Futbol 5 Indoor Sports Centre

Negative experience: After multiple calls and emails trying to book my son's soccer birthday party, I want to thank Futbol 5 for never even bothering to return a single call or email. Unless you want to disappoint your child, look elsewhere. This place is a joke.

Positive experience: Good training centre

Negative experience: pretty much bankrupt because they don't know to run the facility. is it up for sale?

Negative experience: don’t go to this place it’s a waste of money owner is always money hungry and always includes his son and daughter boyfriend in games for free when we pay for our team in drop in but they don’t, Sunday league is a joke where you spent money and they bring unlicensed refs off face book to save money, And when asked ref for his licences or where he got it from refuses to tell me or show me. Then the ref went on saying to show me my reffing license which makes no sense because I’m just a player not a ref. The whole business and establishment is run by money hungry people that don’t care about the love of futbal. It’s a joke If I could give less then 1 star I’d gladly do it

Fantastic experience: Claudio runs a good indoor league

Negative experience: Not even responding to messages and calls. I called them to book for the whole month the lady told me I’ll let you know then I’m keep asking for a week at-least but no response such a unprofessional way.

Negative experience: If there was less then a 1 star that would be what these guys should get. Tried to book with them for over a month. Once we had dates set, they stopped returning calls and texts. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Nice place for indoor soccer, has turf and is well taken care of by an amazing staff. A little heads-up price is slightly high for myself I found for 1.5-2 hour play... However no complains I enjoyed it.

Negative experience: Very poor turf, hurt my knee's there in the past. This year they're not even checking to see if people's passports actually belong to them. I know several who are playing without their ID's being validated and are using someone else's passport by screen shotting it onto their phone. The girl at the front, one of the owners, has explicitly said she was not checking ID's. Not good for business to "say one thing one day then do another" right?

Negative experience: Turf is of horrible quality! My fiancé got injured 2 weekends ago while playing bubble soccer and not one member of their staff ever helped us out. Lack of empathy and poor customer service would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Nice facility, way bigger than similar facilities in the area. Safe for kids as it's not too crowded. 2 big batting cages and 2 big open fields that can be used for team practices etc.

Fantastic experience: One on one training with Coach Claudio, has improved my sons skill level, with high expectations and drills. Conditioning training has been another asset that has increased his fitness and running stamina. Well prepared workouts and full hour of solid one on one and conditioning training, in addition to 1.5 hour x twice a week team training, will continue to be vital in building individual and team skills and strength.

Negative experience: Poor Customer Service, the turf not the best quality either.

Negative experience: Turf condition is quite poor; customer service is very poor. We started late on our allotted time because the previous group ended late. However right at the end of our allotted time, the rep there immediately called time even when they initially promised us that we could go over the end time because we started late. Oh also, they don't like you to play with your own ball... they want you to play with their own ball (which is of poor quality..). Wouldn't book here anymore and would definitely recommend to stay away! There are better indoor soccer places out there with way better turf and customer service!

Negative experience: The owner needs to understand the concept of customer service. Calling out the customers every little thing that the owner deems inappropriate such as not using the right ball is a very poor customer service. Should have just let the customers know what the rules are right from the get go. Further, the turf itself was a hazard as patches of it was not securely installed onto the floor, creating chances for people to get injured.

Negative experience: In summer, they may be nice to you. In winter, they will be change. Not organized yet. Turf is bad quality. When I play, my knee was twisted.

Positive experience: Parking can be a challenge as there are limited spots close by. One may have to use the overflow way down the hill.

Fantastic experience: Great Facility - central for our team. Staff are very professional and accommodating. Very willing to accommodate whatever hours that works for our casual group. The addition of the gym right next to the field helps for a quick weight-lifting session before hitting the field. We're definitely looking forward to playing in more tournaments in 2018.
