Le personnel et les instructeurs sont très friendly, les cours de barre et spinning sont diversifiés, le studio et les vestiaires sont toujours propres et l'emplacement est idéal quand on travaille au centre-ville. Après deux ans, j'apprécie toujours autant les cours au bcycle. À essayer absolument!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. Instructors are fine but the management adopts Zero psychological safety for patrons and more alarming concerns. At a later time I'll describe what happened and post the email I received.

Il faut cependant arriver bien à l’heure car ils ne nous laissent pas rentrer si en retard. C’est effectivement beaucoup plus plaisant pour les gens dans le cours lorsque les participants sont à l’heure et que la salle est noire et sans cellulaire!!! Merci bcycle!!!

Negative experience: I understand rules but we need to also consider circumstances. I was at the door at 4h30 when I noticed that my sport bra was put the wrong way where it would cause indecent exposure so I decided to go back to the bathroom to put it on the right way. I was back at the door at 4h31 when the manager yelled : « it s too late » from across the hall and turned around. I want to say a thank you to the girls at the reception that were extra nice to me after, your manager should learn from you. Next time I’ll make sure to go to another place or expose myself.

Fantastic experience: J'adore l'expérience b.cycle. Je me sens prise en charge du début à la fin, dans le sens que je peux réellement déconnecter pendant mon heure de dîner. J'ai juste besoin d'amener mon corps, les profs et l'ambiance donnent toute la motivation nécessaire pour passer à travers le cours! Tout est super bien organisé. Points forts en bonus: les douches sont nombreuses et la musique est juste assez forte (dans d'autres studios j'ai eu mal au timpans). Merci beaucoup b.cycle :)

Negative experience: Incroyablement cher, staff non accomodant, et politiques absurdes. Arrivé à 10:00 pile pour mon cours de 10:00 en raison de circonstances hors de mon contrôle (je viens chaque semaine) et la fille à l'entrée me dit qu'ils venaient tout juste de fermer les portes (la musique ne jouait toujours pas). Je lui ai dit que ça me prendrait 5 secondes me rendre sur mon vélo, mais impossible de raisonner avec, puisque c'est la "politique". Pour un spinning si cher, vous devriez valoriser vos clients. Mes amis et moi (nous y allons toujours entre 3 et 8 personnes) finiront nos cours et iront maintenant à un autre spinning. Quelle déception.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to the Old Port location.The studio is really spacious, there's so much space in the barre room, spin room, bathrooms and the overall studio. Plus, the Studio Manager, Tam, and her team are awesome. I always have the best experience when I go :)

Fantastic experience: Stopped here for a 45min class with Yan while visiting Montréal. The studio was clean and inviting. It had all the amenities you’d need. Yan was an awesome instructor and kept everyone motivated. Playlist was eclectic and upbeat. Definitely would come again if I was back in the city!

Negative experience: Ce matin, on se présente malgré la tempête de neige et on arrive environ 5mins d’avance car ce n’est pas notre première fois. En général, lorsque j’arrive, cela me prend moins de 5 mins pour être installé sur mon vélo. Daria, la réceptionniste, avait le plaisir de nous refuser et au lieu de nous laisser rentrer, elle nous parle de la politique pendant plusieurs minutes. Elle a littéralement perdu notre temps a parler des politiques alors qu’on aurait pu être installé pour le cours. C’est insultant et irrespectueux qu’un client se lève tot le matin et se déplace pour bien commencer la journée et que finalement tombe sur un service aussi médiocre et aucunement accommodant.

Fantastic experience: J’ai récemment commencé des cours de spinning au b cycle et je n’en retire que du positif jusqu’à maintenant. Le concept est pratique, le studio fournit tout : souliers, serviette et ajustement préalable de ton vélo avant chaque cours. Le niveau de difficulté des cours permet de se challenger à chaque séance et de s’améliorer rapidement. L’entraîneur Étienne est motivant et enthousiaste, rendant l’entraînement plaisant! Si vous vous cherchez une activité cardio entre amis, c’est la place où aller!

Fantastic experience: Nous avons fait le cours style karaoke et l’expérience était formidable. Nous sommes arrivés un peu juste avec l’heure, mais l’accueil était toute aussi chaleureuse malgré le désagrément. L’ambiance était parfaite et notre entraîneur savait comment nous motivé. Petit hick, pour en avoir essayer plusieurs, les écrans avec la performance. Je préfère les cours sans cet aspect. Malgré le fait que le cours est dans le non jugement, je ne trouve pas que c’est un plus à mon entraînement. J’y retourne pour sur !

Negative experience: I’ve heard very nice things about this place. However, be aware of the 0 tolerance to no shows to your first class + no openness to solve/care about a first time customer needs!

Negative experience: Don't go there if you have to park. I just got denied entry to my class because I couldn't find parking and arrived at 12 for the 12 o'clock. Honestly wasted 10 bucks to park 1 hour and 3 hours of my day. Loved this place. No more.

Fantastic experience: Attended a class at the studio while visiting Montreal and it was, by far, the best spin class I’ve ever taken! The front desk was attentive and showed me around quickly so I could get settled. The staff asked if they could help me adjust my bike as soon as I walked in and the class itself was TOUGH. Music was great, a lot of variation, and the instructor always explained what the numbers on our cycle computers meant. Would absolutely recommend for anyone living or visiting Montreal!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this spinning establishment. The lockers are easy to use and clean, staff is helpful, instructors are great (and if they aren't they don't stay around for too long). Amenities make it easy to take a lunch hour course, included in your course fee is access to showers, towels, hair dryers, elastics, etc., everything to make it an easy return to work. Location is great but better yet is the sick workout. You can choose from an intensity workout to music based theme depending on the week and instructor. I've tried a few other places and this remains my fave. Yeah they've basically ruined it for me if I want to go elsewhere and expect the same quality for the price, but hey, I guess that's how you gain loyal customer. Highly reccomend :)

Fantastic experience: B Cycle offers a wide variety of Spinning classes in a newfangled incredible/ mood feel. Being addicted to that, I constantly feel refresh and back on track after being on their bikes and getting off ! Something magic happened !

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. I see why some people might complain about the loud music, but I personally LOOOVE IT! (Plus, they have earplugs if you're sensitive.) Make sure you try a theme ride: they're the best. I just hope they had discount packages for loyal customers.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the one in Westmount and downtown and I must say it is quite enjoyable. Everyone is super friendly and ready to assist us. The trainers bring an amazing energy. Love the stats at the end and to get there and have your bike ready to the previous settings. Equipment is well-maintained. Monthly plan is a tad too expensive compare to other spinning gym, bit totally worth it. If I may add one thing is that the water pressure in the showers could be a little bit better, but that's a detail. Amazing experience overall

Positive experience: Hands-down best place for spinning in MTL. It's like the healthy version of clubbing. The stat machines are a plus. The music is too loud, making it difficult to hear the instructor.

Positive experience: Great place, classes are really fun and that place is very organized, you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in until you get to your bike, then it's fun time :) The only hiccup would be the locker room situation, it does not have many rooms where you get to change privately as the lockers are in a place open to both men and women.

Service haut de gamme, c’est la solution parfaite pour un workout à placer dans une journée de travail déjà trop chargée, la logistique est réduite à sa plus simple expression : vous n’avez besoin que de votre T-shirt, shorts et bien sûr l’envie de vous dépensez et b.cycle s’occupe du reste. Serviettes, chaussures (désinfectées ), vélo pré-réglé à vos mensurations avant le cours, vestiaires verrouillables, douches...et le sourire qui va avec. Les coachs sont au top Lisa, Alexis, Linda ...et bien d’autres emmenés par Bijan. Tous sont formés spécifiquement pour emmener le groupe de spin à sa limite... dans la bonne humeur. Le matériel est au top également, vélo de qualité, fixations, suivi des performances (puissance, rpm, cal...) sur écran en live créant un peu de saine compétition Un résumé est envoyé dans votre boîte e-mail à l’issue du cours et dans votre profil sur le site, parfait pour suivre sa progression. Musique et jeu de lumière sont aussi excellent. Au début je trouvais ça un peu cher, mais ça vaut vraiment la peine : le prix de la flexibilité, pour une super expérience (... et efficace, car après tout c’est l’objectif #1, se dépenser et progresser !). Fantastic experience: Le studio est tout simplement bien conceptualisé; Les souliers à clip sont prêts à ton arrivée dans un casier à cet effet, des casiers électroniques sont mis à notre dispositions, la serviette est prête sur le vélo qu’on a réservé en ligne, le vélo est déjà ajusté à ta grandeur et enfin, des serviettes de bain, séchoirs et fer plats sont mis à notre disposition:-) Les instructeurs sont motivants et les airs sont très propres. Je recommande définitivement l’expérience B.Cycle!

Fantastic experience: Great spin studio. Great instructors. It really pays to pay for your spin classes versus taking those offered with a gym membership in my opinion. I just wish the handle bars could adjust for my height. I'm 5'3 and they are too far forward by about an inch or two, but they don't move closer than this. This has been an issue for me with any studio as bikes are a standard size, but I will still continue to spin here none the less ! :)

Fantastic experience: Not only are the instructors amazing at what they teach, they are able to foster a sense of community that makes working out more fun because you are working out with friends. Also HIGHLY recommend barre for anyone who wants to strengthen their bodies overall (including guys). I had to visit a physiotherapist weekly to help alleviate pain in my lower back and after a month of b.barre I stopped going because my core was so much stronger the back pain went away.

Fantastic experience: I love the efficiency of this place, as I usually go right after work and before I meet up with friends etc. downtown. You get there, change, they provide you with towels, cycling shoes (free) and water bottles (1$), even with salads and smoothies. The classes are 45min high-intensity (if you want it that way), or at your own rhythm, awesome music and lights. In 1h15min you're in and out, shower included, 700cal later. Perfect.

No need to bring your spinning shoes or towels, b.cycle spin studio provides the shoes you need. I loved the music and the energy of the class, the instructors are awesome. J’y suis allé une première fois pour essayer et j’ai été étonné de la qualité des équipements et installations. Maintenant j’essaie d'y aller à chaque semaine. Les cours de barre et d’Essentrics sont bien agréables également. C’est un excellent entrainement pour tout le monde. Positive experience: A new studio just opened in Downtown Montreal. Great location and a lot of spinning and barre classes offered ! The ambiance in the spinning classes is AMAZING, we literally feel in a nightclub with blacklights and the music :) The shoes and the towels are provided by the studio, which is very convenient. I had a lot of fun in the barre class, it is a great full-body workout. The whole place is really clean and the employees are nice and helpful. I will definitely come back :)

Fantastic experience: I love spinning, but this is the best spinning place in Montreal. It is unlike any other place. The instructors are great, the equipment is brand new and the best quality, they have a watts tracker that really motivates you to push yourself. They also have great ballet barre classes and essentrics. This studio is the whole package to strengthen your whole body, get you toned and leave you feeling happy after every workout. PLUS you can have lunch served to you after class or a fresh pressed juice. Definitely better than any gym. If you like group classes its a MUST TRY.
