Stingers Indoor Paintball

Fantastic experience: We had our son's 7th birthday party here for laser tag. All the kids, and the dads, had a blast playing! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Made some reservations for my cousins bachelor party, since we got seriously rained out for our golfing trip. Last minute reservations were made, extremely accommodating and it was worth the 3 hour drive from his residence. The facility is hands down the cleanest indoor facility I’ve been too. 1000%. The staff is awesome. Gord. Seriously brother, the guys loved ya as our ref. The owner came out and greeted us as well, thanked us for choosing his facility: had a great chat with them and they are passionate for it. Don’t change Andrew. Cost. Seriously, whoever doesn’t ball there are missing out. Worth the time to check things out. Going to bring our camp here in the winter 100%.

Negative experience: No more airsoft (super upsetting), paintball court considerably smaller but still a decent size though not many people come to play anymore. You have to get a good sized group together.The laser tag area is on the smaller side from what it used to be 2 years ago but still a fun time with friends and party's. Unfortunate though as I remember the airsoft and paintball community were fairly big here a couple years ago and finding people to play with and joining big groups was easy, but now its hard to get a good game going unless you bring a good sized group.

Fantastic experience: Excellent!!!

Positive experience: We looked to come play laser tag but unfortunately there were no other laser tag reservations all day so we would be playing by ourselves. Equipment described didn’t seem up-to-date with what you’d expect from most laser tag facilities. It seems like laser tag was a cheap addition to their roster of activities. I can see it being a fun activity if they are busy.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional options for kids and adults to play a sport. You are doing an awesome job on renovations. My reason for going is Pickleball of course. ❤️ There is also a sporting store, and restaurant. Go check out it.

Fantastic experience: The paintball experience was heightened by the top notch service of the guy working in that section. Did a phenomenal job explaining everything and reffing the matches. He even took a few errant hits and didn't get angry at the boys who got him by accident. Equipment worked well. Course is well designed. Was a great experience for some newbies. Did I mention the guy working in that section? Love that guy!

Negative experience: This place is very dangerous. Ceiling tiles falling off. Half of the ceiling is missing tiles. Bathrooms are filthy. Tried to play badminton by rackets were broken with no replacement. We were charged anyway. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place should be condemned!!!

Fantastic experience: Best place to experience paintball for the first time! friendly staff and great prices! The atmosphere is amazing with other activities available and different people playing the sports they are passionate about. I wish my hometown Kingston had something like this. I would recommend having birthday parties here, signing up for a weekly league and/or even just going as an outlet to release some energy.

Positive experience: Was ok. I went for pickleball and the courts were not bad. I think once the construction and renovation are made it will be a great place to go do different activities. It looks like they will have a lot of things to do. Looking forward to seeing it In a year.

Negative experience: Took my kids to do a lazer tag last night unfortunately they are open during renovations which kind of ruined the experience as the lazer tag wasn't as dark so you could see other players, not to mention we never had to sign a waiver and my daughter got hurt because no one was watching the game and telling people not to run, then also in between games my kids went to go and play soccer and because no one is watching or regulating there were two people but they just stayed at the front desk, I had another kid get hurt because there was some kid there not a part of our party that was taking their shoe off and throwing it at people and with no other parents and no staff to help kids just kept getting hurt. It's very sad because the very first time we had ever went around the time they had opened everything was great it just seems that now they are trying to take on way too many activities when they do not have enough staff to watch so unfortunately I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: This place offers a lot for Brockville. At only $5 an hour, you can play a variety of sports: badminton, tennis, basketball, soccer, batting cage. Great place to take kids!! Awesome that they have other partner businesses in there also; axe throwing, wish upon a donut, etc.

Positive experience: Excellent place for badminton, squash, pickle ball, baseball, basketball, soccer, paintball, laser tag, Axe throwing etc. Lots activities you can do there. Also they have gym so good place for exercise/training. Small birthday place for party. Good place for adults and kids for their fitness.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service and business ethics. Staff is poorly trained. Incapable of simple time management and communication with their customers. Was denied a refund after spending 3 hours waiting to use the specified area, being bumped for bookings that they did not advise about prior to paying. Was denied any other type of compensation.

Negative experience: I will not be back , I went on Mar 26th for airsoft. I was there from 930-230 and only got to play maybe 15 minutes because they kept kicking us off the field so they could run Lazer tag games. There isn't protected time for airsoft play but I was still charged for the full day. I understand bookings take priority but at some point when you're booked for the entire day you should stop selling for on demand activities or at the very least make it clear what the bookings look like for the day before charging. Another friend arrived at noon, was charged and was then told he wouldn't be able to play until 7:00. He was also told a refund wasn't possible even though he hadn't been allowed to play. I reached out to the owner and he was very rude and would not do anything to rectify the situation. I will not be back and will not recommend any airsofters return to this field.

Negative experience: I will no longer be returning to stingers, I went on Saturday to play airsoft and was advised it was quite busy. I am fine with that as in the past we would take turns with the laser tag players and paintball players. However, after playing 3 games the airsofters were told that since more laser tag players came we would no longer be able to play until 1900hrs, this was at around 1300hrs. We were then told we would not be offered refunds and could not partake in any other activities the facility offered despite not being able to do the activity we had paid $31.10 to do. Abismal customer service and deceitful marketing, once you pay they could care less about wether you have a positive experience or not.

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience at Stingers in Brockville! I brought a client with me who I am supporting and the owner Andrew couldn’t have been more welcoming. Andrew allowed us to come in early as I explained I was supporting the individual for a set amount of time and it was my mistake I hadn’t realized they were closed...Andrew was empathetic and set us up with a table and took the time to check in on us throughout our games, even though he quite literally had his hands full. We had such an awesome experience! I am going to sign my child up for the yearly membership. Truly friendly experience. Thank you!

Positive experience: I went here to volunteer during the summer and the kids seem to really love playing here. It’s great that brockville has a place for kids to play and have fun. It hopefully will get more funding to fix the place up more and make it look better and newer. But the kids seem to enjoy it.

Positive experience: i was 2 doors down doing laundry and they didnt even open that day at all so they get 1 star because they were supposed to be open

Fantastic experience: Have been here for a few laser tag Birthday parties. It's always been great, the kids love it. Only recomendation would be to have a bathroom also at the far end of the building.

Fantastic experience: It was so much fun

Positive experience: This place was resoundingly just ok. We went for airsoft the weekend after the expo. When we arrived we were the only airsofters there, and we were informed they share the space with their laser tag games. So we paid for 20 minutes of game play, and then got to sit out for half an hour while laser tag went on (they had two groups of laser tag players and wouldn't/couldn't condense them in to one large game, they ran individual games for them of 15 minutes each). The basecamp/staging/prep area is nice, clean and spacious. There were no refs that came in the field, we were basically told "I'll yell in when your game time is up" and left to our own devices. The field is good, with an open area and a bunch of plastic storage containers and the like creating the cover, and then you have two doorways you can enter which leads you in to a CQB style area with rooms and a couple hallways to clear. This area is dark and under blacklight so I would definitely recommend gun lights. The lady working the front desk was friendly and courteous. I'll likely give the place a pass the next time we're considering playing indoor and instead head to Siloki. Much better game play and significantly more of it for the same price. I found we did more sitting around waiting for the arena then actually playing. Their admission rates to not justify the lackluster experience especially when there are significantly more immersive opportunities available for the same price an equal distance away from Ottawa.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. They get involved in the comminity and offer students help. They have things you can do for kids birthdays like paintball, zorb ball or laser tag. The people their are very nice. If you are a parent you can watch your kids play paintball behind a window and on the tv.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME place to hang out and play. They have everything you can think of for fun for a day. Even an indoor airsoft range. Rental prices are cheap and the equipment is top shelf awesome quality.

Fantastic experience: I came to visit this place for the Airsoft Expo 2018, and for starters WOW, this place is huuuge. It used to be an old Zellars; inside there is both a paintball and an airsoft arena (yes that's right, no getting goop on your nice gear!). They have so much room to build whatever else they want in there; but as for the airsoft arena, it was actually surprisingly large, fun, and intricate. I started off playing on the side with a bunch of pallets and skids/crates, but as the game progressed our team pushed on towards the opponent side and looped back through a completely different area where we found ourselves in what seemed at first like a labyrinth of offices and corridors. Put it this way, there was more going on there than I could even go take a look at in the few games that I played, and it was certainly entertaining. The office area was all glow in the dark/UV and the pallet area was just low-light. It would be nice to see some more lights on for other kinds of games; maybe they do this, but I didn't play enough games to know. The airsoft expo itself was awesome and I look forward to coming back to visit again some time. I enjoyed Brockville and meeting the people there. Overall I would definitely recommend paying this place a visit!
