Fantastic experience: I really cannot complain. Both Brad and Ricardo were very responsive and supportive to my child's needs, and even that of my family. They listen unjudgmentally. The language barrier wirh Ricardo can be a bit challenging but if listen well, and also understand his thought process, all is good. My daughter loved her coaches, especially Holly, and so she'd talk a lot about her in our conversations. It tells me she was cared for outside of my presence.

Fantastic experience: Hello , my two daughters have been coming here regularly. My first one decided to come first n within the year she got moved to Competitive level. She has got impressive improvement in her fitness, gymnastics skill set n confidence. By seeing her performance, many parents in my neighbourhood enquired about gymnastics. My other daughter choose karate over gymnastics and she continued for about year.She quits karate n joined Gymnastics giants by seeing impressive growth in her sister.Now she has got drastic improvements here in her. Now I can confidently tell that toughness level, intensity, energy , discipline, fun, confidence etc etc are unmatched as compared to other sports. I could see literally massive energy in this gymnasium by young trainee students and their trainers. One last, they have olympian role model Mr Brad Peter to look up-to n inspire .

Negative experience: Giant gymnastic is not the good place for learning gymnastic. Totally wastage of money.My daughter was there for one year and she even didn’t know how to do cart wheel . The guy on the front desk is very rude . There is no progress report and parents has to take permission to watch their kids. I switched to All Star Gym kids and I am very happy . They also give you progress report after every three months and it’s open to parents to watch their kids anytime . Even my daughter told me that giant gymnastic didn’t teach much compared to All star..

Fantastic experience: The staff has always been very nice and professional my daughter did 2 years and has really improved and loves coming there and loves her teachers.

Fantastic experience: We took our son, 2, here for his first class and he loved it! Very spacious and lots of equipment. Great coaches and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I registered my 2 girls last fall. We all had a good experience. The kids loved it and the staff was very friendly and nice . Unfortunately we have to move to another city.

Fantastic experience: My youngest grandson goes there every Saturday mornings. I drop him off and pick him up.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend sending your children to Gymnastic Giants. I took parents and tots program, which's awesome! Just one caution about the cancelation policy: You need to notify them one month in advance exactly on 01st, else you are out of luck!

Fantastic experience: I enrolled my daughter here because Brad is a former Olympian and world class gymnast and I would like my daughter to learn from the best . I would highly recommend the gym to anyone who is passionate about gymnastics. My daughter goes to the gym and she loves it. She says she enjoyed it every time I go to pick her up. It's all that matters to me.

Fantastic experience: Coaches and directors are honest, constructive and very accommodating. All the staff and owners have your best interest at heart which is priceless to me and my daughter who is progressing quickly with them. Keep up the awesome team work guys!

Fantastic experience: We Absolutely Love Gymnastics Giants Myself And My Kids. My Daughter Learned So Much From Them Its Amazing She Started When She Was 4 Shes 6 Now And Knows So Much, She Loves Doing It. The Staff And Owner Are So Nice & Understanding They Take Their Time To Show Your Kids How To Do Things Properly & Shows Them How To Be Disciplined I Really Wish We Didnt Have To Move Out Of Town But We Had To. We Truly Are Going To Miss This Gym.

Fantastic experience: Just had my daughters 6th birthday this past weekend and all I can say is Gymnastic Giants team was great the kids loved every minute and the party room was spacious and clean! highly recommend having a child birthday party here!

Fantastic experience: Gymnastic giants a is great facility with great and friendly staff and coaches owners Brad and Rick are honest and always very helpful. My daughters has grown academically and professionally from going here for over 3 years. This is the best Gymnastics gym I went to and advise it to anyone who wants to to join.

Fantastic experience: After reading some reviews of late - I feel the need to add to my previous 2 cents worth... As most people realize, there are always two sides to every story - seldom is one side totally right and the other totally wrong - we all make choices with consequences. My choice is to acknowledge Gymnastics Giants and rate it as a 5 star facility - is it perfect - No - BUT, what in life is 100% ? Over the last while, before the Head Coach issues - (which is sad, but really a non issue in my opinion - just like with many of our own jobs, if we were to leave - reality is the show will go on )...there have been very positive changes ‘fixing’ many of the points of the previous negative comments :-) ... there are still improvements that can be made for sure - that is managements choice - it is their business to run as they feel fit. We all have choices! Is everyone going to be happy all the time - NEVER- again we all have choices! My choice as an only parent / single parent to a child who is involved in various extra curricular activities- everyday of the week - is to continue with her favourite activity at her very favourite place Gymnastic Giants - she would be here 7 days a week if I could swing it. She has become a very fit competitive athlete - an A student - has made amazing friendships - has become a disciplined human being to be able to juggle all - Gymnastics Giants coaches ( Coach Ashley is most awesome!) ...all have helped life mould her to succeed- thank you Gym Giants! I spend many hours a week at the facility- I’m one of those parents who stays to watch the training - I’m lucky I only have one child and can do so - I observe way more positives than negatives or I would move on... my choice. PS Brad does know my daughter and gives her tips- which is amazing considering how many hundreds of children are actively using his facility. Previous comment from more than a year ago: Lots of happy children in a positive enviroment...thanks to great coaches! Yes the facility sometimes looks a little tired... but with so many people coming through it hard to keep up with it... but they do try! My daughter loves it and has excelled here... and this has crossed over to other areas in her life... that is most important!

Negative experience: They lack emotional intelligence and business acumen by allowing inexperience staff to make decisions and cause them to lose high value business.

Fantastic experience: My boys have been members at Gynastic Giants for a year now and i could not be happier . They are doing better and better . Very pleased with all the staff and care for my kids . Highly recommend this place .

Don't think that your kid will be spoiled here ....It is a serious place and Discipline and Commitment is a Base to any sport ! Love The manager and the Owner and the place always clean .

Fantastic experience: I’ve read most the previous reviews, but want to give my totally honest review of Gymnastic Giants. My two daughters, age 3 and 5 are enrolled in their summer camp and they LOVE it. We as their parents love it as well. It is very clean and well kept and the entrance area is light, airy and organized. The parent area by the reception desk seems well taken care of and an easy place to watch the kids if we want to, through a couple big windows without being too intrusive to the coaches and distracting the kids during their lessons. while those things are lovely, my biggest favourite thing is the staff. They seem very knowledgeable and genuinely invested and interested in providing a fun, safe and organized space to teach all these cool skills to the kids. I have zero negative things to say and will be looking into signing them up for future lessons. My kids can be hesitant and shy to try new things and the best review I can give is that they are up and excited every morning to go to gymnastics and come home happy, tired and talk all about how much fun they had. Based on our experience I would 10/10 recommend!

Positive experience: I had the Pleasure of speaking to Mr Brad the owner and Rick the manager who was been accommodating and compassion to me and my daughter. Gymnastics Giants is a Awesome place, exceptional staff, friendly, warm, and very family oriented place for children of all age can come and join gymnastics. My daughter as now move to the competitive gymnastics and is loving every minute of it. Gymnastics Giants supports family and children to be the best in whatever they want to do and can be come.

Fantastic experience: I am very surprised to see some recent negative reviews for Gymnastics Giants. I currently live out of town, but as a father of 2 (3 and 5 y/o), I wish that I had the option to send my children to Gym Giants, I have seen very few clubs that are as well run including the gym my children currently attend. I have been personally connected to this gym since it opened, in fact Brad was my coach prior to opening Gym Giants. I trained here and worked here for many years. I think it speaks volumes for the gym to see how many of the employees stay for 10+ years (me included), many of the current coaches have been there since I left in 2004, including Melissa, Aiden, Cynthia, Brad and more. A lot of the reviews seem to coincide with a coach leaving. This coach has been involved with this gym for over 20 years, both as an athlete and an employee, so obviously this would be a major transition and not with out its bumps. I find it amazing to find a family run gym that can retain coaches, athletes, and fans for so long. I would encourage you to visit the gym prior to making a decision based on the negative reviews. You will immediately get the feeling that the staff and athletes are treated as family. Ask a few of the coaches how long they have been there, then ask the same question at another gym. As someone who left Brampton 15 years ago, I still make a point to visit Brad and the gym whenever I am in the area, and am glad to still see many familiar faces each time I return.

Fantastic experience: I was involved with Gymnastic Giants as both a gymnast and a coach for many years. The atmosphere in the gym was ALWAYS a fun one. Whether it was a birthday party, summer camp or the regular weekly classes. The recent negative reviews here seem to be quite juvenile and likely done by a bitter past employee. When I joined the gym we didn't read reviews or look online, we went in, spoke to the coaches, other parents and kids and checked out the facility for ourselves. I suggest you do the same!

Negative experience: I never had a problem going to Gymnastic Giants when I was younger doing the summer camp here up until the last year I did Summer camp at Gymnastic Giants in 2012 or 2013. We all had free time, and I was waiting in line to use the trampoline and also talking to my friend when I swore. I'm not condoning swearing but one of the younger coaches by the name of Aidan Smith yelled "WHO SAID THAT?!" in front of the entire class and when he realized it was me who said it, he yelled at me to get off. At this point I was already crying yet he showed no sympathy that children make mistakes. I didn't even get a warning, he just made me sit out for the rest of free time and embarrassed me in front of the whole class and my sister who was also in the class with me and came to give me support. I cried non-stop. The coaches here do NOT know how to handle children with intellectual disabilities because I have an intellectual disability myself and the way that one "coach" Aidan handled that situation with me was VERY disgusting and left a bad taste in mouth of Gymnastic Giants . I do not recommend bringing your child here if they have a Intellectual Disability.

Negative experience: This company will steal from you! I am a low income family and they received a jumpstart cheque and didn’t tell me it came so I’d pay out of pocket. They got more than double payment. When I asked for my money back they told they would not and it’s in their policy of no refunds! This company steals from people do not enroll!!!!

Positive experience: Just reading some of these review post, and I am really have a tough time with people who cannot be truthful and post things that are not true and try write false things about the Gym and Brad. I personally think that Brad has done an amazing job over the years with the Gym and his staff and students. My daughter who was a former gymnast at Gym Giants. Is now one of the coaches and definitely takes pride on what she does and what she has accomplished with all her students male or female .I have been involved in a lot of other Gym clubs over the years and each gym has their problems, but what I do know that at any given time if you have a problem with Gym or one of the teachers there . You can definitely make an appointment with Brad and voice your concerns and he will do what ever possible to try help the situation. At that point if not happy then you have a choice to try something else All Students and Teachers come and go and lot of old teachers still come back to help out. What I find funny is when a teacher leaves suddenly then post starts happening. My daughter has now been with Gym Giants for close to 20 years now and she is still working with the children, Great job Brad and staff keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: amazing environment. For a gymnastics facility it is very clean and tidy. Much better then other facilities. It is very family oriented. The coaches and staff there treat the children with respect and joy, and care about them as if they were family. Very reasonably priced. Coaches are all certified and are very hands on.

Negative experience: From the time we entered we were greated by smelly dirty odor and shoes scatted all over the front entrance blocking the doorway. We literally had to cautiously step or walk over them. Can't imagine how their Brampton Fire Inspector has not given clear warning about this hazard. The facility seemed like it was never ever cleaned or disinfected as the floors were filthy and the facility had an overall unclean smell the you could almost feel the filth and germs lurking....gross. The waiting area for patents absolutely could use a refresh of chairs that are clean and without rips and tears. The gymnasium did seem overcrowded for its size. And yes found also that the admin staff were unprofessional having what seemed their own personal kids/siblings tubing around the front desk as a distraction. Won't go there again....

Negative experience: I had great intentions in getting my daughter joined here.... but after reading all these reviews I think I will play it safe! It's a no from me!

Negative experience: Highly suggest you review the original reviews. The recent positive ones are definitely being made by employees at Bradley's direction. This place is horribly run, they have all kinds of people's kids running around disturbing classes and taking away attention from your paid kids classes. They tell the students that they cant use any equipment unless it's free, what is the point of paying for organized classes if you arent going to set an actual routine and dedicate equipment/space for that class and have so many people in the place that it's probably a fire hazard. The place is very dirty and extremely dusty. Many kids with allergies were reacting and having to leave class. They cancel classes all the time and dont inform you, the response is look at the board and dont think that they will compensate you for this. It's a joke. I heard so many people arguing with the girls about how they were over charged and the girls say they cant do anything, that Bradley is in charge. When you ask how to reach him they say you have to tell them and they'll pass on the message. If you arent going to empower employees than as management in a customer service industry you must make yourself available. Basic expectations. So please be warned this place is mismanaged and dirty and will make you regret signing up, I know i did.

Negative experience: I was looking for a summer camp for my child, after reading the reviews I felt I needed to personally go and take a look at the facility. The reviews were right about it being dirty, shoes thrown on the floor right at the main entrance, looked like one of the offices were very unorganized and messy. Most of the seating chairs were ripped up and should be replaced. This place has not taken the reviews seriously.

Negative experience: I had a birthday party. Awful. They have no sense of responsibility. Don't bother with this place owner is irresponsible. The place is dirty

Fantastic experience: We just had a birthday party here and we had a fantastic time. The kids had a blast and even the adults enjoyed themselves. The foam pit was a huge hit with the kids. The instructors were great and friendly. I'd defiantly recommend hosting a party here.

Negative experience: The equipment is old, worn and looks dirty. The class size is too big and the kids spend most of the time in line waiting to do something. Instructions are mostly verbal with little to no feedback. Will not be renewing for further classes.

Negative experience: Meh. Hit and miss instructors, chaotic environment, some class sizes too large. We didn't find that the instructors tried to dial in to the needs of the individual kids, just went about the routine and if the kids did it too great, if not, on to the next routine and too bad. Probably missing out on a lot of potential in your child. Tried for 3 months but moved on to another gymnastics school. Was looking for more here, didn't find it.

Negative experience: Staff was rude and mistakenly reserved a room for me that was smaller than requested. I have previously been to the venue in person and have spoke to the representative there asking for the biggest room and she has agreed and marked it down correctly. However on the day of the event, I was pushed to a smaller room and when I pointed that out to the staff, they gave very poor manners in handling it. After a discussion that took almost 30 minutes to 1 pm (the event was supposed to start at 12:30 pm), they finally gave the big room to me but did not help in cleaning or providing the tables, utensils. To me this is not acceptable service considering that I paid to host a party for 15 kids and above. I will not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want to book a party for kids.

Negative experience: Gymnastics are okay, but no seating area and not a very clean place; parents can only watch through 2 medium-sized windows while standing in their socks on dirty floors, bathrooms are nasty and visitors' shoes scattered all over the entrance---a definite fire safety hazard!

Fantastic experience: This place knows what it takes to teach gymnastics. They have amazing coaches and the staff is just so friendly. I would recommend this club to anyone that is looking for a great environment for their child to learn gymnastics.

Negative experience: My daughter's instructor would sit at one place and give verbal instructions. She was very lazy and I didn't see any enthusiasm in her. I had to pull my daughter out. I did not find this place to be professional. I gave them advance cancellation notice and they still went ahead and billed my CC. Instead of apologizing, they just said you can come and pick up the cheque from the reception, which is quite inconvenient for me. Very disappointed!
