Negative experience: Rink maintenance guy is unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. The city needs to conduct a performance review.

Negative experience: So tired of calling and always getting an answering machine. They have drink but limited availability for leisure skate. I don't want to arrive and find out it's not available because of hockey.. Just answer the phone if the operating hours say open.

Fantastic experience: This excellent family community center situated in the heart of the Broadlands area of North York. The city staff do a terrific job of keeping the ice rink available, with a range of programs i.e. women's shinny, pleasure skating. men's shinny. The pool is the same story in the summer, well staffed by students and the tennis courts are well kept and popular. The indoor area is very clean including the toilets. While I have found some city community center car parks have become home to young men parking and smoking marijuana, there is none of that here, it's a really nice safe clean family facility, surrounded by well groomed parkland.

Fantastic experience: Renovated community center and beautiful park. However FYI for any swimmers, this poor is super shallow - 2 foot shallow end and <5 foot deep end. Not appropriate for lane swimming but it's a great spot for kids learning to swim!

Fantastic experience: Broadlands Community Centre is one of the best centres for Summer Programs. They have different camps running at the same time,indoor and outdoor.Lots of fun activities in the park,tennis court and swimming pool. It's a fun place to be during hot, sunny days.

Fantastic experience: A very smooth ice service, a well-maintained facility that's not too crowded and friendly, attentive staff on-hand.

Positive experience: Specifically been using the ice rink for excercise during covid. If don't get up early or book weekday times with the city walk ups are available but not guaranteed. You may need to wait a session to get on. Otherwise the skating is well run and covid protocols are in place and followed for the most part.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful outdoor Rink and Community Centre, just off Lawrence/DVP...Stay is knowledgeable and friendly....On a clear evening, the CN Tower is visible at night when skating...The Rink is a great size and fantastic for shinny....

Fantastic experience: Тут рядом красивый большой парк со скамейками и столиками, есть теннисный корт, есть ледовая арена для зимы, есть открытый бассейн для лета, есть питьевой фонтан и детская площадка с качелями, горками и песком. Можно проехать с коляской. Сюда иногда приезжает фургончик с мороженым. Теннисный корт в этом году обновили. Здесь тихо и приятно. В бассейн можно попасть без записи, работает он до восьми часов вечера. / There is a beautiful large park nearby with benches and tables, a tennis court, an ice arena for winter, an outdoor pool for summer, a drinking fountain and a playground with swings, slides and sand. You can travel with a stroller. An ice cream truck sometimes comes here. The tennis court has been renovated this year. It's quiet and pleasant here. You can get into the pool without an appointment, it is open until eight o'clock in the evening.

Fantastic experience: Went and played shiny, the ice is pretty solid, full boards with glass, dressing rooms are decent. There was a good turn out that day, and more than enough people to get a game going.
