Negative experience: I have requested to low down the AC but they said its automatic as the weather gets changed outside its even colder inside the gym body releases heat while working out but AC is so fast it blows it back in much colder way so please low it down otherwise I won’t have any choice to change the gym thankes

Negative experience: The manager is the most unwelcoming person I have ever met. She will go to any lengths to make herself look and feel better than members she somehow has issues with. Do not come here if you are looking for a welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Its a good gym with msssage chairs and clean working mecines but on the since it says there’s a private room for black card members but there is no room like that there’s a function room but thats for everyone

Fantastic experience: Everything you need in a gym. Just short sweet and simple. I'd like them to fix the one TV though. Would be nice if there was something not news or sports on the TV. But I can understand that the demographic may not warrant that.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined FIT4LESS & I'm beyond impressed! The staff are extremely friendly & the environment is so relaxed! Sure love my black card & it's benefits that come with it! When my dad joined, Paige was EXTREMELY helpful & so informative with all questions he asked. She definitely gave my dad the boost of confidence for being a newbie (as well he's a senior too) 5 stars all the way!!!!

Fantastic experience: I really like working out here. I have been for about 2 weeks now, but from what I have seen, from friendly staff, all the machines being safe, and clean, I would highly recommend this gym. Also wanting to put out there, (idk the guy’s name) but one of the male staff was super duper nice and also was willing to go above and beyond in terms of helping me and answering my questions. Thank you Fit4Less, I will for sure keep working out here! ️‍♀️ ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently joined after a messy separation that had my self confidence shaken. One of the staff took me step by step in signing up, making it much easier for me to overcome my self doubt in joining. Even after I made a mistake in signing up my account and the first withdrawal failed...they allowed me to correct my mistake right away and waived the 25.00 fee for the failed transaction. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym Mar 1st 2022 after initially joining another gym for a month, and then going to check out the facilities at World Gym, Good Life and Next Step. Next Step was good, but it was small and more designed for an older crowd or one on one coaching. Great for one on one training with a trainer. World Gym is big, but expensive, way down on Lakeshore, and the equipment isn't as new or in as good shape as Fit4Less. Good Life is much the same as World - expensive, further away downtown, and the equipment has definitely been used hard. Saw rusty equipment in both places. The biggest plus at the time was the cost. F4L is so much cheaper than the other gyms. The equipment is very well maintained, the gym is vacuumed daily, the staff goes around with cloths and buckets of cleaning solution, and personally wiping down all the equipment on top of the clients wiping down equipment too. The bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, tanning booths and hydro beds are always clean. The temperature is pretty well maintained in a comfortable zone, with lots of cool air blowing on hotter days. There's no landlord trying to save a few bucks by screwing over the mall businesses with a lack of adequate heat of cooling. When I work out, mid morning to late afternoon, there are always ample machines and equipment to use. There are few machines broken down, usually none, and when they are, the machines are repaired within days, even though the maintainer has a big area to cover. While the dumb bells stop at 75 lbs, there are ample bars and plates to fill in the gaps for stronger gym members. Outside, for parking, the parkade, but a stone's throw from the front doors, has lots of room and is sheltered from the weather, which is nice in the rain and in the snow. Am I allowed to use names here? Yes? Awesome. \o/ The three ladies I usually see during the times I go to the gym are Paige, Mikela and Gracey. They're smart, attentive and willing and able to address any questions or problems a gym user might have. They're personable and always have a smile. They definitely add to the pleasant, friendly atmosphere at the gym. You definitely feel like you are part of a "family" at that gym. Great staff makes the gym functional and clean, which makes for happy members. Thankfully, there is also a dearth of "gym bros" and trouble makers so no one ever has to worry about anti social people making waves for other gym users. In 5 months, I have had zero complaints based on usually being there for a couple hours, 5 days a week. The gym is well above, and beyond an average score of 3 stars, as well as 4 stars. Awesome. I bought a black card membership, which gives you full access to everything in the gym, which is up to less than half the cost for the other gyms, with fewer resources and older equipment. I have lost count of the number of people I have recommended to join. In North Bay, Fit4Less is absolutely a no brainer. Great gym, no judgment, helpful and happy staff and clientele. It's an easy 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I just got a membership here and I have to say, this may be the best gym I've used, especially for the price. This place has roughly 3-10 of every machine/equipment piece, they have amazing air conditioning, they've got plenty of lockers, the washrooms and change rooms are kept clean, and so much more. If you're on a budget and don't want to compromise quality at all, this place is for you.

Negative experience: Wanted to sign up today. Put all of my information into their kiosk that allows you to pay by debit and credit and then it asks for my banking information like branch number and such. It's 2022. Catch up.

Positive experience: The gym is a good place very clean but if you need to get a hold of somebody it’s impossible and I think they need to update their free weights and universal weights. Overall it’s a good gym.

Positive experience: Clean and professional

Negative experience: I was happy with the gym, however when I changed my banking info with them, the associate working didn’t process the changes correctly. This resulted in NSF fees from my bank as well as fees from fit4less. I was told to contact the regional manager in North Bay for a refund. Despite emailing her 3 times since December, I did not receive a response until March when I left a negative review on another site. I was then told that despite the NSF fees being their fault, they’re not able to give me any sort of refund for the NSF fees.

Negative experience: Not a bad location or sized gym, has a good selection of equipment. What is didn’t enjoy is the lack of enforcement towards restrictions on COVID protocol such as wearing a mask around the gym unless you’re working out. There was multiple people walking around the gym with no mask and even more so coming in the gym and not being asked to put one on. When we came in, a worker was moping the floor but no one was ever requested our QR code or if we were vaccinated which made me a bit concerned that some might not have been.

Positive experience: Now that it's back to 24/7 much it's much better. What can you say, it's a Fit4Less! As far as these Gym's go it's decent, nothing special. Staff are nice. It would be nice if they would fix broken machinery faster but again, its a fit4less, you get what you pay for and for the price it's OK.

Positive experience: Just starting going to this gym, I've never been a gym person as I'm quite anxious but fit4less has been a fairly good environment. Everyone minds their own business which is nice and its a big gym so always something to do, I just find the equipment is really cramped and close to one another so you're always kind of near people

Positive experience: This is really a decent gym. It's quiet, it's always nice and cool and honestly the best part is that you don't get bugged by others. The place is clean (except for those who don't wipe their equipment down after using it). The staff is friendly and the price is right. The only part that I'm not keen on because of covid, is that the gym is no longer 24/7, but it's open so no real complaints.

Negative experience: Barely anyone cleans the equipment and no staff go around to check. Staff is more interested in talking to each other then doing any work. Ok set up, very poor staff and cleaning. Also now during covid , the gym is no longer 24/7 , that being the only real reason I went as I work late.

Nothing has changed at fit4less. Still very clean!!! Modern equipment. Friendly, helpful staff. Free, convenient parking. Open 24/7 I have friends that have tried out the facilities and have joined too. What a fun way for seniors to stay in shape.
