Fantastic experience: We were staying in GP for a few days, and found out about this wonderful place, The Reach, where you can go and use workout equipment for free. It also has an indoor playground, but alas, we are a bit too old. Haha. But the staff were warm and welcoming and remembered us daily, and we worked out and enjoyed the experience as there were families and happy children running around and the whole place is just a lovely time. We will be coming back for certain, next time we stay for a period of time in Grande Prairie.

Fantastic experience: The Reach Centre is an excellent place for kids to blow off steam. Lots of climbing, bouncing, and even racing. My daughter enjoys the massive maze of climbing and obstacles while I appreciate the reasonable prices and onsite coffee.

Positive experience: Great place but the workers need to grow a backbone and tell parents to take their sick kids home we were there recently and a few children were hacking up a lung and the mom had the audacity to say oh maybe I should take you home to rest. And then proceeded to stay. Now my whole family has the flu and I know for a fact it’s from this place because my kids cough sounds the exact same now. Parents leave your sick kids at home and don’t ruin it for everyone else.

Fantastic experience: Great spot for kids! With a indoor play place, and inflatables to go through, it's an amazing facility. Edit: inflatables are on rotation depending on the day of the week.

Fantastic experience: Had to kill a couple of hours in Grande Prairie on a Saturday afternoon and my 11 year old daughter thought this place was awesome. She had so much fun and met some new friends. We'll come again and definitely recommend.

Positive experience: The craziness and lack of security is alarming. Your child is given a generic wrist band. Then let loose to run through a huge building of other kids. All ages. Older kids are on equipment they shouldnt be according to signs. And as such younger kids get bullied and hurt. There is no staff to prevent this. As far as parties go you rent a corner of the building not a room. You are rushed and pushed out. The bathroom was questionable. But my buggest worry was the lack of security for my childrens safety
