Fantastic experience: I'm typically not a group class training kind of person as I prefer working out alone. And when I decided to try F45, I was very sceptical about it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I like the F45 training. I also think this is mainly because of Mike and his team of highly qualified trainers, as well as the community of friendly and supportive members. I am still not a group class person, but ever since I first joined F45 Sherway (in April 2024), I've been very consistent going there weekly, and I love it! It's perfect HIIT sessions to add to my weekly gym workouts. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I was in town and had a friend visiting from Newyork that I brought with me to a class, the coaches were INCREDIBLE, the studio was beautiful with great locker rooms and washrooms, the owner of the location was also coaching and made my visitor love his first experience at f45 and made us feel so welcome to come back. Fantastic experience: I have had memberships at two other f45 studios prior to this location and this is by far the best f45 experience I have had. The trainers are friendly and supportive, helping you push yourself to reach our fitness goals. The space is wonderful and there is a strong sense of community that is fostered at this location by the staff which is turn trickles down to the members. I would HIGHLY recommend f45 Sherway regardless of your fitness level. You will be welcomed with big smiles into a supportive space with a community of people there to help you on your wellness journey.

Fantastic experience: One of the best decision and investment I made this year is joining F45 Sherway. I was always one of those who would join a gym, pay the membership, but never really goes. I was intimidated by all the equipment and people working out at the other gyms I previously joined. F45 has the structure I need to actually do the workout and F45 Sherway has the most encouraging, fun, and motivating community. All the coaches are super attentive and knowledgeable, the facility is really clean, and you are always greeted with a warm smile.

Fantastic experience: Enjoying the classes and variety of training at F45 Sherway. Trainers and members are friendly and welcoming. Studio and equipment very clean with lots of variety. Have noticed in 6 months that my heart rate during the cardio days has greatly improved. If you’re a woman looking to start strength training the Tues/Thurs classes are great - instruction is visually displayed and the movements are easy to follow.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 in January to get back into my fitness journey post kids. I admit, I was skeptical at first and wasn't sure what all the hype was about, but quickly became a fan of F45 Sherway! The coach's are truly motivational and keep you going throughout the workout, even when you feel like giving up :) Regardless of your fitness level, you always feel like you are a part of the team. Mike (owner of F45 Sherway) truly has a passion for fitness and really takes the time to get to know his members. I love that the programs are 45 mins and change every day -keeps you on your toes and coming back for more.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey in 2023 outside of f45 and lost over and needed a space to stay focused and not fall back to old habits. F45 sherway has become that safe space for me. I joined in Jan of this year, and I love the classes. The sessions are different each time. The coaches are great as well, and I feel myself getting stronger and getting out of my comfort zone. Ironically, my favorite days are Fridays and Saturdays, which are the toughest classes, but each time I keep up and I do little dance inside. Instead they push you and bring you up. The owner is fantastic and very approachable. The gym itself is always clean and in top shape. If you are on the fence about joining don't be, you will not regret it. It is 1000% worth your time and money.

Huge space that doesn't ever feel cramped. Great equipment especially for heavy lifters. Always clean and spotless. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: F45 Sherway is beautiful facility but this place is so much more than a gym! Every day I show up, I know I’m going to challenged but have fun along the way. I know I’ll feel great afterwards no matter how I felt coming into the workouts. Coaches AND members will motivate and support you not only during but outside of workouts as well. Everyone is welcoming and I love the fitness community I’ve found myself in. It has been fun dancing, cheering during workouts but also spending time with others at socials. I can’t wait to see how I grow here!

The workouts are 45 mins and each day of the week is a different class. There's a good mix of HIIT, circuit training, and functional training. It's one of the larger studios I've visited and it's kept very clean!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best place to workout. I’ve worked out in various types of gym and studios but nothing like F45 Sherway. The workouts are efficient, 45 minutes and done. A different workout every day that is challenging on so many different levels but can be modified according to your level of fitness and injuries etc. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and well informed and always willing to help. Above all, F45 Sherway is a fun place to workout and a great community of people that is why I am still a member after 2 years.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this studio. The workouts are great! There is a ton of variety and the 45 minute class is plenty of time to get a solid workout. You will never do the same workout twice, as they're constantly introducing new exercises and varying the number of exercises, set counts etc. There are also a handful of class times throughout the day. The studio is larger compared to other F45 studios and very well kept. The trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and professional.

The trainers motivate you to do 1 more rep or push you to try the heavier weight if it’s right for you. They also correct you if you’re doing an exercise wrong, which is extremely important. Regardless of your fitness level they will work with you. I highly recommend F45 Sherway.

Fantastic experience: I have never worked out before. Ever. My wife would come home from F45 everyday soaked in sweat and so happy. She would say”you have to give it a try.” I finally caved in and went. Best thing I’ve ever done for my health!!! I started going 2-3 days a week. Now I’m going 5 days a week because I love it so much. The coaches, the members and our owners. Best decision! I’ve lost over 40 pounds! Should’ve listened to my wife earlier! Give it a try!
