Fantastic experience: We had our son’s 9th birthday here today and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was great, we had the gym to ourselves, and there are so many auto-belays that the kids can be climbing constantly. The party room isn’t so much a room as a balcony, so you’re never out of contact with the kids when you’re doing setup, and there’s a kitchenette so you have a sink and fridge with a freezer. We’d 100% come back here. It was the best destination birthday we’ve ever done.

Fantastic experience: We loved our first experience here! My son tried rock climbing twice and he said Rock Wall is his favourite place. Today, we celebrated his 9th birthday with 11 other children and every single one of them had a blast! At first, I was afraid that they might need to wait a bit because of the number of children, but they had more than plenty of time! They climbed so much that their hands hurt. They had races against each other, tried climbing different walls and the boulder section. The number of auto-belays kept them going. We did send in waiver forms in advance so that they children had more time to play. We also like the fact that they had a kitchen, fridge, and enough space to put clothing and party supplies. Thank you John, Julia, and Lauren for helping us! You guys are amazing! We totally recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: We had our seven-year-old’s birthday party here, and it was great! The staff were organized and ran the party well. All of the kids had a great time! The party room was a good size for sixteen kids, and we liked that it had a fridge and kitchenette.

Negative experience: What a joke, website says its open on Saturday 12-10, show up to get more info and im told drop ins are at 4:30pm , i made plans to come for that time and they closed at 5 pm? What kind of trash business practice? Garbage!!

Fantastic experience: Best prices and route setting in the lower mainland. The staff is super friendly and helpful and there are always great vibes. If you're newer there are tons of auto belays and if you're not, the lead walls, moon board, and crack trainer are great.

Fantastic experience: Great place to have fun, get some exercise, and "Hang out!" Owners are very helpful & friendly. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure.

Positive experience: Best prices out of all the climbing gyms. Very accommodating to families. However, the climb for family is very short: only one hour so if you’re filling out the waiver it eats into your climbing time. It’s also a very small gym. They have lots of auto-belays but unfortunately some are only for staff, if they made routes available on all the auto-belays, they would eliminate the long lineups. Overall it’s a great gym for the whole family to climb together. Friendly and helpful staff.

Positive experience: Space is a bit crowded. Air is not fresh inside. Employees are basically friendly, nice, and patient. Free parking lots available located in front of the main door, but limited space. Public washrooms are available located at the entry-level. Located at business park near the boundary of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

Fantastic experience: Rented a the portable climbing wall for a birthday party. They had 3 people there the entire time, giving the kids climbing tips, helping them learn and get to the top (6yrs-9yrs) age range. Great staff, amazing service, worth every penny. Would highly recommend supporting this local business.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for nearly a year now, and despite it being a small gym, the climbs are varied and there's at least a little something for everyone from beginner to expert. One of the few gyms that you can climb on auto belays / ropes near me, which is a huge plus.

Positive experience: Great place for a birthday party and the staff were helpful and friendly. Some miscommunication with waiver took some of our party time to sort out, otherwise great place. I like that the party room is not completely isolated from the climbing gym so I could overlook and move around easily between setting up the party room decor and being on the climbing floor to watch the children and take pictures.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place! We've been with our Scout group twice and the staff always ensure to spend time working with my son's climbing with his physical limitations in such a positive and supportive way!

Fantastic experience: Want some fun with friends and family, and especially kids? Check this spot out. We had tons of fun. The facility offers many different difficulty levels, from 5 year's old to grown-ups. All packaged at a reasonable price. It was nice to have a guide available to offer some tips.

Fantastic experience: The Rock Wall is like no other gym its a bit of a small gym with it's wall only being 24' ish but lot of auto belays and top rope climbs both having easy to hard levels on them, the staff is super friendly and always helpful even if you have never climb before. highly recommended for a fun Saturday or Sunday with the family Note that they are covid safe so might want to call ahead or check on line to see if the times for climbing have change.

Fantastic experience: Really great! I was so thankful to find something for my family and I to do during this lockdown. The price was good and it was clean. We had a great time. The person at the front was very helpful and gave us some tips and tricks. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with a great atmosphere and community. They're doing a great job of keeping this place open during the pandemic. Routes are changed quite frequently, lots of auto-belay / boulder options if you're by yourself.

Positive experience: Setter here seems fairly creative but the "safety" procedures here are a bit strict. Don't get me wrong, safety is paramount but partner checking on auto belays is annoying and isn't quite necessary given that you can check yourself. No other gym that I've climbed at requires this. During our climb, we were constantly being supervised. The ropes seem to have been cheeped out on and the walls are just painted plywood. I have 2 years of climbing experience, have my lead cert, and use a grigri.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for beginners and people who have been climbing for a while. I started climbing in this gym. Staff are always on the floor to help with with and routes you need help with or just keeping an eye on everyone making sure everyone is safe.

Fantastic experience: I brought my niece and nephews their, and was clearly outnumbered. Lol. They staff (especially Jillian) was amazing with my youngest. So patient and able to engage him with colors as she worked to get over his fear of heights. He was able to do some climbing on the bouldering wall while the other two go to experience most of the other walls. Had a fantastic time, great staff, easy set up. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: We planned to come today for our sons birthday. We arrived around 2:30 to a sign in the door informing that they're closed Sundays for all of August and September. There is NO information about this closure on their website or on their voicemail. This caused both disappointment for our family and inconvenience. At the very least, you should update your Google my business hours. I hope the management sees this and tries to make it right!
