Positive experience: Great, small facility. Has everything you would really need in regard to fitness and working out. The only thing that is even remotely in need of attention is their water availability. With the fountains currently out of order, they say there is water in the cooler but after hours, it’s not always replenished. The water is just noteworthy, it definitely doesn’t take away from the experience and the need to actually workout. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a gym facility with round the clock access and/or an abnormal schedule.

Negative experience: Avoid this gym at all costs. Worst gym ever. Can’t reach anyone if you have a billing problem and there is no staff present.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Beaumont, Stopped in for a workout while in town. It wasn’t too busy on a Sunday evening. Very clean throughout! Bathrooms and showers are clean and stocked with items. Weights are in good condition and machines are spaced adequately enough apart for no bigger than the facility is. I would definitely visit again.

Fantastic experience: Just moved here recently from Edmonton. I was pleasantly surprised with this Anytime location. They tore down their studio room to make more room for free weights etc.. I think whoever was involved in that decision deserves a pat on the back; the studio rooms are a hindrance everywhere else. I’ve been to a number of Anytime Fitness locations, but this one is filled with humble members & nobody is trying to ego lift or throw weights around. I find the staff very friendly as well as the regulars. Must be a Beaumont thing; everyone is so polite in this town.

Fantastic experience: Dan is an excellent trainer! He is knowledgeable, personable and makes gym time something to look forward to. He encourages the right amount and adapts to specific circumstances/limitations such as reduced mobility in some areas due to injury.

Positive experience: I enjoyed this facility when I was an active member. It was always clean and the machines seemed to be well taken care of. I have since built my own gym at home and have been trying to cancel my membership for the past month to no avail. When calling in to try and cancel the staff direct me to email them, from which I never recieve a response. EDIT: They have finally stopped charging me after contacting them again. Like the usual gym membership it just takes some persistence.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a great place to workout. It has all the equipment you need. They bring in new machines/equipment to enhance your experience. The place is always kept clean and tidy. The manager (Ryan) is great to chat with and listens to everything you have to say. I have absolutely no complaints.

Negative experience: This gym was good until it wasn’t. I wanted to cancel my membership because I moved away. It’s been almost a full year since I canceled my membership but I’m still being charged. They use a third party to handle their cancellations and I have yet to successfully cancel with anytime fitness, which means I am still getting charged for a service that I am not using. This is not ok

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at anytime for 8 months with Melissa with the goal of weight loss. In that time I’ve lost a significant amount of weight as well as feeling strong and empowered. Melissa is awesome, she really listens when I let her know what I’m having issues with and has helped me to get through some struggles in my journey. She has also over seen some injuries of mine and I really appreciate how much knowledge of the human body she has to be able to make sure that each exercise is not only done correctly to avoid injury but also to have stretches for any injury that help more than I could ever imagine. I would definitely recommend seeing Melissa at anytime if you’re looking for a trainer!

Negative experience: Don't go here. It's such a fraud. I highly discourage signing up for a membership with them as they will come hound you for additional payments even after you cancel your membership. They then send creditors after you if you refute the payment with, so far, no way to appeal it. It's a scam.

Fantastic experience: Amazing establishment, love the atmosphere, had trainer Jeremy for six months was great to have someone show me the ropes around the gym. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Every time I come here it’s always very clean, spray bottles are in the right places, cloths are always clean and ready to use, and the range of equipment is great! Staff interact with members whenever they see us and being open 24/7 caters to everyone schedule!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Melissa for 3 months at Anytime Fitness and am very satisfied with the results that we have achieved together! She has been amazing to work with, she’s super motivating and dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals!! I’ve extended my training sessions with her!! Highly recommend Melissa as a personal trainer!

Fantastic experience: Awesome people to be around that all support successful lifestyles to keep you motivated and inspired. High standards in equipment quality and sanitization. Access to many work out related resources like their evolt-scan, fms training, and access to a personal trainer, etc. If you use the resources provided and show up, plateauing isn't an option. These guys have your backs in setting you up for success.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership, got an email confirming it and then after covid was over got an email saying I owed another month and the gym improvement fee. I emailed and asked and was told that due to covid the email cancellation I recieved was void and my contract wasnt fulfilled. Then the owner took me to collections for $71. Small gym and a small town isn't a good way to make clients, do not sign with them. Worst management, considering we were in a pandemic you shouldn't be charging people. And if you can't honor cancellation policies then why have them

Negative experience: Thought this gym would be convenient, but the communication is atrocious. No one awsers the phone even when their hours say they are staffed in that time at this location. Had signed up for a one year membership it should have ended Jan of this year. All through last year was charged full price even when lockdowns were happening. So I didn't even get to use it. Still getting charged now 7 months after contract expired. As per above review and awser. I have bank statements confirming withdrawals,there was one in June for services I never got to use and that was after the contract should have been done. If you could fix this and stop scamming people out of money that would be great. Or at the very least update your staffed hours online or get someone in to awnser the phones. Strongly do not recommend, if I could give a negative star review I 100 percent would. I was also told the fob money was a deposit situation. Clearly from previous reviews this is not the case. As a former owner of a business to another business owner it's your job to know how your staff are conducting business on your behalf,it's your job to train then properly or ensure you designate someone who is qualified to train them. The previous review responses about well you were misinformed or whatever poor excuse was given,saying the contract doesn't say that ect is a poor excuse to justify the short fallings of of an owner who clearly seems to not care about how the business is run nor care to keep good clients happy. Not every one is cut out to run a business, and that's ok but there has to be a time when one realizes there's only 2 choices fix the issues or walk away.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this gym at all. I signed up just before covid happened back in 2020. They took payments from people and when I asked to cancel it was a nightmare. I'll give them credit after awhile they did cancel my contract however fought with me about why they feel they should continue taking money during a pandemic the first time around. I cannot speak for the second time as I was no longer a member. I was told when I signed up the key fob was 52.50 deposit and when I decided to stop that I would get that back, they even took it as a separate payment. I went the other day to go return it and was met by two incredibly unprofessional people who didn't even say sorry all they did was stand there telling me I was wrong and misinformed. Didn't take my name, or anything just stood there staring at me. I left and came back as I wanted a copy of my contract contract look it over(which says nothing about the key fob btw) to be met again by the same male at the door who looked super grumpy and mad. Who wasn't nice at all nor did it seem like he wanted to be there. Who then told me old staff were telling people that and he was waiting for an email back from the owner. He said hed be in touch but judging from my experience there he won't be. If your staff are poorly trained and giving out misinformation that's on the owner. I didn't get a sorry and explanation of the issue or anything. Customer service really was out the window. The only reason two stars was given was because my contract was cancelled, stay away from here and go to a gym that gives you a refund on your key fob- which is pretty much all of them.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Ryan was extremely helpful, gave me a couple months free for the random Charges that went to my account. Wouldn't change gyms

Negative experience: I canceled my membership asked them to stop charging my card it's stops for one month they charge the next month and I have to contact them and my credit card company for every month for the last 5 months and I just got another charge again today a******'s And don't ever deal with these pieces of ship

Fantastic experience: My son has been working out with Jeremy Nelson for almost two years now. Jeremy is a super nice guy with a great attitude. I believe the work in the gym has really helped him with hockey, and his overall strength, as it has translated into his game. He really enjoys training with Jeremy, he is very knowledgeable about off ice training, and is very accommodating. I would highly recommend Jeremy for training and life coaching.

Positive experience: Pretty cramped, but clean and decent equipment.

Fantastic experience: Recently switched from a big gym to Anytime Fitness Beaumont and have been super happy with their hygiene and social distancing protocols. Small gym but haven't had to wait for equipment. Great environment, really enjoy my workouts there.

Negative experience: Do not opt for the more expensive month-to-month option as they will charge you three months to cancel anyway. They also continued to charge full price during COVID while there was no access to the gym. Management did not care and staff response was not adequate. They are lucky there are so few gyms in Beaumont. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean gym with friendly staff. It's a new gym, so they don't have all the gym equipment yet, but we do get new gym equipment in. Slowly building it up.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this gym welcomed me with open arms! I've met so many great people and made amazing friends. The staff are always so friendly and they put in 110% effort. Coach Jeremy is the best. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Large Size Anytime Fitness with a Lot of Machines, Free Weights, Bikes, Stretching Room and Even a Heavy Bag. Good Size Parking Lot Outside and People Here Like to Work Out which is Motivating. Two Thumbs Up for this Branch. I am from Vancouver and My Fob Works Anywhere. It is Awesome.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Anytime Fitness. I have been to a lot of gyms and this by far is the most welcoming and friendly. It's clean, lots of equipment and the staff are amazing. Jeremy is now my trainer and he took all my fears and restrictions post injury into account. I can not imagine going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Worst gym going We canceled our membership because my wife got seriously hurt from her personal trainer kept pushing her when she told him for months she was seriously hurt but he didnt care and kept pushing her Still taking money out of the account

Negative experience: I signed up for a year membership for myself, my son and my hubby. Paid a sign up fee, monthly fees and paid deposits on key fobs. I was told I would get my deposit back at the end of my membership if I decided not to renew...just went to return fobs and told nope sorry...they are yours tokeep...what kind of scam is that!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Anytime Fitness Beaumont since they first opened in the summer of 2018. What encouraged me to switch to this facility from another gym was the monthly price & the location. I am very happy with my decision in switching to Anytime Fitness in Beaumont for a number of reasons. However, the most meaningful of reasons has been the camaraderie established at this facility amongst the staff & other members alike. By participating in semi-private personal training with one of the trainers (Jeremy), I have been able to celebrate personal successes as well as the successes of other members in just a very short period of time.The new friendships, the laughs, & the personal victories are what keep me motivated. If you are contemplating switching to this facility, I highly encourage you to try a guest pass and see for yourself. Also, look into the diverse personal training options that are available. The trainers, Jeremy & Rob are very knowledgeable & even though Jeremy should probably stick to his day job, he attempts to be a comedian for your personal entertainment. In all honesty, the motivation, the support and the friendships established by working with a trainer have been invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Beaumont is very clean and organized. The coaches are really helpful and friendly, Coach Robb and Coach Jeremy are the two best coaches that you will meet, they would really help you to set and reach your own goals in training/working-out aspect. The Manager (Brenda), is really nice and accomodating too. Highly-Recommended Gym.
