Fantastic experience: I live in Niagara Region now, but every time I come to Toronto, I make sure to get a class in. Benet's classes are always a good challenge for me :)
Negative experience: The staff that works here is incredibly rude. They insulted my name (because I have a predominately male name) and accused me of using someone else's class pass. They also accused me of trying to steal from class pass for having multiple accounts. It was the worst experience at a fitness studio I have ever had. Never take Katie H.'s classes, she is the rudest person on this planet.
Hi Ryan, Classpass requests we report all clients with multiple accounts as it is fraudulent to take advantage of their introductory discounted offers with more than one account. As such, we've gone ahead and reported your three accounts, using three different emails to Classpass. We apologize for any offence taken with regards to your name. Several clients do use their partner's or boyfriend's account and we simply wanted to verify that with you. For liability reasons, we can't have clients using someone else's account. Katie H has not instructed at our Studio since September. We hope you can sort your accounts out with Classpass and continue your fitness journey!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic instructors, one of my fave pilates classes in the city.
Fantastic experience: This was my first Pilates class ever. It was very difficult but in the best way! I'm a powerlifter recovering from a minor herniated disc. All of the core+glute work and long isometrics really helped my weak stabilizers. Wish I had discovered Pilates earlier. Instruction was awesome and I got help when I misheard an instruction. Will definitely be back!

Negative experience: I book trough class pass, arrived 5 min earlier and couldn’t get in. Told her I’ve done lagree before so I know the machine and she just refused. What a waste of time.
Fantastic experience: I had my first ever lagree class today with Becca and she was amazing! So friendly and helpful. She even sent me a personal email later in the day which was a very nice touch. Everyone I encountered was so kind and the workout was extremely effective yet still beginner friendly. Cant wait to be back :)
Fantastic experience: First time trying Lagree and Maddie was an absolute treat of an instructor! She kept the energy really high and overall made my Friday morning workout amazing!! Highly recommend this studio and Maddie for your fitness needs
Fantastic experience: I just did my first lagree class with instructor Maddie! She was absolutely fantastic. The routine, ques and music made the class one of the most enjoyable workouts I’ve done in a long time. She was more then attentive and happy to help me at the beginning of the class to explain everything. I’ll definitely be adding lagree into my workout routine!!!! Thanks Maddie for a great sweaty Saturday workout
Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best workout in Toronto. All of the instructors and staff are amazing - friendly, knowledgable and keep safety top of mind. If you ever have the pleasure of taking one of Kate’s classes you will see the impact her physio background makes in how she designs her routines, carefully stacking the moves in the most efficient way that’s also going to be the best for your body. She is an incredibly attentive and experienced instructor, offering modifications and adjustments throughout the class to those looking for them. Love when I can get into Kate’s classes.
Negative experience: My wife showed up for class 3 mins before it started but they gave her spot away. Refused to refund her. Awful.
Amaan, I looked into this for your wife, she booked through ClassPass which is a third party booking system. There is no way to refund the class on our end, as she would need to contact ClassPass directly. Also in all communications to clients we state that 'all first timers need to arrive 10 minutes before class so they can be put through the mandatory tutorial'. Not getting the tutorial before class is very dangerous for the client and a huge liability for the Studio. Hopefully you can contact ClassPass for a refund. Fantastic experience: best workout in toronto!
Fantastic experience: The studio is clean, and all the staff were super friendly to a first-time visitor. The classes are very challenging and you will get a great burn, but Katie H offered alternatives for every part of the workout. Would recommend.
Negative experience: Do not recommend instructor Kate, went to one of her class and had a very disturbing experience , she was basically yelling throughout the whole class and overall rude attitude, I have been to multiple fitness/ wellness studio in Toronto (sweat &tonic , equinox, altea etc) and have never encountered a instructor like this. Would recommend avoid this studio and instructor
Negative experience: Because of terrible traffic in Toronto, I wasn’t able to come 15 mins beforehand to do a newcomer walk through and for that reason, they wouldn’t let me in. The class was not full so they could have just did a quick demo in the back and let me proceed. I have heard from my friends who visit this studio that the newcomer walk through is extremely quick. The only reason that the front desk person, Kate, wouldn’t let me in is because she has a terrible attitude. She was overall just rude and now I have a terrible impression of the studio. Thanks.
Fantastic experience: I went to 9:30 Tuesday class and I absolutely loved it! The best reformer class I've ever taken. Great leg and core workout. Definitely going back.

Positive experience: I fell in love with Lagree at my home studio in London, ON and was really happy to be able to build my progress while in Toronto for a week. I tried all three TO locations, and found that, though each unique, they offer a consistent workout experience with great instruction. Loved all three locations! A special shout-out to Sophie at the Queen Street location for a superb class! I didn’t give a fifth star because being an unlimited monthly member in London does not include access to other locations.

Fantastic experience: When my friend introduced me to Studio Lagree I was a little skeptical and did not think I would enjoy it. She specifically mentioned to join one of Sydney's classes and boy oh boy was it challenging but in the best way possible. I did not know my body could hurt the way it did the very next day. When they say it can humble you - it really can. I am already looking forward to my next class on Saturday!

Negative experience: Worst experience for a fitness studio in Toronto so far. I came on time ready and prepared with my friend for the instructor Kate just to tell us that we should have come 15 min before to give us a tour and closing the door in front of us. Disrupted the whole day and, quite frankly, rude.
Fantastic experience: Every time I take a class with Becca I feel extremely humbled by the experience! I absolutely adore the way Becca leads the class through clearly articulated cues, inserting thoughtful corrections, and effortlessly transitioning us from one movement to the next without it feeling rushed. It's a craft, in my opinion, to execute an entire program the way she does. If you're looking for a well-thought out, humbling, workout, B is your girl over at the Queen studio!

Negative experience: Rude staff. Did not read the *fine print* requiring new comers to show up 15 mins early… fine. The staff member working took way too much pleasure in telling me I could not stay. As a first timer to the studio (not to Pilates… as I explained) I would never go back after that. Weird way to treat potential new customers.
Fantastic experience: I love taking classes with (in alphabetical order) Breanna, Carla and Sydney! They're all fantastic teachers and they bring their own unique touch to the classes. They're all so friendly and supportive and I'm so thankful for all of their efforts and for helping me reach my fitness goals.

Positive experience: I love the workout so much but am very disappointed at the sudden price increase. A 5 dollar increase per class is a lot when there is an extremely limited schedule at the Forest Hill location. The location only has evening classes on Mondays.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this studio at least once a week for the past few months and absolutely love it. I thought the workouts might get boring because you’re using the same machine, but I’ve found that the instructors are really thoughtful about mixing up the moves - the classes are definitely challenging but there are always modifications available to make things easier or harder. I’ve been to classes taught by Kate, Sydney, Katrina and Carla and they’re all great. The music selection in the classes is also always good. I would recommend this to anyone looking to mix up their workouts

Fantastic experience: Best work out ever. So happy they were allowed to be open again. Finally! It’s hard to understand instructors through those masks but I don’t care. Why we have to wear masks, that’s a different discussion since most people are double vaccinated but again I don’t care bc they are open. BEST WORK OUT EVER. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical to try a classroom structure work out because i was nervous i wouldn’t know what i was doing and be able to keep up. Esteena made me feel welcomed and confident. I am now a lagree fan! And i will definitely be back for moooore classes !!!
