Fantastic experience: Demi is great, always on top of everything gyms always clean. Great gym for camrose everything you need for a decent workout

Positive experience: Great gym. Good vibes. Just wish they had more weight lifting machines and smith machines. Granted there isn’t much space with the current format of machines. Fingers crossed for a chest supported assisted row machine with plates.

Negative experience: very poor business and super unprofessional i cancelled a year ago and i found out today they were still charging me. and they didnt reimburst me.

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous… the gym itself is fine the corporation on the other hand is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I signed up for a year membership last March, I ended up relocating in October and called to try and cancel my membership. Was given an email address to contact, did that and received no response. Then when I called again they said there was no record of an email. I asked a second time if there was a way to cancel as I have no way of using the membership and was sent a link that once the key fob number was inputted did not work as well. The man on the phone stated I was on a monthly membership which was not true as I signed up for a year. Waited until my end date to make sure the membership was officially cancelled just to be told that there was no record of me trying to cancel my membership previously and that the membership is auto renewed so now I’m being charged an additional 30 days for a membership I tried to cancel 3 times. I have never in my life dealt with a gym that the customer service representatives do not work with customers for a solution and sends them on a wild goose chase to not be charged for something that you cannot access. Never again will I be involved with a corporation that sends you an email address that is incorrect, sends you a link that does not work and will not aid or document attempts over the phone.

Fantastic experience: If it weren’t for the easy accessible UNISEX bathrooms, showers, and change rooms that are at this gym I wouldn’t be going at all, and not be as healthy as I am now. This is such a relief towards people like me (a trans nonbinary person) who are insecure with sharing these facilities closely with other people who could discriminate. Thank you :)

Negative experience: PSA! PLEASE READ!! I DO NOT recommend this gym!!! I promise that you will regret it!! Better not need any support from them, they are no where to be found when needed. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!! The copy and paste generated response pretending to care is useless! Save your time and sign up elsewhere. Plenty of good local gyms in the area. You will regret it!!

Fantastic experience: If I could put 10 ⭐️ I would. Not only is the facility well maintained and clean. The layout is perfect and selection of different equipment is phenomenal. It puts my home Anytime fitness to shame, keep up the awesome work!

Negative experience: Went to gym ask to get a key fob code on two different occasions both times was given a code that did not work. Keep in mind this was over a 5 day period. Canceled my membership with the gym as they were unable to provide me with a fob to even use the facility. After canceling membership they still continued to charge me…. Sent an email to cancel it…. Called them to cancel it and still kept charging me…. If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. If you cancel gym membership they will still charge you… good luck with this scam artist running the gym forcing you to pay from there inability to cancel your membership to just give them more money

Negative experience: Signed up for a membership, paid the trainer the gym recommended up front. He didn’t show up to scheduled appointments. Then a year later I cancelled my membership and Anytime Fitness kept charging me I cancelled again and they wanted more money. Not a gym or organization I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: When I first moved to Camrose, figuring out which gym to go to was a top priority. Without hesitation, I signed up for Anytime Fitness without even seeing the place. The 24 hour access is great for someone with an odd work schedule who may have to go at 3am, noon, or in the evening! And the fact I can use my access to get into other locations without any extra fees is a HUGE plus for when I go out of town to a place with another Anytime Fitness! Liz, Alina, and the other members of the club are all amazing and make everyone feel welcomed! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: This gym tops all the other gyms I have ever been to! A special thank you to The Manager Liz and her cleaning team for keeping a spotless facility. Liz is super friendly, encouraging and outgoing! I love that all the members are friendly, helpful and continuously clean up after themselves and wipe down the equipment. This place is a home away from home and I am so glad I get to be a member at such an incredible facility.

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness where do I even start!? I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a month and honestly out of how many times I’ve been to this one is a really positive environment gym! I always come in and the manager Liz is phenomenal from her introducing me to the gym and the tours to always greeting me and many other staff members coming into the gym! I love her trainers that she has in the gym as well as they all show a positive attitude! All the gym members that I’ve interacted with here so far are very happy and positive we always cheer each other on and give positive comments such as “good job on your workout or you killed it today” it makes it motivating to come to the gym here! The gym is always clean and very sanitary! I love the 24/7 access with my work hours as I’m always switching different shifts! Overall I am proud to get this gym rating 5/5 and I’m looking forward to coming here more and more and reach my fitness goals!

Positive experience: Have great equipment that is always kept in good working order. Always clean and the environment is great to get a good pump on. Water could be colder rather than room temp but that’s minor.

Negative experience: The staff clearly give no care. I'm from BC, I have never stepped foot in this location. they transfered me to there club from vancouver BC and anytimefittness camrose starts double charging me also. Been 2 weeks of calling them everyday and still they are ignoring me giving me the cold shoulder they are denying any wrong doing. they owe me a bunch of money that I'm still fighting to get back from them! Stay away from this place and the crooks that run it!

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership last Aug. I have in an email that confirmed my membership was cancelled. I was at the end of my contract and well within my rights to cancel per the terms. They continued to take money. Went into the office in November and explained what was happening was assured that the issue would be resolved and saw today that they are STILL taking money. I need someone to contact me so I can get my money refunded.

Negative experience: I have never been disappointed in a Gym service as I have here. This is by far one of my life's worse experience as it relates to any gym membership. Not only was I CHARGED FOR MARCH 2020, while the Gym was closed, but they also had the audacity to attempt to ruin my credit, if I didn't PAY IT. Thanks for the experience Camrose, thanks for the experience ANY TIME FITNESS- CAMRSOE, THE DAY I WALKED IN FOR MEMBERSHIP, WAS THE DAY I SHOULD HAVE CANCELED.

Fantastic experience: Staff is super friendly, most members clean up after themselves, it’s my home away from home. Could use more equipment but then we would need more space to put that equipment. Liz and Alina are always happy and willing to have a conversation whenever I’m in for my workout.

Negative experience: After I canceled my membership and got a email confirmation stating that it was canceld, i started getting payments coming out of my account after the gyms reopened from covid. I called the help center and explained my situation that i had canceled my membership. The anytime fitness staff were rude and horrible to deal with. After being told that there was no manager, i insisted to talk to one. And there was magically a manager there name Raj. He said he would look into my account and said he would call me back. I ended up having to call him to get the same "run around" being told that i had to cancel my account. I told him i already did and wanted a re-fund. I am out $200. I will NEVER go back to this gym. And strongly encourage people to never go their as well.

Negative experience: After canceling my membership MONTHS AGO in April. I have now been charged $51 today and they tell me i did pay it before. They give no notice that they will take this money. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place. I will never return

Negative experience: I moved from Camrose 3 years ago. I was unable to return to the location, and therefore had to call to cancel my membership. I had returned to ontario and informed the person working as to why. They continued withdrawing funds despite no longer being in the province and having been told it was cancelled. I received a call recently from collector saying I owe 274 dollars. This is not how business is handled! The associated companies ie: ABC and kingston credit claim no ability to withdraw the "debt". The store itself is deemed to be responsible and does not reply or have direct phone contact. This is extremely shady business tactic and will not be tolerated. Gyms are know for continuing withdrawals after cancellation but this is flat out illegal. I expect responsible client relationships and business etiquette.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, equipment is in great shape, everyone friendly. Manager was very helpful when signing up.

Positive experience: Great gym, good equipment, always clean. A new manager within the past 8 months and she has reworked the place a bit. Members are very nice in my experience and there is plenty of room. My only complaints are that 1. There is no bench press. Benching in the squat rack isn't ideal as the benches are small, move, and VERY close to the ground (leg drive is near impossible).- I bench at a different gym in town because of this. and 2. There is no platforms for Deadlifts/Olympic lifts (although they do allow lifts on the floor). Overall great gym!

Negative experience: Gym is terrific. People are great. Had a issue with a individual there who just came undone on me screaming and challenging me to fight. Put a complaint in and taked to management They reviewed it on video and there aware of this individual doing to same to others. Nothing will be done about this cause the individual has some mental issues. Ok that’s fine but with these complaints shouldn’t this person have to be Chaperoned for the safty and we’ll being of others at the gym. I’m pulling my membership being there since it opened and this is the Response I received. Very disappointing and I hope other members feel the same as myself. Afraid I’d get a bar up the side of my head. Members be aware and watch yourself there please

Negative experience: No drop ins minimum 6 month membership

Positive experience: Everything takes so long too get done. The drink machine has been there half a year with no drinks in it and the owner doesn't keep anybody in the loop. The lockers were not working for a week or two in the summer and constantly malfunction yet the owner blames the lock problem on people forgetting codes.

Negative experience: It is 1:30pm on New Year's Day Sunday, and couldn't get in for a drop in because it's closed.. anytime... I think not haha

Positive experience: Pretty standard anytime fitness gym. It's a nice place to workout at however the set up of a membership here is a little annoying and inconvenient. Everyone I've talked to who set up a membership here had to make a minimum of two trips here before they were able to get their memberships.
