Negative experience: Tried to go to this gym on a Friday at 1pm. Door was locked, phoned multiple times and no customer service available whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, fantastic people, fantastic owner.

Negative experience: Me and my boyfriend were in the area , first there are 0 employees to be found and you have to call the owner to enter. We called and told to go in. Then we get confronted by a guy very rude saying we can’t come in , when we were told to get someone to open the door. Then telling us rudely ‘remove your shoes there’s signs everywhere’ ( it’s our first time it’s not a common rule in gyms and there was one sign that was behind the door ) Not employees just people who go there. You have to take off your shoes or you pay 25$ for a cleaning fee. Good equipment egotistic rude people attend there. Felt uncomfortable so we just left was not a warm welcome.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good gym

Negative experience: Honestly don't even know why they have a phone. No one ever answers. Also guest entrance is always locked it seems, it says closes at 6, been here at 4, 5 and 2:30, doors locked..

Fantastic experience: Open 24hours,I have used pretty much every gym in Chilliwack, and this place feels like a second home. More than 2 year with snap. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere feels comfortable and unjudgmental. Great equipment and super clean, couldn't ask more from a gym.Thank you Nithin

Fantastic experience: We were crossing through the city when doing a van vacation and looking for place tow work out and take a shower afterward. The manager made us a really good price for a day pass. Clean gym, changing rooms and washrooms. Lots of equipment for a rather small gym.

Fantastic experience: I've always had pleasent experiences with the staff at Snap Fitness. From day 1 to present day. The staff are very helpful! I truly appreciate Tanya! The location is nice and convenient and is 24/7.

Negative experience: Snap fitness maple ridge closed with zero notice and myself and a ton of others had paid for a year membership and we are now SOL??? I have emailed and called and get no where. No wonder they never updated anything we put on the suggestion box. They knew this was happening:(

Negative experience: Asked them to put my membership on hold for 3 months since I'm working out of town not using it.... the lady I talked to said she did it...it wasn't done I've been getting charged this whole time ...will be talking to manager Gym is really clean ...convenient since it's 24hrs ...cons .. to small of a gym for the amount of people that go here ... is mostly busy during the day and morning .. seems like alot of people that go here just hang out and are in the way or sit on a bench and play on there phones...free weights is really limited to 4 benches that are being used most of the time. If you are into using machines for sieges this place is good then.

Fantastic experience: This is our regular gym, we have yet to experience any issues or complaints. We enjoy the variety of equipment. The only thing I could mention is a few machines could benefit from some WD 40, which I consider normal for their heavy use.

Fantastic experience: One of the best places around to train. Snap Fitness has everything you could need in a 24hr gym. Plus staff is awesome and the facility is always very clean! Highly recommend this facility!

Negative experience: Overall a great gym but they randomly called me and accused me of harassing other gym members. Club enhancement fee is a scummy move too.

Negative experience: This location is a very nice, clean and complete gym, but be prepared to be blown away with the cold temperatures and the fans on high. Most annoying.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome!! All the equipment to get a great workout in. The facilities are always clean! The owners are super cool guys! Very friendly and accommodating! The gym is 24-7 so always time to get a workout in! They also have a vending machine to purchase healthy snacks, or suntan glasses in case you forgot yours. There's always free coffee brewed to get a little caffeine boost! And on top of all this, the monthly NO CONTRACT rate is a great deal!! Highly worth checking this gym out!

Fantastic experience: Awesome Place to train and the owners are amazing

Positive experience: Nice gym, very clean and with friendly staff but targeted more for hard core gym goer. For an average person I found there wasn't enough basic training available, and definitely not enough cardio equipment. I found it a bit intimidating and not the best fit for me.

Fantastic experience: Good variety and they change out equipment when needed. Gym and change rooms are always clean.

Fantastic experience: Cleanest gym I've ever seen. Very functionally layed out with the ability to perform almost every workout program you could think of. Great locally owned business! Private change rooms, tanning and good coffee!

Fantastic experience: It's a well kept gym with every exercise equipment u would need. And really nice staff and gym members and everyone wipse the equipment off after every use.

Positive experience: The new treadmill really suck! Definitely a downgrade from what we had. Hard to control the speed when doing interval training. To top it off the emergency switch is in a bad place and touchy. Nothing worse then having 3 minutes left and you accidentally touch the switch. Whole workout lost. Get better machines please!!!

Fantastic experience: Terrific place to go work out. The machines are clean and well cared for and it is never overly packed. I felt very comfortable being there and they are open 24/7 so it is a good place to go if you keep unusual hours. There membership prices are excellent as well especially if you sign up as a family.

Fantastic experience: The very best gym in chillawack I think the valley. Friendly staff, clean, clients all great. Lots of equipment modern its refreshing going to a place that takes care of there clients.

Fantastic experience: This gym is nice. The up keep is good, the place is clean and tidy. The owners are always trying to improve and look for way to make the gym better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Brand new equipment, always immaculately clean, great owners, good atmosphere. Additionally, the gym always seems to be improving. I particularly love their athletic room which adds an extra dimension that most gyms lack. My girlfriend recently joined with me as well and feels the same.

Fantastic experience: Chilliwack BC location - The price is right. It's clean and is cleaned on a regular basis. Temperature is maintained for a good workout experience. Friendly owners who will take the time to talk with you and who are actively looking to improve both the equipment and floor space. No pressure to join or add extra options. A great place for a serious workout

Fantastic experience: Snap was very good at accommodating my needs. Being from out of town was looking for a good gym the get a workout in at. They exceeded that with there kind demeanour and selection of equipment made my stay that much better. I would highly recommend Snap to anyone in the future!

Positive experience: Good machines and 24/7 is very convenient. Sometimes you have to wait for a change room, and space is pretty tight. Good if you want to just lift and do cardio. No pool, hot tub, or sauna, but I don't really need those.
