Fantastic experience: I loved this planet fitness at 2006 Mer Bleue road ! The staff were knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly :) Even though it's focused on carido, there was a seated/linear leg press, shoulder press, chest press, lat pull down, leg extention/curl, abuduction/adduction machines, yoga mats and more ! The locker rooms and bathrooms were clean, very happy with the experience and affordable pricing :)

Fantastic experience: A great variety of equipment and facilities such as tanning beds and massage beds and chairs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: It's a generally good gym but there are too many teens. They even mess around in the black card rooms when they're not members. It's kind of annoying.

Fantastic experience: I done gone goofed up gang! Yeah, thats right, read it again! Several months ago I made a choice to become a gym bro on my journey to himbo-fication. What I failed to realise was that I would have to be a gym bro every week- including the weeks I spend in Ottawa visiting my parents and reassuring them that "the gains are temporatry, but the habits last a lifetime!". Fast forward to last week when I found myself in the beautiful suburbs or Orléans and needing a gym. I wasn't sure if I could handle a planets worth of fitness but I'm happy I made a Galileo'an effort! This gym is fantastic! Great asmosphere, equipment, staff, etc.! Shoutout to Ethan and Kala for helping me out and showing me around and making me feel welcomed. And a special shoutout to that dude who was on the double pulley machine only using one side and when I asked him about it he was he still had another 30 minutes on it. Despite this last little bit, I had an awesome time at planet fitness and now I actually want to come and visit my parents so I can come back to this gym??? Wowowowow I'm such a great son! FIVE STARS!!!

Fantastic experience: I will truly miss working out here. I have moved away from Orleans, so it is a little bit too far for me. The morning manager, Jessica, as well as the morning staff I’ve interacted with have been amazing. Dakota, Kayla and Ethan were all super Kind, helpful and welcoming. I appreciated that they were open 24 hours a day because I was able to get my workout done early in the morning before work.

Negative experience: In order to cancel membership, person has to go in-person to home branch not in any other branch. Or have to mail them handwritten mail then printed,through canada post. Thats so irritating and waste of time.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym and very clean compared to the previous gym I attended! I have been taking classes with their trainor Justin Barrow and love it! Justin is such a positive person, knowledgeable and has a passion for fitness! He is very amazing and I recommend trying a class with him, you will not be regret it!

Fantastic experience: Still better than fit4less, we have sexier water fountains

Negative experience: Locker was broken into then thief got into our car. Reception was not willing to help so police were called. The person at the front desk was confrontational and would not share footage so that we could provide it to the police. I am sure this is not the first incident that this has occurred. It was happened at 9 am on a weekday. With very few patrons in the gym. A gym not willing to cooperate or assist you with theft in their property is criminal behaviour in itself especially when you pay for using their facilities. It felt as if they were helping facilitate the crime. Walmart was more helpful than them.

Fantastic experience: I understand that planet fitness has really bad reputation but this planet fitness is one of the cleanest gyms in Ottawa and staff is very professional and friendly. Black card amenities are worth the extra cost

Negative experience: Lmao what a joke. They tell me i cant talk for 30 seconds on my phone, tell me i cant wear crocs, sure. THEN they have theyre own friends come in with crocs and nothing said. Today they even had a kid with steel toes and work pants on and since theyre friends didnt say anything. When just the other day they kicked someone out for wearing jeans. You guys should hire mature adults and not allow things like this to slide. What a joke.

Negative experience: the staff is so bad i went in to get my brother and he was doing a exercise wrong so i just showed him how to do it and then this guy come up to me and starts yelling at me saying u cannot do that and please wait for him outside! How rude is this

Fantastic experience: Very good gym, tons of equipment. Only issue is some employees give me different answers as to the minimum age requirement for the total body enhamcement.

Fantastic experience: Not alot of things make a gym stand out from the rest...but the staff here def does... Dakota and the girls there during the morning shifts are always cheerful and welcoming! This place is a 10/10

Positive experience: This gym is the best value you can get for your money: a large variety and amount of equipment, opens 24 hours, immaculate clean and a nice staff that is always ready to help. Some things that I really appreciate and love are that there many disinfecting stations with paper towels, spray bottles and sanitizer all around the gym, and are always refilled. I love and support that people are not allowed to talk on their phones and are not allowed to take pictures nor record inside the gym. This is so great! Thank you! It is very impolite not minding the others, who are really there to workout, talking on the phone. Also I don’t want to be nor recorded nor pictured all sweaty when I’m working out, I want my privacy. Again, you are at the gym to workout folks, not to take duck-face selfies nor to become the next wanna-be gym-fluencer! In general, there is good gym etiquette and almost everyone cleans the equipment after using it. The only ones who don’t sometimes, are people who have a day passes. Two things that could be better are that they could have a little more equipment like a Plyometrics box and more different weights kettlebells. The second is the summer pass they offer to teenagers which is not really fair to the paying customers. Three months is a long time and I think they should give a limited amount of passes and/or certain time slots for them to go. So far the teenagers I’ve seen have been nice and have had good gym etiquette, but they travel in packs and sometimes can’t resist take a pic here and there. These lasts are just pet peeves because in general it’s a pretty good gym.

Fantastic experience: Clean and awesome gym, everything is clean and tidy. The sanitizer bottles are changed regularly and so is the paper towels. The workers are very friendly and nice to speak with. It is a welcoming environment.

Negative experience: Worst experience first time at this gym and employees are racist here. Different rules for different race

Positive experience: The main thing I like about Planet Fitness is the cleanliness. You often see a staff member going around the gym with the equipment to clean the floors, the locker rooms and to restock cleaning stations. There are lots of machines, several weight stations and a few spots with free weight stands. Although the staff is not particularly friendly they are good at ensuring order. I've witnessed 3 situations where they intervened and every time they were firm and professional. My only complaint is that they are victims of their own success: it's often hard to find machines between 5 and 7 on week days.

Positive experience: Just joined, serious lack of kettlebells , manual treadmill, airdyne, and foam rollers

Fantastic experience: I would've given you a 10 star if I could because: you don't enoucourage phones as we are there to work-out, not to occupy a machine being on the phone; I see your friendly staff members are cleaning the equipment and floor all the time, you've good amenities for the price, and nice machines. Keep up the good work PF.

Fantastic experience: Did the new member orientation class today with Dakota ! She was very kind and very informative with all of the machines etc. I was having bad anxiety before going but now I feel a lot better :) Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: So excited to be starting our workout journey. Just got our memberships, unfortunately went to the website for the hours but it’s not updated yet. Any ideas on when they open?

Negative experience: Nice gym, but the women who work there choose who they want to be friendly with!!!!! I canceled my membership at my old gym and knowing that the staff would have made me feel so uncomfortable I would have stayed at the other gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Nice facility. Equipment is a bit bunched up in the center but otherwise fine. I wish they had a preacher bench, don't like the selectorized arm extension station. That's just me.
