Fantastic experience: This is a genuine professional gym. I started my bodybuilding path here and am absolutely loving it. They have top of the line quality equipment that is well maintained. The owners are incredibly kind, accommodating, helpful, and just genuinely lovely people. Most of the clientele are males and females looking to compete in various shows.bThis contributes to an atmosphere of serious dedication and exercise. You won't find people lounging around or wasting time on a machine you want to use. The clientele are all very friendly and knowledgeable and there are multiple professional coaches there should you choose to take up the sport. If you are considering it I could not recommend it enough. Take a look I guarantee you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I heard about Iron Lore through my coach, Andrew, who has a membership here. I did a posing class here a couple weeks ago before applying for my membership and as soon as I stepped into the building I fell in love. The gyms two floors are PACKED with top quality machines and equipment, duplicates and different versions of everything, machines I didn’t even know existed. There is SO MUCH daylight that pours into the gym which brightens up the whole place. Everyone who goes here is serious about there goals. You don’t see people in here just messing around, everyone is here to work and that makes Lore such a motivating place to be. The people are honest and friendly and the owners are incredible. It’s a 24hr gym which is SUPER handy as I usually workout at 4am on the weekdays, I kept my old gym membership to use during the weekdays since it’s closer to my work and home, but after a couple workouts at lore, I believe it’s worth making the 30 minute drive to and from the gym in the morning, it’s that good. I have been working out for years and been through my fair share of gyms looking for “the one” and I found it. This gym isn’t even comparable to any of the gyms I have tried before. To anyone who is serious about there goals and wants a Premium gym, trust me when I say this is the one. I could go on forever.

Fantastic experience: I joined Iron Lore with my husband after our other local gym was closed for some updates. Best choice we could’ve made. It looked intimidating looking in from the outside but once you get into this beautiful gym you feel at ease. Everyone at this gym has been incredibly kind and helpful. The owners make you feel welcomed and great role models for a lot of people at the gym. Iron Lore is a gym for any fitness level. You can be training for competitions or just working out for your own mental health. The equipment is top notch, very clean and I don’t worry about someone coming in and stealing my belongings. It’s also situated next to the RCMP station which makes it feel even safer. Thank you Aaron and Eleni for allowing us to be part of such a wonderful gym community.

You get to work your physical muscles and your social muscles in a stress free environment. The space is a joy to be in.

Throughout the gym there is only the best equipment. It’s super clean, and most of the time there is only one to two members at a time. This is a strong community of like minded Body Builders created by Aaron and Eleni. Famous Body Builders like Cody & Nicole and Aaron & Eleni, Justin, Issac Baier, Andrew Watson, Justin Jensen and many more like these great legends of body building train here. But at the same time please do not get intimidated thinking that this place is only for pro-body builders. Aaron and Eleni welcome everyone at Iron Lore who are serious about fitness and body building into their close knit like minded body professionals community. This is NOT a place where you will find machines occupied with texting and phone addicts. This is gym addicts place. Serious people and GREAT people. There are GOATs (Greatest of All Times) here working out their sweat blood and POWER to push themselves out of their comfort zones and achieve their pinnacles of success. And repeat the process to achieve new milestones. They never stop. I joined to this amazing like minded community of body building and great people to learn from the legends and grow my strength and boundaries and reach new milestones.
