Fantastic experience: I've heard many great things about Cristini Athletics and finally had a chance to experience it myself. I have to say, it absolutely exceeded all my expectations! The gym has top-of-the-line cardio and strength training equipment, as well as dedicated space for functional training and group classes. They've got the best people too, the coaches are incredibly welcoming and always willing to assist. Their passion for what they do is truly inspiring. Great place to train and feel empowered!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Cristini Athletic Therapy! I visited Aparnaa for shoulder pain, and she provided a detailed consultation, explaining everything clearly. I was surprised to learn that the shoulder pain was originating from a different area of my body. To address this, I received dry needling to release tension in my upper lats, resulting in an improved range of motion in my shoulder. Aparnaa is also assisting me in reducing the frequency of my chronic headaches and migraines through manual treatment and dry needling.

Fantastic experience: Nice crossfit gym with friendly people! Their suff are very professional. It has almost everything needed, even for professional athletes. All cardio machines used in crossfit are available, as well as weights. Good climate, high ceiling, and lots of space! Big space for free parking.

Fantastic experience: In 2016 I was introduced to Cristini Athletics (I was currently working at another CrossFit gym). I immediately loved the environment and the space. In a few months time I made the transfer to Cristini Athletics being my gym of choice, even though it was further for me, their morals were more aligned with mine. They were family inclusive, had classes and open gym slots and better equipment. This place is home and family. Also they take pride in their business, they are always seeking new ways to innovate the business and member progress. Their programming is top-notch, and members are improving. Best place to work on your fitness!! <3

Fantastic experience: Amazing community ! It is more than just a place to workout, I came from Montreal with no friends and family in the area and these people were welcoming and made Vaughan feel like home! The classes are accessible to all level, if you want that extra push a lot of members participate in local competitions of all age and level which is motivating and fun to participate as a community!

Fantastic experience: The CrossFit classes are challenging yet so much fun to do! Starting the day off right by doing their 9:15am class is what I always look forward to. They also have physiotherapy services that has helped me understand my small injuries and learn how to train smarter despite being injured. Fantastic experience: I started going to Cristini Athletics as a distraction and a way to get healthy. It’s turned into so much more! It’s an amazing community and a lifestyle for me now and I can’t imagine what life would be like without it.

Fantastic experience: After many years of on again/off again "training" at a big-box gym, I was getting bored and had a lack of motivation. In 2018, I decided to change it up and dipped my toe into functional fitness and found Cristini Athletics. It was the best health decision of my life. I lost 25 lbs and have kept it off, lowered my blood pressure (it was hereditary in my family), and was able to do things I didn't think was possible for me. The coaches are phenomenal (some are even Crossfit Games Athletes!). The workout programming is fun and methodical, with a purpose to accomplish specific goals, and the place has a great vibe with a non-judgmental community that cheers you on when you are in that dark place pushing yourself to finish that workout. Best CrossFit gym in Vaughan and Markham hands down! Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for almost 3 years now. The coaches are fantastic- extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help members achieve their goals. The members are very friendly and very supportive of each other. If you are looking for a community that will encourage you to do your best and keep you motivated, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Did a drop in during visiting Markham and was not disappointed! Coach Monica was awesome and knowledgeable, and members were great and welcoming. Program was as expected, if you know you know Facility was clean and spacious, functional layout. Don’t be scared of Covid they take cleaning seriously. Next time I visit to binge eat you bet I will be returning to drop in.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed by this gym. Really good atmosphere in so far as making sure if you come for a work out you get that work out. Good trainers (particularly Abed with whom I had personal training sessions who is a true professional with that true teacher quality). The gym management was responsive to my inquiries. They gym has classes in different time slots throughout the day, which helped a lot with my hectic work schedule. Keep up the good work. I am finally going to wear crop tops again in my 30s :D. Hello my new core.

Fantastic experience: This gym went from being a 6 week experiment to a crucial part of my ongoing fitness journey. A great space with on hand physio/RMT (if you need). You also have access to amazing coaches for all types of athletes/goals. As well as a registered dietitian. I've also met some great members that I am lucky to consider my friends. My peak fitness was established at Cristini Athletics. As was my post op rehab and it is my go to once again for getting back in shape post pandemic. Clean facilities that have adapted to the times beautifully. And also have at home workouts for when those short sighted lockdowns happen. A better bang for your buck than other fitness studio chains. Couldn't recommend it more.

Crisitni Athletics is not your ordinary gym, but of a community of like-minded individuals whom are there to support and motivate fellow members.
