Fantastic experience: Great gym for it's size. Love that snap still has some plate loaded machines. Manager was very friendly and knew right away I was a new member and introduced herself and welcomed me to gym.
Fantastic experience: Been working out at this gym for a few years now, staff are excellent and always willing to help out. Lighting and mirrors are awesome, and is always clean and well kept. For being a fairly small gym it’s been a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Had my meet and greet with Jayce, he took me through a mini training session and wow! His energy, enthusiasm and encouragement makes the plunge worth it! Some people are incredible at what they do, and Jayce is an example of that, I look forward to having the one on one training to kick start my goal to get my fitness level back to where it was. Great little space with everything a person needs.

Positive experience: Objective review. Staff is friendly and always keeping busy. Couple suggestions. There is definitely a smell near the benches. They’re visibly in need of being re-surfaced. The rag and spray system also needs to go. Modern gyms use disposable wipes. The rags are often drenched with sweat and wiping sweat on sweat defeats the purpose. I would also lose the huge rack that’s taking up space and get equipment like a leg press.
Hello Ty, thanks for the review and suggestions we will for sure take them into consideration. We have already started the process of getting our equipment upholstered however we are just doing a few at a time so that the equipment isn't down for long. The cleaning cloths are changed regularly however if you do find one that isn't to your satisfaction we do have extra clean cloths on the left side of the front desk. Feel free to grab one as you come in and you can use it specifically for your workout so you know it is clean. Thanks again, Jayce
Negative experience: Put your membership plans/prices on your website. I don't want to "contact" you to find out, it's a waste of everyone's time.
Hello Fel, unfortunately the website is controlled by corporate and although we are a franchise we are locally owned and operated. To see pricing all you have to do is click "see pricing" and fill out the online form. To save you some time however, Our standard single membership is $55/month which gets you 24/7 access to all Snap locations world wide. Fantastic experience: It was a little rough because I haven't been to the gym in a while and to get used to their equipment it wasn't too bad everybody there is friendly they have towels and squirt bottles for the equipment at every station which is nice.

Fantastic experience: The facilities here are pretty good and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I was stuck working and couldn't make it in to get my membership. Terri was very helpful over the phone and I was able to work out that evening. Grateful.

Fantastic experience: Terri is a wonderful personal trainer, and she offers very personalized sessions to achieve your goals. The site itself has lots of space and a great selection of equipment. If you’re not ready for a membership commitment, they have drop ins, weekly options, and you don’t need to have a membership for personal trainer sessions with their staff :) highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Terri is an amazing trainer. I have gone to a few gyms and this one I feel the most comfortable. Also the gym is 24hrs so can workout anytime

Fantastic experience: Clean super friendly staff. 24 hr access is great for anyone’s schedule. LOVE that all memberships come with a free personal training assessment. As a gym newb I’ve really been enjoying training with Terry Lynn. She’s always available questions, explains everything really well and sets you up for success in every workout. Highly recommend snap for a comfortable friendly , judgement free atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been a gym enthusiast before but I am loving the personal training sessions with Terri! She is full of knowledge on the musculoskeletal system. If I had not completed sessions with Terri to learn the proper use of the equipment, I probably would have quit going on a regular basis. I enjoy the flexibility 24/7 allows and find the membership affordable. I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym! I purchased the training sessions when I joined, and my trainer (Terri) was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in the door... and set up workouts I have been easily able to follow and build on. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and I love the location! Honestly can't think of a negative thing to say.

Positive experience: I really enjoy going to this gym. I feel like it has a good atmosphere and it's a place any person can be comfortable working out in whether beginner or more advanced. I see a great variety of people here all the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep their gym organized and clean too. Last but not least if you want to get yourself a dedicated, personable Trainer; Terri is your girl. When I started seeing her that's when I started to see more gains and strength in my body.#results! Positive experience: I ended up subscribing month to month with snap fitness because they're very close and convenient good selection of machines, nice and clean and tidy. Little bit on the small side but that's okay. They have everything you need

Fantastic experience: Amazing, small, but full of all necessary equipment. Clean and friendly, not crowded. After a few weeks with them, I met the owner and most of the staff. My opinion hasn't changed, good and quiet place. I definitely stay with them!

Positive experience: Its small location, layout isnt my favorite. Missing a few key items in my opinion like a leg press etc. No showers. Hard working staff are friendly and constantly cleaning and sanitizing which is nice for a clean environment!

Fantastic experience: Tremendous gym and atmosphere for anyone looking for a new gym or just to get started! Very clean, well taken care of, reasonably priced and the staff have been the absolute best to deal with. Personal trainers are knowledgeable, super friendly and beyond helpful with any questions I've had! I got a free personal training session when I started which has really helped motivate me to get into a routine and stay consistent. It's also 24/7 so finding times to workout when it's less busy has been great and I'm able to use other locations while I'm away which saves me a lot in drop ins!

Negative experience: Wayyyy too small. One squat rack doesn’t even have a mirror in front of it. Gets busy even at 10 at night too. Didn’t ask to see vax passports. I originally signed up for snap because online it said if ur not satisfied in the first 20 days you can get a refund. Of course this location doesn’t do that. This gym also requires you to come in person to cancel your membership, cmon guys it’s 2022 use docusign.
Hello Paula, sorry to hear you had less than a positive experience at my facility. We certainly are not a big facility however many people prefer smaller gyms than large intimidating ones. I completely understand if that isn't your preference however that is our current business model. You certainly could have canceled via email instead of coming in so I apologize for the confusion there but you did not have to come back in if you didn't want to. I encourage you to give us another chance as Monday nights in January are our busiest times and that is not typical for our club. I would be willing to offer you some free time as well as free personal training to help give you a better experience and hopefully smooth this over. I would also be willing to waive our 30 day cancellation policy if you do give us another chance and still aren't satisfied. If we aren't the gym for you I completely understand and wish you all the best in finding a gym that is right for you.
Fantastic experience: Was looking for a place that I felt comfortable to work out at but to also have structure to help meet my goals. Heard about Jayce at Snap and he’s been a major help with his Total Transformation package. Glad I switched to Snap for sure ☺️☺️

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Jayce as my personal trainer since February 2019. I am so enjoying my workouts and feeling stronger each week. Jayce is very personable and easy to talk to and has a ton of knowledge under his belt to offer. I feel confident having him share his wisdom with me as my trainer, knowing that what he is telling me is truth and not just fluff of the top of his head just to have me as a client. If you’re looking for a trainer Jayce is da man I’m not from Grande Prairie, so the app he set me up with for my workouts is super simple, and user friendly. Jayce is a very busy guy but if I need to know something during my workout he is quick on the draw and texts me back in a timely manner.

The equipment is in great shape, the staff are amazing, the online tips and meal ideas are a nice way to keep members motivated. Fantastic experience: Super clean gym. Very friendly staff. Love that I can go anytime and feel safe. Owner/Personal Trainer is CSEP certified so I know I am getting the highest and most knowledgeable training. Members are encouraging and helpful as well. Great atmosphere!

Negative experience: Terrible experience rushed through my paperwork that wasn't clearly explained nor did I receive a customer copy, overpriced for what the gym has to offer. Canceling my membership and will never go back. Owner was arrogant and argumentative with dealing with my concerns. (-5 Stars)

Fantastic experience: I love the friendly atmosphere and how positive everyone is. The trainers and staff always make me feel welcome. They have everything I need to get in a great workout. I've dropped fat and gained muscle and am the strongest I've ever been in my life. This is easily my favorite gym in Grande Prairie!

Fantastic experience: First day of my free trial I thought I'd never go back due to it being smaller, but I needed a gym I could also go to in Edmonton and when I travel. I absolutely grew to love it here, staff and owners are stellar people it definitely feels like a community. Always adding new things within size limits and recognizing members.

Fantastic experience: This Snap Fitness is great. It has a good atmosphere, is very clean and the management is very friendly and helpful. It might look small but the place is packed with seemingly every machine possible. It has a squat rack and dumbells up to 120.(I think, I'm not that strong ) Also a plus is that it is right beside Shoppers so if you forget your headphones and don't want to drive all the way home you can pick some up for cheap.
Positive experience: A great little gym if you're looking for basic cardio and machines. Not a lot of options, very small. There are no changing rooms but they have two large bathrooms. It's not typically super busy in the mornings so the machine availability is good, in the evenings it is a struggle to get the one you want. Great staff, clean gym, and the equipment that they do have is good quality!
