Positive experience: I've been training for 45 years. I started training at this facility after the one similar closed down. They grand fathered me over and I got the same rate more or less. However things changed recently and prices went up and I lost my locked in rate. Can't blame them though. Covid has struck us all and there working hard to stay afloat as well. Staff are outstanding. Gym has everything a person needs for even hard professional training like I used to do. Some equipment is a little to crambed together and they seem to keep moving things around so that can get frustrating. But all in all those are some issues. A clean well managed place at a still decent value. I would definitely recommend this gym for both the serious and casual fitness enthusiast.

Negative experience: After reading other users reviews and visiting the gym my family and I have decided we will never be returning. The fact that the owner is so open about not following public health orders is astounding. Last thing I need is to join and find out this entire facility is closed down due to violating the rules or worse get myself or others sick.

Fantastic experience: This place is standing for our freedom as a people and a nation, stand with them! They do not enforce our governments Draconian laws on Vax Passports. Stand with those who stand up for our rights!

Fantastic experience: This gym is absolutely superior to any other in the area. The owner is so nice and the staff are always ever friendly and ready to help out with just about anything. I would highly recommend checking this top-notch gym for anyone considering it. You won't be disappointed. :-)

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. The gym itself is fine, but the management and customer service are atrocious. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed... Not a good business. Charged a fee ($100) and changed the contract 1 week later without notice. Wanted to have us pay for the new contract, which was a substantial increase in the gym price. Gave no alternatives except agree to the new contract or leave the gym (without the original fee paid less about a week ago).

Negative experience: Stopped going here because one of the trainers harassed me about grunting to loud when doing squats and be littled me by saying she could do way more weight without breaking a sweat. Went to talk to the owner and he kicked me out without even hearing any thing. Probably one of the worst gyms I've ever been too. If you struggle with mental health problems like I did, stay away. Go somewhere more welcoming and positive.

Positive experience: For someone who has never been to a gym before it can be intimidating especially when the guy on staff says hes too busyto show you where a few machines are but has time to hang out beside the girl on the treadmill. Other than that machines are well kept fair prices and a variety of people go there

Positive experience: Torn. This is most-certainly THE gym in town for any serious lifter, but management is awful.

Negative experience: I bought protein supplement here and thought the price seemed high. I decided that the price was not worth it for me and tried to return it. They refused to take back the unopened product that I purchased several days prior, stating "there has to be something wrong with it." Perhaps I should take a scoop out and tell them it wasn't any good... As if the price wasn't wrong enough
