Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of interacting with one of the staff member at Fit 4 Less, Stacy and I was truly impressed by her patience and understanding. From the moment I approached them with my questions, she took the time to help me, never rushing me. It's not every day that you find someone so dedicated to ensuring their customers feel comfortable and well-informed. It was my New Years Resolution to start going to the gym and Stacy ensure that I will definitely be coming back, and I can’t thank her enough for the excellent service!

Negative experience: Left something in my car and now locked out for 1/2hr winter jacket is in the gym so I can freeze my ass off outside what a joke this measure is for safety Need a better system locking out members who pay a premium to use your gym for 1/2hr is one customer you just lost. Not worth my hard earned Canadian Dollar.

Negative experience: I misplaced my pass and came to workout. I asked the lady working how much it cost to get a replacement and she said $20. I decided I would take my time and look for it but would like to work out. She goes on to say she would have to cancel my membership. I asked her why she would do that and she said since I don't have my pass and she can't be constantly allowing in, I asked if she has ever let me in before today and she started raising her voice at me that she can't do this with me. She does not care if I report her, I asked for her name she said I should look at the badge on her shirt that said host and she would not give it to me. She said everybody loves her except for me because I said she was rude. The young lady was the person working between 9am and 10am on Monday the 25th of November. I think she has a bad attitude for people who serve the public. Kindly train your staff properly. I will still be calling in and making a complaint.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Unlike crunch you won’t have to wait 5 minutes to use a machine and my workouts will get finished in an average of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to when there is an issue.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Fit4Less for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The gym is always incredibly clean, which is a huge factor for me. A special shoutout to Meelia, who consistently keeps the space spotless — it's one of the main reasons I’m still a member and will continue going. The staff are always friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I walk in. If you're looking for a well-maintained gym with a positive vibe, good selection of equipment, and tanning/red light therapy beds, I highly recommend Fit4Less!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Fit 4 Less location! I’ve been a Black Card member for a while and have visited multiple gyms, but this one really stands out. The vibe is fantastic, there’s tons of space and a great variety of equipment. The locker rooms are spacious and full-sized, making it super convenient. As a Black Card member, I love the added amenities like the massage chairs, hydro beds, and more. Plus, the gym’s lighting is perfect—sets the right mood for a great workout. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Too hot And suffocating in the black card work area and also in the regular area. An exit door was kept open near the black card area. Not sure if the air conditioning is working. Amenities are good and the staff are friendly.

Positive experience: Definitely one of the better fit4less in terms of space, equipment, and how busy it is. Lots of equipment with the basic membership and even more with the black card. Change rooms are spacious, lockers are large, and pretty clean.

Positive experience: YouTube 13 Othi Visited First time , well arranged , good cardio portion , 30 mins work out , and massage chairs . I used my black card to visit this location .

Negative experience: I went tanning and left my brand new Apple Watch on the shelf, went back to get it and it was gone, one of the staff stole it. Or they don’t clean the booths after everyone uses them witch is nasty, and that would mean a gym member stole it. I canceled my membership.

Negative experience: Showers aren't available while the gym isn't staffed and I'm not sure why. Unfortunately as a result of this I'm going to have to start looking for another gym, I like going at 4am when it's less busy so this won't work for me. It's a shame because I just started going here and the facility is really nice. But they don't mention this anywhere until you go to the showers in the changeroom.

Negative experience: It’s crazy that you have to call to cancel your membership instead of using the website. At least an email would be better. It’s not fair to people with speech disabilities.

Positive experience: So far so good. Only been a couple weeks but I am enjoying it.

Positive experience: I was looking to join a gym after 3 years of not working out due to back to back pregnancies, and was deciding between Crunch fitness and the new Fit4less. I decided to join Fit4less for a few reasons: 1) I like the open-concept layout and the gym is quite spacious. 2) The equipment is brand new, clean and they have a good amount of equipment (I like that they have at least 2 of each). 3) I enjoy the no-commitment option in terms of payment. 4) Staff is friendly. I was given a tour of the gym by Josh who was very patient, courteous and professional. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there are some machines they don't have including the hip adduction (they only have hip abduction) and a back extension machine for the lower back. As someone who wants to strengthen these muscles postpartum, I was a little disappointed to not find them there. Hope they buy these in the near future, in which case, I would give this new Fit4less 5 stars.

Negative experience: Guess if I scan my card at 530am and drop something on the floor at the same time my workout is canceled since I can't get access for 30 mins.

Fantastic experience: Fit4Less in Cambridge Ontario, stands out as one of the best and cleanest gyms around. While there are many Fit4Less locations, this one is exceptionally well-maintained, with great equipment and a friendly atmosphere. It's an affordable and convenient place to stay fit!

Positive experience: 8.5/10 Gym- Has everything you need to get a nice workout in/solid equipment/ recovery equipment 8/10 Atmosphere- Usually clean, nice when it’s not super busy. Great lighting. Music could definitely be better though. 5/10 Service- Staff seems laidback and genuinely nice but it’s hard to catch them at the front desk. Definitely would like to see someone at the front more frequently especially when customer service is needed or if your card isn’t working and your having trouble getting in. I’ve found myself waiting for service a couple times without any results , maybe a service bell would help. Overall it’s a good spot to get your fitness journey going.

Fantastic experience: Just canceled my membership. In five months that I have been a member there have been problems with the showers. From no water to cold water only. The staff are nice, friendly and keep the club spotless But enough is ENOUGH. Goodbye.

Negative experience: What in the world Showers are not working in morning time. Gym is great. All the equipments are working good. But OMG, 1 out of 10 days showers are off. Recently after seeing all the comments I found that no showers on unstaffed hours. Very Strange move. No problem But it’s Gym, workout Business you’re in. What in the world no one is available at 6 AM. You’re in workout business and time start at early morning. Let me know if I’m Wrong. I have read all the comments and Fit4less response seems auto generated or copy pasted. Haven’t resolved any of the issue. Please Resolve this shower problem. It doesn’t seem like rocket science problem. Thanks!

Positive experience: Keep yourself fit

Positive experience: I do like this gym, has everything you need for a great price but...women's shower is so hot you can't stand under the water. Cambridge location was closed because they had no water. Sign on door said to use Kitchener local, I went there, it too was closed. I get this is a budget gym but come on!

Fantastic experience: Why spend a crazy amount of money when you can get ALL your fitness needs here! For less than 30 a month. 24 7 what more could you ask for? Friendly staff and so helpful. Facility is always clean and you rarely wait to use a machine. I've been going about 5 years now and also the clients that go there are all very nice people.

Negative experience: The men change room's hand dryers were not working for a week. A week after, they added a note on each dryer asking to raise hands closer to dryer's colored line. The dryers do not work even if you touch the colored line (sensor).

Fantastic experience: Just Perfect.. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern fitness gear. The gym's atmosphere is positive, making it a great place to stay motivated and reach fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Really like this gym. The only improvement I would suggest is the black card membership should allow you to bring a friend, not just share your card so only 1 can go at a time.

Negative experience: It's hotter inside this gym than it is outside , corporate refuses to turn on the fans. Mens bathroom is always a disaster , urinals didn't work for months , sinks always clogged, showers have a button and only cold water ? The employees work hard and are always cleaning but corporate is as greedy as it comes, you'll lose members pinching pennies this tight .

Negative experience: updating my rating after 4 months of being at this gym: - It would be nice if they encouraged people to use the actual deadlifting platforms when they are not being used because it can get really loud and it also damages the weights - Also I would like to see staff members reminding people to wipe down their machines after use because 3/4ths of the members don’t and it’s gross

Negative experience: I went to sign up and no one was in the lobby or at the desk, so I signed myself up incase they were just busy. Then after getting my black card membership I was hoping that there was someone available to give me a tour and help me out with my first time being here and I waited for 15 mins at the desk with another customer that had also been waiting and no one was around at all. I was there to try out the amenities but again after taking a tour for myself and knocking on the staff doors no one was there at all. Not a great experience for a first time member but the self checkout machine gladly took the 72$ payment

Negative experience: Just joined, after only 3 visits ready to cancel my membership. If you want to utilize tanning or red light, therapy, after EACH season you have to get redraw, go back out to the front reception, then before, during, after, each, you rapt LENGTHY tunes intervals for the 1 and only staff on duty. I had 90 mins. Scheduled to go, spent almost an hour dealing w this . Most of that time, the staff was nowhere to be found! This is the 2nd time, out of the 3 visits I've experienced, this. In addition to this, the last experience, i twice left standing undressed waiting for the red light and tanning machinesto turn on, after several minutes, in each room, i realized the machines- times had never even been set! They sell the unlimited uses of their message chairs, yet only 1 is accessible w your membership card, all the rest you have to go get assistance to use. AGAIN, more worrying around for the staff, who is gone 20+ minutes at a time from the reception area. To add insult to injury, when you go out to get help, you get ignored while the people are w the front reception, yet again waiting for the 1 staff member to assist you. After my last experience, it was evident, the staff was very unhappy to assist in the troubles i experienced. No apologies were made, she was very unfriendly, rude and clearly not happy w her enployment. It's clean, and prices are reasonable, but extremely disappointed w my membership. Another downside is the prison like entrance gate, Def. that lacks personal appeal.

Positive experience: Very good gym. Though if you enjoy squatting I would definitely do the black card membership. You'll get access to 4 extra squat racks compared to the 1 in the regular area. My only complaint is that the barbells don't have knurling in the center of them. So they slip on the back a bit when you squat heavier weight.

Negative experience: I just signed up for the black card over Christmas. My first couple of times I thought the gym was really nice, clean and not so busy. Today I went in before work, did my workout, went to shower at 7 am and the showers were not on. This gym membership is completely useless to me now since you don't allow anyone to shower first thing in the morning. Be aware before signing up that there is no showers in the morning.

Positive experience: Worked out here for the first time yesterday. I like it.. Only issue I have is the showers. Tried showering and the water was super hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature because there's a button to press and the shower seemingly runs on a timer. I'm surprised I haven't read any reviews about it so far.

Positive experience: This great is wonderful! Not too busy and lots of equipment. With a black card, you have a ton of extra space and machines even if it is busy. My only struggle here is that the members need to find some respect for their gym. It's embarrassing how many people don't rerack their weights or don't wipe down equipment. If you can set it up and lift with it, you can put it away. There is absolutely no excuse for the amount of equipment being left all over the place for other to put away before they can use the equipment. I wish staff would enforce this better when they see it happening. Other than that, this is the best fit4less I've been to!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! The black card is worth every cent, Clean and Organized not over crowded and helpful staff 100% recommend to new Gym enthusiasts and Gym goers all around.

Fantastic experience: Don't believe the bad reviews. They are probably written by competitors. This gym is great. The Cambridge location is very spacious and has an excellent, well thought out layout. When you enter, on the left are various cardio machines: bikes, Concept 2 rowers, stair climbers, etc. Further back, behind this is a great variety of workout machines, very well organized so you can concentrate on upper or lower body. On the right side of the gym you have, at the front, a grouping of machines for a 30 minute workout. A little further back you have a spacious workout area with weights and benches. At the extreme rear of the gym is a Black Card workout area, caged off, for "heavy lifters". The staff seems pleasant enough and the clientele is a mixture from beginner to very fit. MY only complaint is that the staff are not enforcing the "no street shoes" policy. The policy is stated in their rules. Although they have a specific space to sit down, remove and store your street shoes, almost no one is using it. I feel this is very important for winter. Maybe they will have trouble enforcing this when winter finally gets here.

Positive experience: Probably the best gym after Crunch in Cambridge right now. Pro: Everything is very clean. The black card amenities are nice. The machines are new. There is NOT a lot of people. Staff is nice. The black card deal to let your family use the gym without you is amazing. Tanning and a bunch of massage machines. Con: The music is loud in the relaxation area. The music is bad throughout the gym. No punching bag. The special vip black area is in bad taste, let everyone use the full gym. The gates at entry are hostile. This is a gym not a consulate. The treadmill is stiff. The members aren't fit and attractive like at crunch. Gives me PF vibes. Quick fix they could do right now: turn down the music. Edit #1: the gym is starting to get busier as more people have enrolled. Much more international students than at Crunch. -Problem 1: there is almost never anyone at the front desk. This means you can't even use some of the black membership amenities you pay for. They need some sort of bell or special button that signals to them when they are out cleaning. -Problem 2: only women works there, which means when they need to clean the men's dress room, they just close it. Sometimes you need your stuff to leave, you can't just wait patiently for them to take the 20-30 minutes it can take for them to leave. From my experience, they take their sweet time. -Problem 3: air quality. I am a long distance runner and breathe exclusively through my nose during jogs on the treadmill. Recently, after running and breathing through my nose for an hour on the treadmill, I started having persistent sneezes and watery eyes immediately after and throughout the entire day. This is usually common with allergic reactions (I have allergies but they are usually controlled, except if there is an irritant, which there was at the gym). This means the air quality is subpar. It is likely that the place is too dusty and has too many chemicals flowing in the air (they clean all the time). There is also renovation in the other building, so the bad air could be coming from there too. I HIGHLY recommend getting SEVERAL air purifiers and putting them all over the gym. I recommend BLUEAIR since it scored as the "best" on CBC Marketplace. I also have it myself and it's awesome. AND I've seen them being used in other gyms (i.e. my condo gym). I've never had these types of sneezing problems after running at Crunch. I won't keep going to Fit4Less if I keep getting sick after using their gym. I will update my review if they take action. -Problem 4: they don't have an email you can reach out to if you want to speak to the manager (for instance, about some of these issues above). -Result from edit 1: reducing 4 stars to 3 stars.

Positive experience: If you are considering this gym. Please wipe down the equipment after you use it. (Edit: I noticed most people now wipe down after they use the equipment which is nice compared to when I started going here.) Busy at times however I always manage to find an alternative when needed. The black card massage areas need more compatible machines at night.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Fantastic new club. For a budget club this is outstanding. All new machines, very clean, large 'black card' area and 24 hour access to black card machines (e.g. massage chairs etc.). One minor issue is that the HVAC ventilation at the back by the black card cage is very noisy. Needs servicing.

Negative experience: Was excited for it to open. Was disappointed

Positive experience: Good atmosphere, good selection of equipment. The gym is very spacious and clean, sanitary stations are positioned around. The "Black Card" member section is sectioned off by a literal yellow cage which is somewhat odd looking but I guess it makes it stand out. Change rooms along with the washrooms and showers are spaced out well. There's accessibility/handicap shower as well which I thought was great, other Gyms that are "premium" don't even have this. All in all for what you get and pay for, it's honestly a steal. The 4/5 stars was because I couldn't get the front kiosk to register my QR code and fortunately there was staff at the front and were able to help me out, aside from that,, I'm hoping the experience remains this way always.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at Fit4Less’ for years but this one is by far the nicest one. I’m really enjoying the new amenities they’ve added to this location and the black card room is nice and spacious. I appreciated the tour the staff member gave me to explain all the upgrades! 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Very spacious believe me. Has most of the equipments you need for any workout. Staff on site are welcoming. I just walked in with my black card with no issues. This is the most spacious fit4less I have been to. Aside the fact there’s no wifi( edit: wifi has been installed here. I still think it’s the best location I’ve been to) it is perfect. No traffic there yet so it’s mostly empty so you enjoy a good session. I will update this review if I notice anything else worth noting.

Positive experience: Spacious with extra equipment and space

Negative experience: I bought a day pass here, it costed $22 and the card it gave me to scan wouldn’t let me into the gym. I waited there for a while trying to scan the card thinking maybe it’d just take a bit to activate but every single time it said access denied, there was no one there working to help, no way to ask for a refund, and the spinning doors made it impossible for me to veer my head in to ask one of the gym goers for help. Also there’s a little sign saying that you can only scan your card once every 30 minutes, so if you forget your water bottle or something in your car you can’t go back and grab it. if you want a good 24 hour gym go to crunch in hespeler, they have actual people that work there during the night, and you can scan your card as much as you want there. if you forget your water bottle or something at crunch you can easily just go out and grab it, they also don’t have literal cages preventing you from accessing their 24 hour gym I’ve waited months for this gym to open only for them to steal from me and prevent me from getting a good chest pump, I’m on my way to crunch
