Negative experience: Dont bother to call them they don’t answer

Negative experience: Home to some of the most predatory buisness tactics I've had the unpleasent misfortune of running into. Having signed for two contracts that were supposed to take place over a year for two monthly payments of 39.54 (which is already monstrously expensive for a gym) not ONLY did they increase the price of monthly payments MID contract but they also did not cancel my contract after the one year period. Now they refuse to refund me AND to cancel my contract because they are claiming I owe them more money. Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else with your buisness.

Negative experience: Couldn’t give it zero stars but this gym is horrible. They added a $5 extra charge to the monthly membership fee that no one bothered to inform me about but they claimed they sent an email to everyone. My father’s contract membership ended in October this year yet they still tried to take out the monthly fee ever since. If you miss a payment, they add a $25 “late fee” to it but really it’s just a fee they want back from the bank when they try to charge your account and fail to keep the money

Negative experience: Sign up to the gym first they said are you a student I was like yes and they’re like we have a student discount which is $29 a month and I was like OK thank you and then 2 months passed by they added the money first it was 33 and then it was 40 and I go to college so I have a gym there obviously and I asked to cancel and they were like it’s gonna be $112 to cancel and I was like OK that’s fine so I cancel it the same day I cancel they took $40 from me again and I’m like what’s the $40 for it like give me my money and they haven’t given it to me Like what?

Positive experience: Quite expensive ($45.19/month) for such a run-down place full of old equipment. The owner just randomly increased the price by over $5.00 a few months back, in spite of a fixed rate of $39-something a month being guaranteed on the contract I signed. The reason given for the sudden increase was "rising costs," but I'm not sure I believe that. There are tons of very noisy international students there, even in the wee hours of the morning, that blast their music, don't wipe down the machines or benches, or put the weights back when they're done using them. Some even work out with their shirts off. The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, though. The location is convenient and it's open 24 hours. The staff, location, and hours are the only real positives I can think of.

Positive experience: Great gym, nice staff & always clean. Smaller size which is a plus & minus to me. Has all the amenities plus protein powders and supplements for sale. Have to pay for street parking.

Negative experience: 5 star turned into 1 star. They increase prices with no notice. Lie. Cheat and steal from the customers. Good luck cancelling your membership. Theyll be gouging every cent they can.

Fantastic experience: Trainer Brooklyn is awesome

Fantastic experience: Just came to Windsor. Was met today at the gym by a staff member named Owen, super informative, kind and even stayed late past his shift to make sure I was all set up with a weekly pass. Definitely just made a lifetime customer. Couldn’t recommend the facilities more and I hope the owner rests easy knowing that his staff are doing a wonderful job.

Positive experience: My experience has been good so far , I would like to be explained the different machines some dont have the directions on them .. but to be fair I didn't ask .. I think downtown could use an extra crunch machine where you sit and pull weights forward theres almost a wait line to get to do your reps .. Good overall

Positive experience: Staff are awesome. Selection of equipment is quite varied. Location is convenient if you take a bus or live close to downtown. Havent really had any issues or complaints since I started coming in Oct 2022.

Positive experience: The gym is ok, receptionists are very nice:) Never too crowded) but every time the trainer comes he turns on his music for stoned people actually trainer is the only mean person there (his name is Derel or Derek) he also seems very arrogant, newer even say hello :( and if he’s not there the music is good;) P.S: I put 4 stars only because gym don’t have smith machine

Negative experience: Used to love true Fitness 5 Stars for the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BUT I have to give it 3 stars because the gym always stinks always smells like Indian Body Stench … not just that the garbages always stink. Talked to a lot of people who I used to work out with there and they all switched over to other gyms … DOWNTOWN LOCATION NEEDS HELP

Negative experience: Racist Gym. Really doesn't care about people from other race. Unprofessional attitude. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Really terrible staff. Even if you ask a simple question to them, they act like I asked something precious. Not recommended for people of color.

Fantastic experience: not busy before 8:00 am or 4:00 pm; also 24-hour access with membership

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Windsor these guys have 2 locations and they’re both amazing! Community support and a belief in their clients/ community that can not be matched! Some of the most rewarding training sessions I’ve had are here and the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve experienced in any gym! You get what you put in!!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. They took money from my account 3 times even though I informed them I had moved away from the city. Once I told them what happened the owner Arsh Bajera- who was also the terrible owner of Milk coffee bar-informed me that I was lying and could do nothing for me. Incredibly horrible how they treat their customers. Save your money and mental health and go to goodlife

Fantastic experience: After working out at larger corporate gyms for years I made the switch to True Fitness and I could not be happier. The staff here are all so friendly and welcoming. It's such a supportive and community minded environment. Great equipment, open 24 hours, and the prices are very affordable. Just an all around great place for anyone to work out!

Has many machines, so no waiting or having to share a workout machine. True Fitness gear and the latest nutrition supplements for the bodybuilder in you available. Get fit !!!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! So spacious and lots of equipment available. Last time I was in there were only a handful of members and myself. The trainers are knowledgeable and the community that is created there makes me proud to set and accomplish my goals.

Negative experience: Your sign out front is mocking covid as marketing. Take it down we have family dying over here. Truly horrible business. Will never recommend.

Fantastic experience: Here's what I liked: 1. Open late, key-fob access past regular hours. 2. Open area for cross training and functional training 3. Bumper plates and platform for power-lifting 4. 10m turf strip and weighted sled 5. Doesn't feel crowded during peak hours Points to improve (not deal breakers): 1. Box jump platforms need some work. 2. Some patrons disrespect the facility and don't return weights to the rack. Same two dudes, every time. I came to Windsor for work and left stronger thanks to this gym; finding a gym when you're on the road can be challenging. Note: I cannot speak for their personal training program because I follow my own plan. They seem knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I was new to Canada having recently arrived from India, what I find here is amazing! this gym i felt is very economical and at the same time high end with facilities, I just can't compare this to my gym in India where I used to pay double the amount but far less facilities relative to this one, so in a nutshell I found it Simply awesome!

Fantastic experience: After going to a big box gym for 15 years, this place has won me over! The staff are friendlier, the music is amazing, and everyone here works damn hard! If I hear a conversation in this gym, it's about training and it's very motivating. While being smaller, it has all the equipment I need for a mix of strength training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. If you're looking to train and improve yourself while feeling like part of a community, I highly recommend checking this place out.
