Positive experience: Small but nice gym with good equipment

Positive experience: It’s a nice place to go for some fun in water especially the slide!

Fantastic experience: Great option for a soak. Reasonable admission prices and wasn’t too busy when we visited. Parking was free. Fun slide and good sized hot tub. Great place for families.

Negative experience: Cannot go into the steam room without a bikini. Really not good for people that aren't comfortable.

Negative experience: This place has done downhill, no staff apparently, poor swimming hours and front female staff was very rude. The male front desk guy seemed very nice and genuine.

Negative experience: My family and I are here visiting and was recommended to come for a swim. Well the receptionist could care less, not friendly at all. Charged us 24.44 for 10 mins. We get into the pool for the life guard to tell us we only had 10 mins as they were closing for maintenance. We go to ask the receptionist why she didn't tell us. She says oh I didn't even look at the time. Well I'm sorry but thats part of your job when there's certain times for certain swims. Finally offered a complimentary swim after we asked for a refund. Well, we're leaving tomorrow, so thanks for that. Didn't think we had to ask for a refund after a 10 min swim that we weren't made aware of. Thanks for the experience. My 4 yr old had a great time!!

Fantastic experience: Easy, good value, low stress drop-in process with a decent array of equipment. Bringing your own water bottle is highly recommended as they have a water fountain but only the bottle filling part works well and as far as I can tell they don’t sell water.

Positive experience: Expensive for 2 kids, and 1 adult just to go swimming. You have to pay extra to climb the rock wall which is a total waste of money.

Positive experience: I paid $13 for a day pass. The gym had all the equipment and has a Jacob’s Latter which you rarely see at gyms! Social distancing was enforced but funny enough, you still need to wait for equipment and because of social distancing, you can’t work in either. With the one hour time frame, it’s kind of difficult to get a full workout in if the gym is at covid capacity. We also went into the steam room at the end of our workout.

Positive experience: Needs more power lifting equipment. Squat racks, flat benches, heavier dumbbells ext... Monthly rates are slightly less expensive then flying to New York to workout so make your choice there.....

Positive experience: It's a good pool to take the kids but the slide is still not useable and that is no fun

Negative experience: Was hoping this place would be a decent place to take a shower after camping for 2 days. As some of the reviews said it was. But it isn't, there is women locker rooms with open showers & men locker rooms with open showers. So unless you're okay with baring all to the public I would suggest finding somewhere else to shower. Another reason for the low rating is there was a lifeguard there who I wish I knew her name because her snobby personality should be known to her boss. She immediately was super rude to us rudely demanding us to shower before entering the pool but didn't say a word to the other dry people entering. She wouldn't stop staring at us trying to show her dominance. Too bad intimidation doesn't work on me. She needs to get off her high horse.

Fantastic experience: Went for a swim. It was nice and clean. Sadly the slide was closed so that was a bummer.

Positive experience: Excellent gym facilities. Properly stocked with all the equipment you could ever need. We paid roughly $13 each which gave access to the whole facility for the whole day to come and go as we pleased. This includes the gym, pool and climbing walls! My only qualm with the gym is that it was absolute silent, no music or anything. I wished I had headphones with me and it made me very nervous when moving heavy weights around as they are all made from metal and clang at the tiniest touch.

Fantastic experience: Clean and modern facility. Helpful staff. Lockers are just $0.25, and entrance for a family to the pool is only $22.50 - a great way to spend an afternoon and cool off in the summer. The "Skywalker" is a very cool pool accessory that I'd like to see in big city pools.

Positive experience: It's not that modern and classy, as in Banff, but when u're camping with out any showers for few days, the best thing ever! Nice pool, coin lockers, co-ed showers, clean enough.

Negative experience: Do not go here for the pool. It's outdated, needs desperate maintenance attention as well as the slide is out of service. Basically a small pool for the kids with an overzealous lifeguard that takes her job to the umpteenth degree. "yes I understand the foam floating thing is for throwing balls in however it's not the end of the world if the kids are touching it, it's meant for fun and to be moved around"

Fantastic experience: Loved it!!! Was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub and go for a steam after a long day of hiking, biking, climbing of rowing.. Crystal clear water and friendly and attentive staff. And yes, they DO rent towels

Fantastic experience: There are multiple areas to workout in. Many equipment options such as weights machines, long bar weights, weights you can adjust the size for, dumbell weights, kettleball weights. There is a lot of machines to choose from! Treadmills are available. There is a room set aside for ab specific exercises with multiple balls and mats and comfortable rubberized weights. The gym has mirrors all around to help you see if you make sure you are doing the right form. It was a great experience!

Negative experience: I had wanted to climb but the mats looked really unsafe. Opted for the hot tub post hiking. Turns out the showers aren’t private and are SO cold. You can’t adjust the temperature on them. Wish we had known beforehand or we may have gone somewhere different.

Positive experience: Hot tub is large enough it doesn't feel crowded, slide is never open when we go. They charge for kids life jackets, shouldn't they encourage their use?

Fantastic experience: What a great place to bring the kids to blow off some steam. So clean and the attendants are pleasant to everyone. Definitely going there again when in town.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and have the necessities to get your lifts in. 1 bench , 2 squat racks, free weights. Deadlifting is allowed but you need to use mats. Lockers take quarters and aren't able to be locked otherwise (can't use your own)

Positive experience: It's an older facility but it's clean and they take care of it pretty well. There's a decent amount of equipment in the weight room and it's all in good shape.

Fantastic experience: 25m pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fun water slide. Great place to go and get away from the weather. Gym and climbing wall are new, well equipped and clean.

Negative experience: There's no selflock locker. You need to pay 1 quarter for it. There's not private shower. Its to much expensive for what it is. The gym and wall climbing its ok but its not worth of 100$ per month.

Positive experience: Reasonably equipped gym. One squat rack with plenty of weight. Standard machines, leg press, Smith, lat pull etc. Older equipment but still functional. Policy allows for deadlifting. Make sure you bring clean indoor shoes! Lockers cost a quarter!

Fantastic experience: We visiit there most every time wer'e in Jasper. It is very relaxing, good place for kids, great warm kiddy pool, large hot tub & multiple swim lanes with 1&3 meter diving boards @ deep end. Fun for all...good locker room, large shower area and many toilets. This place is clean, clean. Check for avail. open tmes. Recomend highly!.

Negative experience: The place requires you to have indoor shoes that apparently cant have even a little water on the outside otherwise they are automatically consindered outdoor. And to top it off they dont have shoe or rock climbing shoe rentals. And they lack dryers as well. They had two dinky ones in the mens room by the toilets? Not even near the sinks at all. Because that makes sense. Its too bad its the only indoor fitness center, The place is a joke
