F45 Training Vaughan Metropolitan

Fantastic experience: Once of the best workouts I've had since entering my 40's. I would recommend for anyone e who is serious about getting results. Vaughan Metropolitan location has awesome trainers who ensure you are doing your very best throughout the class!

Fantastic experience: The trainer Derek was awesome! We were there from out of town and he welcomed us as though we’ve been going there for years. The space at this location is huge compared to other f45’s. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. If you’re deciding which gym to hit up in the GTA would strongly recommend checking them out!

Fantastic experience: I recently transferred from another F45 Studio. I was there for two years and it was a great experience with the other members and majority of the trainers but not management. My first day at this F45 I was met with sincere kind and proffesional trainers and embraced by the existing members and felt like I was part of the team . I felt no stress coming to my now new F45 studio . I have a very unpredictible work schedule and if I need to rebook or cancel my class I can do it with ease and not worry about multiple additional charges. I highly reccomend that if anyone is looking for a life changing experience when it comes to mind body and wellness call Renne !!

Fantastic experience: F45 Vaughan West was an amazing experience ! My first ever F45. I was only visiting but I got an outstanding workout - the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The sense of community is outstanding and they made me want to join F45, too bad there isn't F45 where I live. I'll be back for sure whenever I'm in the area.

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility, atmosphere and most importantly the people are fantastic! I never was a gym/workout person - and this has been an incredible experience so far. Each day the workout is different, and the trainers constantly help and push you through it.

Fantastic experience: F45 Vaughan Metropolitan is hands down the best fitness studio I’ve ever attended. I’ve tried everything from a regular gym membership to personal training to even Barre and hot yoga; and I can honestly say that the F45 workouts are my favourite hands down. I always find that I get bored after a while and the always-changing workouts here at F45 never fail to keep me motivated to come in week after week. I’ve tried a few other F45 studios and the F45 Vaughan Metropolitan team is the most helpful and energetic group of trainers. I took my sister, who has Scoliosis, with me for a free week trial. At first, she was hesitant to come in with me because her condition makes it difficult for her to do some of the functional movements typical of any workout. After the class, she told me how much fun she had and how helpful the trainers were about modifying the workout to suit her needs. All I can say is, if you want ~real~ results and want to have fun doing it, I HIGHLY recommend F45 Vaughan Metropolitan!

Fantastic experience: I was never a “gym person”. BUT I really like the structure of F45 team training. The demos are great so you’re not left having to figure anything out. And the trainers are there to either coach you through something new or push you to get you closer to your goals! IT IS AMAZING!!!

Fantastic experience: I love F45 Vaughan Metropolitan! My fiancée and I wake up every morning and workout with an amazing group of people. The trainers and atmosphere is electric; you won’t get this at any other location! The team at F45 Vaughan Metropolitan, have helped me set goals and work hard to reach them. They also have an InBody scanner which measures body fat, and lean muscle composition. This scanner is another way I use to track my success, and focus on other number than just weight! Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous going into my first day at F45 in Vaughan. The workout theme was "Hollywood" and was between 45-60 minutes with 2-3 strong coaches (Emily, Matthew and Derek) observing and motivating us by providing feedback with form and pushing us to keep going. I brought a friend who had mostly recovered from knee surgery. The coaches provided support and even created modified versions of each exercise for him. Everyone was at different levels of fitness and energy, and we can work out at our own pace. We loved it! It was a great work out, better than anything I had done in awhile! The space was clean and had everything we needed (washroom, towels, water fountain, change room, a place to put our things etc.). Definitely would recommend this location!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it here! It has such a great community vibe! Trainers are super friendly, motivating and attentive to ensure that you are performing each exercise correctly. And the workouts are so diverse and creative to ensure you're targeting all your muscles.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this specific f45 gym. They have a very friendly staff. The gym is huge..bigger than most f45 gyms I've been too. Great atmosphere..and guess what..theres actually room to move around during rotating stations! I dont have to worry about touching other people when moving to my next station. Plus the gym is very neat and clean!

Positive experience: First time doing F45 and really enjoyed it. Did a Monday and Friday class and they were definitely but both challenging (Friday’s was more fun in my opinion). Only downside in my opinion is the washrooms are small and there are no mirrors on the workout floor. Other then that, great place for a fitness class.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing - from the friendly staff, to the spacious lay-out of the facility, F45 Woodbridge is amazing. I was welcomed by the staff on my first day there, and they've done nothing but make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was hesitant to come in and try it out at first, but I'm happy to have incorporated it as a part of my exercise routine. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
