Anytime Fitness Lorette

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at Anytime Fitness, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First of all, I was appalled to discover that the staff has been known to look up clients' personal details and share this sensitive information with their friends, including for dating purposes. This is not only unethical but also a huge breach of privacy. The gym's management doesn't seem to take these serious allegations seriously, which only adds to the feeling of unease. In addition to that, I'm extremely concerned about the toxic chemicals being used in the facility. Whether it’s in cleaning products or other gym-related substances, the air feels heavy and smells like a chemical factory, I’ve noticed headaches and discomfort after working out. For a place that's supposed to promote health and fitness, it’s disturbing to feel like the environment is harmful rather than supportive. I won't be returning to Anytime Fitness, and I strongly advise others to reconsider. The lack of respect for privacy, combined with the unhealthy environment, makes this gym an unsafe and unprofessional choice.

Fantastic experience: Great service, everyone is super kind and helpful and a very beginner friendly environment.

Positive experience: Clean and neat place, but very unpleasant visitors. Like folks will be hanging out occupying equipment, but clearly not working out. They will say they use it, but spend 10 minutes just sitting on the equipment scrolling through their phones or chatting with buddies. Or is there something I do not understand about the purpose of the place? Anyway, this is the reason I regret I have subscribed here.

He’s super patient and takes the time to really help you understand the exercises while adjusting to your personal needs. Highly recommend both the gym and training with Chad

And Everyone there seems very friendly, i would highly recommend it to anyone regardless of there goals. There staff there is also super friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have called in twice over the last year, with the call being missed (all but likely called outside of their staffed hours) - eventually getting through when I tried a few hours later. The important thing to note though, is in each of those circumstances, even though I had reached someone eventually, I got a called back from Anytime Staff at Lorette saying "we saw we missed your call, can we help you with anything?" - I've never seen that done before - incredible customer service. Ownership, Chad, Cole - incredible job.

The trainers are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and are genuinely concerned about your well being at every visit to gym. The gym is clean and well taken care of by the staff and members. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic experience: I made a choice back in May to get moving again, to increase my physical activity and to change my lifestyle. I knew I needed a little guidance, expertise and support along the way so I sought out a trainer. Working with Chad at anytime has been great! He got me moving again and in a way that I look forward to daily. I was even out of the country for a month and still got the support I needed while traveling! His reccommended meal plan was easy to follow, the app we used to track work outs was easy to use and within 3 short months I reached my goal! One that I wasn't able to do on my own. Thanks Chad and to the whole Anytime team. Your space has a great energy, clean environment and great vibes!

Fantastic experience: Cozy Gym with a ton of equipment for the size. The gym is always clean which I can appreciate. The staff truly makes the experience a lot better. They are willing to help with spotting and they are there for any tips on exercises.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Anytime Fitness for a few years now. It is convenient as I live in Lorette however it is a very clean gym with excellent equipment. The owners (Nathan Dyck)is such a caring individual and always has a few minutes to chat with you to make sure your needs are being met. Then there is Chad manager and trainer. This individual definitely knows his stuff. I have been training one on one with him for six months now and boy what a transformation is happening. He is so super busy that they have hired another trainer Colton who I must say is right up there with Chad. Whether your goals are to work out daily or three times a week this is the place to be. And don’t let me forget to tell you how friendly the members are … your Anytime Fitness gym buddies

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend people to go to Anytime Fitness Lorette. I honestly prefer it over any other gym. Everyone is always so helpful & welcoming. (Staff & other gym users). They have some of the friendliest staff I have ever met! Chad is an amazing trainer & manger there! I never feel judged at the Lorette location which is something i’m always worried about when going to the gym. Very clean & well maintained facility as well! I highly recommend signing up here!!

Negative experience: Ripoff after 1.5 years of cancelling my subscription I am getting calls from the credit bureau stating that I owe them $160 which is nonsense!!! Plus after attending the gym for 3 months I moved to Steinbach and tried cancelling the subscription due to the fact that there wasn't one of their facilities there, and their response was come by Lorette once a week which is ridiculous, and I had to pay them out for a whole year!!!
