Negative experience: I went to one of these in North Vancouver 8 years ago and this place is just as bad.... I'm an avid gym goer and never walking through Steve Nash Fitness world's door again. Bad service and hidden fees they target the naive.

Positive experience: Fairly expensive for what you get. Would recommend Good Life (24 hours a day) or the Abbotsford Rec Center because of hours and cost. This location is notorious for a high turn over rate for both staff and customers. Not a great sign and felt pushed to buy instead of given the options and actual sales building.

Negative experience: When it comes to billing they will scam you. If you ever decide to signup here make sure you have a recorder and record and document everything thing. Timeline, billing or anything that pertains to payment issue. They will scam you here.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS GYM!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! After just couple days of working out here I decided to cancel my membership. They charged me for a month when I signed up. On Nov 28 I emailed them and called to make my last payment but due to their broken credit card machine I was unable to pay. I signed the cancellation form on November 30 and made my final payment but I am still being asked to make payments. I called their headoffice who told my membership was still active. I only worked out for a few days but had to pay for two months. The management and staff is very poor, unhelpful and unfriendly. I will never be going back to this gym and I recommend everyone to stay far away from this gym. Worst gym experience ever!!!!

Fantastic experience: The two manger at this location are most nicest people to me the manger hes also very kind. Person he loves loves running to. I also liked my trainer very friendly cares about his job he always has a smile, when i do gt12 every trainer is always really nice to. As a little suggestion you should add a skill mill

Negative experience: Worst gym I have ever been too give no stars or half star if i could, not only do they trick you into signing a contract you cannot escape from their fee's are way to high and not what they seem you pay less only with contract and 60 dollar charge to upkeep equipment. Also lack of equipment that is never put away properly no one seems to wipe down equipment. This gym is stinky, lack of equipment, bad customer service and overpriced. don't try to email them either or ask for help they will not do anything for you. now I am stuck paying for a gym for 8 months i never attend. Do yourself a favor and go to a real gym without contracts and hidden fees. DId i mention how much it stinks!!!!!!!!!! Disgusted in this place horrible experience still trying to cancel my membership. Save your money go to a real gym that don't stink and has respectable people, worst xperience ever!!!!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door I felt a sense of community. Everyone, members and staff, are really friendly and helpful. It's a smaller gym with a great atmosphere which makes working out enjoyable, plus easy to find things. The trainers are knowledgeable and passionate about making members feel comfortable and enthusiastic about staying fit and healthy. Pricey gym but well worth it for the people and equipment!

Fantastic experience: Love the location and staff here! Katie kicks my butt every Tuesday night and i love it!

Negative experience: Gym needs a 2nd squat rack waiting time for a squat rack is around 25-30 minutes

Positive experience: Been going here for over a year. Prices are on the high end for a gym but the equipment is top notch. So I guess you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: September 20, 2019 I would like to add that now, six months later from my last review below, that the old manager, Asia, was promoted and a new Manager, Dan is on board now. He is one of the most accommodating, friendly and caring persons I have had the pleasure to meet. He makes time for your questions and is interested in hearing any feedback - and acting on it. Along with all the other staff, Katie, Calvin, Val, Kiran, Gerome, Hannah, to name just a few - it makes it such a pleasant, caring environment to sweat in! Keep up the great work all of you! Six months ago: I moved from another gym in the summer of 2018, and I can't believe the difference in staff, attitude, classes offered and equipment. As a senior, all the staff are so helpful and friendly, always ready to answer your questions and they are so supportive. They all greet me each day, ask how I am, and really care. That is truly what I feel sets them apart is the awesome customer service. Their promotions are fun too. I am glad I took some personal training sessions and will continue to do so. I feel lucky to have this great gym so close to home.

Positive experience: Good equipment but the gym kinda smells bad sometimes

Negative experience: AVOID THIS GYM!! I have been at this location since they opened in Abbotsford and stuck through all their monthly membership price increases, even though it was supposed to be a special lock in price. Only recently did I decide to cancel my membership. I signed the cancellation form on November however I was still being billed each month thereafter. When I inquired about this I was told my membership was still active and they had no record of me ever coming in. The management at this location pretty much said I was out of luck and it was my fault for not providing them a copy of the cancellation form as proof because her employee lost the original one. I will never be going back to this gym and I recommend everyone to stay far away from this one.

Negative experience: The environment over there is really nice, but there is the manager i think, she is, who tries her best to sell you the membership, and at the end, you end up paying a big bill! Really disappointed ! but the other staffs are cool...

Positive experience: The receptionist was really rude, but the facility was nice.

Negative experience: Updated from 4 star to 1 star. I originally signed up before the gym opened at a locked in rate of I believe $15 per month. By the time the gym opened months later it was already increased and over the next few years that locked in rate increased again but I didn't complain. However for the year prior to me cancelling my mebership a few months back this gym went downhill fast. Equipment is never well maintained. They lack sufficient basic equipment such as a second squat rack that members have been asking for a long time. I hated coming in at night for a late leg day and having to wait an hour for groups of people to finish chatting and doing rows! The same goes for the benches and barbells. If only the removed some of the treadmills that never got used and increased the free weight area. The equipment isn't well maintained either with tears in machine padding, broken cables, broken dumbells, bent barbells, broken cable attachments, etc. Beyond that even the change room has some god awful sights at times. I wouldn't recommend this gym anymore and I wish I could give it zero stars.

Fantastic experience: Used to come here all the time until I moved to Langley. I started going to the Langley location and what a difference... Abby SN is soooo much better. even after not going to the abby location for almost a year, they still recognize me when I come in! Well deserved 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are great! I signed up for the 7 day trial which includes 1 free session with a personal trainer. I saw her today. She was super knowledgeable and very friendly and encouraging! I look forward to checking out one of her classes! (Group classes are included in membership)

Negative experience: Employees are very rude please no one go there I gave them 0 star

Positive experience: Overpriced. Staff uses techniques to try to sell you on their "limited time" offers when they're not. They also get you to electronically sign for documents but they never provide provide you with them or let you see what you're signing. Good equipment is all they've got going for them.

Positive experience: Good equipment selection, rarely busy enough to make it inconvenient to work out with the equipment your after. The staff are friendly and it's a clean environment.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. The personal trainers are super nice and easy to talk to. Whether you’re goals are to get massive, lean, strong or just wanting to get in better shape, this is the gym to come to. All of the staff want to help you meet your goals. I never have had a bad day and always look forward to working out here.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and an excellent facility. They are very welcoming to new comers, and have a gorgeous view from the second floor, plus they got a nice variety of equipment.

Negative experience: I like the gym but if I wake my ass up at 5 in the morning to go to the gym you better be open. Two days in a row it wasn't open at 5 am, my time is worth money and recovery. How am I supposed make gains if I come to th gym to wait in my car for the gym to open then leave. One day i can deal with it, it happens 2 days in a row that's B'S.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym, they have great staff!

Negative experience: Hilariously bad staff. Went here when they opened to see how it was. Asked if dropping weights for concentric olympic lifts was allowed and they said yes, so I decided to test that theory. Did 1 power clean, dropped the barbell then the whole gym staff comes running and saying "wow what are you doing you can't do that here". I just laughed and said I was told otherwise. None of them had a clue what olympic lifts were, which tells you what personal training would be like there lol. Clueless uneducated staff.

Negative experience: The Steve Nash Fitness center was great. However the employees do not understand the concept of how to stop taking money out of one's account when they have cancelled the gym membership. Scammers. This deserves no stars, however in order to post I have to put a star.

Positive experience: I am a work queen, at the gym 6/7 days a week. With travel, there are 5 things I need in the facility. Well maintained equipment ✅, wide variety of cardio machines (stepper)✅✅, friendly or visible staff✅, clean/bright washrooms✅, accessible parking✅ Shower pressure at this gym sucks. All in all, a good find.
