Fantastic experience: I would like to single out a few of your Employees at the Timmins location. For there friendly attentive and there positive conforting personalities Hailey James Jay and the manager (among others) when out of there way too, address all my concerns. Wonderful employees You are fortunate to have such a wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: Great environment, great prices, good selection of equipment

Negative experience: Nothing againt this gym it's self but there rules for canceling your member ship are completely outrageous. Expecting me to either drive 4 hours to go cancel it in person or pay to send a hand written letter to cancel it. I should have an option to cancel it when I choose to!!!

Fantastic experience: James is a fantastic worker and trainer

Negative experience: Hours of operation have changed from open 24 hours a dayt to closed at 7 on weekends. Due to this the one hour before closing different staff will come around every 10 minutes and remind you. Even while you have weights under tension which cause distraction and could lead to injury. The cardio machines could use a tune up as some of them are loose in certain components (they squeak or shake). All attachments for the cable machines will be put away by staff making you go to the attachment rack and pick some up for your workouts. All weights will be put away on smith and leg presses. Other than that the gym is clean and has new equipment. Nice locker setup and good location.

Negative experience: Horrible gym … Cameras out in the restrooms when they are strictly prohibited No accountability on behalf of the staff Been waiting weeks for news or updates & nothing. I do not recommend

Positive experience: This was a great gym until they changed the hours. It's cheap, it's laid back and it's got a great selection of equipment. Unfortunately the new hours cannot work for me. I workout at 4am when I get up or in the middle of the night if I'm restless. My back problem needs attention as soon as I wake up, I need to be on a treadmill within the hour or I'm set for a day of pain. Sucks you changed your hours.

Fantastic experience: The staff and members work together to create a welcoming environment for new members, and have fostered a community of wellness unlike any I've seen before. I never feel out of place when I go to the Timmins location, and I feel as though my journey and goals have been well respected. Always excited to walk through the front doors knowing I'll be able to work towards self-improvement. Would recommend to anyone who is unsure if "going to the gym" is right for them. Thanks to the team at Planet Fitness, I've gone from 389lbs, to 320lbs and still losing in under seven months. Can't wait to see where this journey takes me.

Fantastic experience: The gym has some really good staff that are informative and gave some advice but they currently don’t have a trainer, I usually go for the tanning room and I just experience the hydro bed for the first time on Mother’s Day and I absolutely recommend it wow it’s like being in a hot tub with big jets hitting the top of your neck and going down to your feet Wow

Fantastic experience: We have been members for two weeks now my wife and myself. The gym is very clean and friendly. The staff have been great to deal with. The fitness trainer Sarah is just a lovely lady. She motivates you without being pushy or bossy. I would recommend this gym if anyone is looking for a great gym

Fantastic experience: Staff are great! Workouts are always killer tons of machines to choose from. Jess taught me coin chair then hydro massage cause it's like a nice warm hug. I recommend doing it twice.

Fantastic experience: I love the personable service - The Staff is very friendly and always available to help. The Gym is well lit, very clean and the amenities are superb. Everything was well planned out, including the water filling station, USB ports, QR scanning. The spa is by far the best. There is nothing more relaxing after a workout than a 10-minute massage in the Hydromassage lounger, a 12-minute session in the total body enhancement chamber or the massage chairs. Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this gym. Jessica, Sonya, Julie and Isabelle are the BEST. The fellas are fantastic too but I don’t know their names lol Can’t thank you all enough for helping me with encouragement, equipment usage, fans that keep me cool. The environment is totally hassle and judgement free. Every obstacle to not go don’t exist. This gym and staff are awesome! Love going there.

Fantastic experience: Large space with a great atmosphere. It's missing a few things that conventional gyms usually have, like barbells, but there's more than enough equipment to sub in equivalent exercises. Fantastic place for beginners and you absolutely can not argue about the price. The "sale price" is essentially the regular price.

Negative experience: I have a premium membership I am going out of country and I wanted to cancel my membership for couple months, I called to cancel it they said I have to come to gym to cancel my membership and I am out of town i cant go to gym. Employees have attitude they talk very rude 0 customer service. Now I am cancelling my membership permanently.

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym on business and it was VERY clean. Staff was great and extremely accommodating. The Assistant Manager Julie with so nice and welcoming. I look forward to PF opening a gym in Orillia. I must say it’s sad that these 1 star reviews are all specific group of dudes that can’t keep quiet and work out respectfully. If you knew what you were doing at the gym, you wouldn’t be huffing and puffing and getting ready to blow the place down! I will be back!

Positive experience: I think it would be a 5 if there was AC in the place. I don’t push myself as much as I should because it’s too hot in there, I almost passed out… all I asked is to turn up the AC please!!! Thank you:)

Fantastic experience: Don't sleep on this gym! I have been going regularly since it opened and absolutely love it. They have more than enough variety and large number of equipment to workout. The place itself is huge and airy - the pictures really don't do it justice - go check it out for yourself! Not to mention the staff is greets you with friendly vibes and answer any questions you may have. Also, the "spa" section located off the entrance with tanning, hydro massage etc. is clean and relaxing. No regrets getting a membership and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to start or continue their fitness journey!

Negative experience: Just like any other club, trying to upsell you. I get the "Judgement free zone" unless if goes against their policies and then they judge you and tell you to be quiet. Work out in complete silence then MAYBE they won't say anything to you. It's a shame as they price is right but not worth it.

Negative experience: i had a very bad experience with assistant manager. She don’t know how to treat with new members instead of members safety they are more worried about their equipments. i’ll never go back to this gym.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this gym. I will never go back again there. It was my second day,i was expecting something new in this gym but while i was working out assistant manager came to me and said you can’t make noises out of equipments like plates and instead of being polite she said its your last warning and i can cancel your membership. Very bad experience.

Negative experience: I won’t recommend this gym.Staff came to me said you can’t even make a little noise here while doing heavy lifting, like seriously its not possible.

Fantastic experience: So I'm not a gym person by any stretch of the imagination. The atmosphere is usually very clique-y at other facilities. The Timmins crew of Planet Fitness are great! Friendly, helpful. The price is great for all that you get. So honestly if you've been procrastinating, stop and join Planet Fitness Timmins
