Fantastic experience: Over the last two weeks, my experience at F45 has been nothing short of incredible. It's safe to say that F45 has completely improved my experience in the gym, having previously struggled with consistency and confidence. The F45 trainers are outstanding. In every class, their commitment to assisting members in reaching their objectives is clear. The trainers are competent and inspiring, going above and beyond to help me reach my goals and stay motivated. I've had the honour of working with a number of trainers, and each one has made a good impression. In addition, their friendly manner has alleviated my worries as a newbie. Even though I haven't had the opportunity to work with every trainer yet, my great experience thus far has me enthusiastic about what's to come. I've made amazing progress and seen amazing results since joining F45. Regardless of your level of experience, I strongly suggest F45 to anyone hoping to reach their fitness goals in a welcoming and upbeat environment.

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym a few months ago on a trial basis after trying other gyms nearby and I'm glad I stayed. Love the supportive community and different classes offered. Coaches have been really helpful with making sure you have the right form and support you to go harder. Wasn't really big into working out but now I'm there every chance I get!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined F45 North Park. I like the location and the various time schedules. Trainers are amazing. The fact being that it’s just 1/10th the cost or even less than a personal training session. In any training it’s most important to have proper form. I love the fact that every trainer at F45 North Park always guide you for the correct form and motivate to achieve more, in addition to the fact all of them are very friendly.

After suffering from multiple injuries, I was hesitant to start exercising again but the coaches were very welcoming and supportive. They pushed me just enough to get back into exercising without causing any further injuries. The coaches at this gym are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and caring. The owners are also very welcoming and it's clear that they truly care about the well-being of their clients. Fantastic experience: I joined F45 in October for an 8 week challenge. There were many things I loved about it that after had me sign up again for an unlimited membership. I really like the fact that you don’t have to plan your workouts - simply go and sweat like crazy!!! It really is such a community like atmosphere. The coaches at the North Park Brampton location are super motivating and always willing to work with me and provide me with modifications if i’m having a bad back day.

Fantastic experience: My first day experience was welcoming and energy filled. The trainers were helpful in guiding me through the obstacle of stations. Although the workouts are killers, the amazing playlists always help me smash through to the end. So glad to be a member and look forward to reaching my fitness goals!

Shouts to Sam for being the hype man for the entire workout and making sure I was doing everything right! The owners, Ron and Alan are always present and welcome you in with a smile and you can bet their main objective is to make sure you get the best experience ever. They remember everyone's names! Fantastic experience: F45 is awesome place to come and workout! I've tried many gyms in the past but I never thought that I was doing enough. With F45 the workouts are different everytime I come. Some days focus on strength training and other days cardio. Sam and Shaunak are great motivators and are always willing to lend a hand in modifications and assistance with the exercise. Fantastic experience: I attended a class on opening week & came back once after and I immediately fell in love. Our trainers are incredibly kind, provide guidance through daily form correction and are always willing to answer my never ending questions lol .. I stopped coming, well cuz life - but I’ve dedicated 2023 to be the year I focus on ME. Cheesy, I know, but totally true. I’m on Day 3 for 2023 and we’re only 4 days in. My goal is to attend 13 classes this month. These 45mins are THE BEST 45 mins I devote to my mind & body daily. Only way to start my day! #day3

Fantastic experience: Upon my first time stepping into this location, I instantly felt welcomed by Allen and Ron who are so amazing!! Also, all of their coaches are super helpful in terms of correcting my form through each exercise. I love that they are also able to offer me alternative exercises to avoid exasperating a shoulder injury I had a few years back. I enjoy the environment and the vibe at this gym and I am so grateful to be a part of this community!

They are very helpful with training techniques and showing you the best way to achieve results. I’ve been registered to this club for about a month and I’m already seeing noticeable results. Ron & Allan, the franchise owners for this location, are also very accommodating and helpful with registration, and respond promptly to emails.

These classes pushes you to your limit.. maybe lol, more than any thing you have amazing coaches right there to help you push yourself, modifying exercises for your fitness type. Fantastic experience: Just completed my first 2 weeks at this F45 and continuing it ahead. It is a great experience. You are in and out within an hour (45 minutes of work out). And these 45 minutes will take every ounce of your sweat out of your body and even more... The hygiene and cleanliness at the facility is always very well maintained. All trainers are always there to guide and motivate you to do more. It is not a usual gym it is more like well-designed fitness program. Highly recommended!!
