Negative experience: Just go to planet fitness it's cheaper and better than whatever this place supposed to be. Fit4less is just terrible and it will never improve

Negative experience: Horrible people and service. Very unprofessional..I came in person looking to have a work out test the equipment then join today if all was good....they wanted me to buy a day pass for a half hour workout and to sign up for a membership...because of that I'm not signing here. Adrian the manager said I have to buy a day pass to look around and text the machines before I sign up to be a member Horrible place

Negative experience: I was spoiled at the St.Catharines Fairview location . Surprised there's no separate black card membership work out space . Less machines less space . Lack of machines.

Positive experience: The staff are amazing and the equipment is there you need. The only thing that people need are the following photo. I'm dead serious and you need to remind people that it's rude and disgusting. Management needs to apply serious measures for hygiene in this facility.

Negative experience: Very terrible customer service, the workers are usually on their phones via a AirPods or Bluetooth headphones, they don’t help at all, they usually are not even at desk, they don’t even clean, I honestly am not going here again, I prefer millcreek location!

Negative experience: Joined today. Noone puts their weights back (some dude curling 10s at the squat rack didnt put the 10s back) Lady at the leg press machine left her 25s on too...

Fantastic experience: Me and my friends got free day passes. Fair price. Has free weights, we went at night so we didn’t have to wait for anyone. Clean gym

Negative experience: They have a free gym thing going on right now during staffed hours except this place is never staffed. No one working at 10:30 am on a Saturday smh

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with Fit4Less Mississauga I have never experienced such poor service in all my years as a customer service manager. Despite being a paying member of Fit4Less Mississauga, I have been unable to access the gym on two separate occasions. The first was right after I arrived in Mississauga, and the second was yesterday at 5:43 PM. On both visits, there was no staff available at the reception, and despite ringing the doorbell and asking other customers, I was unable to get any assistance. I specifically wanted to transfer my subscription to Mississauga because I was previously in another city. To make matters worse, I have called the customer service line seven times, only to be repeatedly transferred to voicemail without any response. This level of service is unacceptable. I am paying for a monthly subscription that I am unable to use, and there seems to be no effort on Fit4Less's part to rectify the situation. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I expect better from a fitness facility and would appreciate a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym. Great place to just workout and focus. Staff is great they keep the place clean

Negative experience: This gym is like an even lower budget / worse planet fitness minus the pizza and donut parties. But the thing that sets it apart is... the BODY ODOR (from specific people...) is absolutely disgusting! the gym has silly rules like "no personal training" you can't give members tips for a more effective workout but you can walk around amongst other members with no regard for their noses. The should have rules for hygiene and body odor... I've had people tell me they cannot go at certain times of the day because of just how terrible the smell is! I've seen others complain to the staff and Management needs to do something about it.

Negative experience: The gym needs a revamp and more variety of equipment. It also needs new staff and much better customer service as the 3 girls working don't do anything except play on there phones for majority of the shift. Much better gyms to join in Mississauga than this one. Highly not recommended to waste your money here!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing location literally 2 minute walk from home! Been at this location for a couple months and enjoyed my experience, the staff and members were friendly and helpful, gym isn't too crowded and it's pretty tidy. +1 for organized dumbbell rack and unsupervised hydro bed/chairs. Definitely recommend! I've heard a few machines have been added since opening such as pec deck and hip thrusts. PLEASE PLEASE add a 45° back extension/hyperextension machine it's essential, thank you!

Negative experience: Hi i just recently move here in canada and i went to this fit 4 less branch today with my freind i didnt bought any member ship, but i was trying to looking around and there is receptionist boy and i was just looking around the gym and he told me why you are here even tho he gave me entry and he know that im looking around, because of this ruthless behaviour i changed my mind to join at this branch.

Positive experience: This branch of fit for less is nice, staff are helpful and the gym is not that crowded so you will be able to have a good training. The tanning machine is 1/10, it should be changed to a new one like the other branches.

Positive experience: Pros - it’s new so everything works, but we all know it’s only a matter of time with F4L locations. It’s clean, has showers and change rooms, locker space, massage chairs. Plaza parking, Water and WiFi thankfully. I like it. Cons - Small gym, so I know it’s gona pack very soon. No black card area.

Fantastic experience: Best but busy place

Negative experience: I signed up to this location and got charged the annual fee three times (each $72.30) and refuse to refund the extra charges back. I’ve spoken to staff multiple times, and all I keep hearing is "it’ll sort itself out" or "we’ll talk to the manager." I even spoke to the manager myself, and was promised to get an update that still hasn’t happened for two weeks now. This place gotta have the worst customer service ever. There’s zero communication and professionalism, and the back-and-forth with their "managers" has been completely pointless.

Negative experience: 1st > The gym, advertised as 24/7, closes shower rooms most of time. It's illogical to make it based on staff hours! This is inconvenient for customers who expect full access to all facilities. This practice negatively impacts the customer experience and undermines the advertised 24/7 availability. * In addition, there are hardly any staff most of the time.

Positive experience: Can't beat the price, but I wish they had a way to pause membership. Everything needed for a regular gym goer is there. And equipment is new so I haven't seen anything non functioning. There is a lot of parking space. Some members don't know gym etiquette (dont rerack the weights/ cleanup after working out sweating). Probably cheap price entice such people. It's getting more crowded recently, but it still isn't too bad

Negative experience: Got here at 9am on a Sunday to start my new membership. Self serve kiosk isn’t printing cards. No one is here till 11am. I wait 2 hours there’s still no one here at 11:30. Can’t call can’t do anything. Just paid 80$ and can’t enter the gym in any way. What a horrible first time.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service from day 1. They were only eager to make me get the membership only to provide poor service later on with no value for customers. Almost never picks up calls and when they do pick up they do not take accountability or find effective solutions.

Negative experience: Fit4Less customer service is extremely disappointing, offering the same generic response to every inquiry without taking any responsibility. Their payment process is highly inconsistent— for instance, if a payment is deducted on July 18th, the next one might be taken on the 30th of the same month, which doesn’t follow a 14-day cycle as expected. I've never encountered such issues with GoodLife Fitness. As a result of these irregularities, I've had to incur additional bank charges. It feels like they deduct payments based on their own convenience. The payment for this month was supposed to be processed between September 1st and 3rd, but instead, it was initiated on August 26th and deducted on August 28th, which is five days before my actual membership start date. The total loss for me - (45+45) (Miscellaneous from bank)+10(because the payment didn't go through on their date, which isn't my fault)+50 (annual fee). The worst part is, there is no VIP area in this gym and I don't know the purpose of black card. Normal and black card members have same amenities, the only difference is that black card can be used at any fit4less location. (This is just for Grand Park drive location) The reason they stated for this is "Some month have 31 days". Biweekly works the same everywhere. Replying to one of the comments here, It is not just Indians, I've seen a lot of people who works out and leave as it is without cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Top notch clean machines are new and lots of variety. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Negative experience: Very crowded and smelly, and most people abuse the “scent free” concept. A lot of them lack gym etiquette as well as deodorants. Occupy equipment for too long with too long rest while browsing or being on the phone, and don’t clean after use. Not the best place to workout. Picked it as it was new and between work and home.

Fantastic experience: Had a few issues joining, but the female staff on the front desk were very helpful and persevered to get me signed up.

Negative experience: Went to this location during the hours that say staff on site. Rang the bell noone answered. A member told me there never is staff there. Just wanted to see the gym before joining. Now I will never join.

Fantastic experience: I regularly visit this gym and I always leave super happy. The gym staff are always so friendly and accommodating and there is endless equipment to use. The areas are always kept clean. Overall a wonderful gym and an excellent location :)

Negative experience: I went there to fix a problem with my account for 3 days and everytime they told manger would call me during his shift 9-5 . Which he never did and blamed it on his night shift team for not doing there job were they did. -Manger shared my personal information with a third party without my permission. He’s unprofessional. I asked for email or any contact details to for me to write a complain but they refused to give me any. Hoping I can come on here and get any attention from anyone who cares about this

Negative experience: More people and less equipment. Specially no benches available for even after waiting half an hour. Cable crossover is a dream to get a hold on. Mostly india people who dont even wipe after they use. Not a decent place to go for.

Positive experience: Gym is clean but it’s really small I joined it online by not checking the location in person which is a huge mistake they don’t have calf raise machine as well otherwise it’s clean though but not impressed tbh

Positive experience: The gym is Clean. Can be better, some Machines are missing and the heaviest dumbells are still 75, kindly add heavier dumbells and preferably a rear delt machine, a separate deadlift area with wooden padding support would be great!

Positive experience: Nice gym but consider adding a dedicated area for deadlifting, so people don't have to use the space next to the squat racks.

Fantastic experience: First time experience was good, clean and all new equipment plus staff were nice. hydro massage are easy to use with simple tap unlike other location which have to request one at counter..

Negative experience: There are 6 or 7 free benches sitting there and no one is using them, and I’m not able to move any of them to the free bar squat area to do my shoulder workout. So I had to wait for the only one bench until it gets free so I can move it. I have gone to many gyms and I have never seen this anywhere else; it just doesn’t make any sense.

Positive experience: The payment details are somewhat unclear. It states that the cost is $50 for one year, but when you proceed to the payment stage, you are required to pay approximately $300.

Negative experience: Be VERY careful signing up for this gym online. Last week, I signed up and paid for the initial sign up fee and membership cost and the money was taken from my account and then I was taken to a landing page that says that there is issue to needing to be fixed. I proceeded to call the Grandpark location for further assistance and let's just say there is no sense of urgency to help. A manger did not call me back until 3 hours after I called and spoke to a rep at the front desk. Management claims this is an "IT issue" but I haven't heard back in 3 days. I've still been charged and I am also told that I can't even come workout because "I am not in the system" yet, I fully signed up with my name, address, DIRECT DEPOSIT information etc. Which is disappointing because you'd think after going through the motions and paying I'd be at least allowed to workout considering I already paid for the membership? I tried calling the gym again, and again I am left in the dark and whoever answered the phone had very poor customer service skills. Please be careful!

The location is very small as well, no real benefit to black card since there are no additional training areas or heavier dumbbells. The Ac/ventilation is poor. Get pretty hot especially during busier hours and stinky

Negative experience: I tried coming in to get a tour but you literally cannot enter unless you unlock the door with your membership??? This is annoying for newcomers. You literally can't speak with an employee for information. So I tried calling the number and it hasnt been assigned yet...unprofessional off rip.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed. We waited months for this? Who makes decisions on the equipment in a Fit4Less location? Because almost half of the essential equipment is missing, could've added more machines of different exercises rather than redundant machines. There's no black card area. Was really looking forward to train in this branch as it's next to where I live, but it seems I'll continue going to the Millcreek one. I put 2 stars because the place is new and clean.

Positive experience: Rating: 4.4 Happy with my experience at the Grandpark Fit4less! The equipment is new and the gym is clean and inviting. The staff is welcoming, hygiene is top-notch, and the community vibe is unbeatable. 3 things to note 1. The lockers are small so plan accordingly. 2. There is only one water fountain 3. The areas designated for stretching/abs are cramped But overall I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good gym for a decent price. This gym is for all fitness levels!

Positive experience: Got in a workout on opening day. Place is clean so far. Machines are good. Missing a few like the Pec Fly/Rear Delt. Showers are not very good. One button to turn it on. No temperature control. No place to put belongings except for on the ground which puts at risk at getting wet. Individual changerooms across are good. Good place to workout if you don't need the showers. Good location near Square One.

Positive experience: Updated review after training here 4x It's a good gym, however they could have done a better job with planning out how to maximize this location. Not having a black card area is a huge loss. I like that the massage chairs are tap based and 24 hrs but not having dumbbells over 75lbs is a big disappointment. Good variety of newer machines but certain things are missing. No plated calf raise, only one type of adjustable bench. Staff have been great so far. Hoping they find ways to improve it!
