to this day (almost 2 years later) I still get upset thinking about how I was treated at this gym, to the point where my stomach gets into knots

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for your kids, age 3 to adult. Cheer isn't what you might think, from what I see it's a combination of gymnastics, dance and most of all teamwork and self confidence. The owners are fantastic and the coaches are all first class

Fantastic experience: My son has been enjoying taking parkour here for two years. He has progressed to level 3 and every class has a different focus. As his mom I love that his instructor Nathan teaches how to do parkour safely and also teaches good conditioning techniques

Positive experience: DIDN'T LIKE THE PROGRESSION RATE FOR PARKOUR AS THE KIDS WERE TOLD TO REPEAT SAME COURSE, AND KIDS REFUSED TO REPEAT SO THEY OPTED OUT.

Fantastic experience: Just had my son's 4th birthday party at LCA facility and it was very highly regarded by the kids ranging from age 4-7. It was like having 2 parties in one as we had access to the bounce floor area for ninja training and then access to the wooden parkour area which was great! Both coaches were very enthusiastic and great with the kids!

Fantastic experience: My boys absolutely love the Parkour classes! They both have so much fun and are super tired when done - and have learned some amazing skills!
